We recently moved to Maryland and needed safety inspections performed on two cars. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I was able to get them done in a timely manner. I will definitely look Montgomery up first, for any future auto repair needs.

Honest, affordable, and quick service! I've been going to Montgomery Service Center for over a decade and have never had a bad experience. They always fix the issue and in the one instance (in 10 years) where they missed part of the problem, they did not charge me for the additional repair. I have a lot of respect for this shop's integrity (not taking advantage of someone who has a limited knowledge) and go out of my way to take my car here when I need it serviced.

Ben was awesome! I went in the evening a little before closing time to get an estimate on my brakes and to see exactly what needed done. He and a mechanic stayed over a bit to finish up. I only needed 2 brake pads. Ben ordered the parts and I dropped it off the next morning at 8 a.m. and it was done before noon. He even answered a question I had on another vehicle and gave me a quote for that. This place is a true gem.

They are super nice and excellent! I was in a rush to the airport but my car had an issue on highway so I had to pull over. I still had 3 hours to drive to the airport. The insurance's roadside assistance took 3 hours to arrive. So I looked for auto shops on Google. The first auto shop didn't have space to fix my car right away and told me I need to wait for the next day. Out of desperate, the first auto shop told me to call this Montgomery Service Center see if they have space to fix my car. At that point I didn't know what to do other than give it a shot. I drove in, they lifted it and took a look, told me it takes 10 mins. The price was so much lower than I expected. I was actually ready to pay whatever. What is even more surprising is that they fixed it quickly and didn't even take my money. They saved my day! I can't express more how appreciated I was! Highly recommend this place if you want professional auto service and nice mechanics.

I thought I had a bad OBD 2 port. I called Montgomery Service Center yesterday around closing time. They got me in today. They diagnosed it and told me I didn't have any issues with it. They had a OBD connector that goes out to individual pins. Voltages and resistance was good. In and out in a few minutes. Would definitely use them again for any future maintenance or repair needs.

By far the most knowledgeable I've experienced. A lot of auto shops get freaked out by teslas like it's the boogie man...lol. Not these guys. They really know what they are doing

This was my first experience with the repair shop. My brakes were in need of replacement so I completed their online form one night and received a call the next morning. After dropping off the vehicle, I received another call a couple of hours later explaining what work was being recommended, which was what I expected. The job was completed and my vehicle ready for pick up the same day. The itemized bill seemed fair for both parts and labor. I will use this shop again in the future.

They might be a great shop for repairs; I'll never know. I called to make an appointment for a state inspection, so we can sell our car. I was told they could fit me in Friday morning, and that the inspection could be done within a couple hours. I brought my car in this morning, to find out that they never made an official appointment for it, and wouldn't be able to get it done in time. We're in the middle of moving, and only have one vehicle, so getting this done today was very important. Two stars, because at least they were polite while not writing anything down.

I have been going to Montgomery Service Center for about 3 years now. I haven't had a single problem. I LOVE the fact that they are super punctual and transparent. If they aren't going to finish "on time", they will call you and let you know how much longer and why. They don't hide services. They always keep you updated on changes in price and other problems with your vehicle. 11/10 would definitely recommend.

They don’t talk down to you. They treat you like a person. Very reliable people. I’ve had breaks, rotors, and transmissions issues serviced by them. Decent pricing.
