I
have
mixed
feelings
about
posting
this,
but
I’m
going
to
share.
I’ve
been
a
patron
since
before
the
move.
I
visited
today,
and
most
recently
last
month.
I’ve
always
had
a
good
time,
including
today.
However,
today,
for
the
first
time
for
me,
a
lounge
fee
and
a
set
price
cigar
purchase
minimum
was
required.
I’ve
only
ever
experienced
the
requirement
of
having
to
purchase
a,
as
in
one,
cigar.
And
I’ve
never
paid
a
lounge
fee.
I
asked
when
did
this
start,
the
answer
was
that
it’s
been
in
place.
Ummm,
I
was
there
for
the
NBA
playoffs
and
the
lounge
fee
and
the
$20
purchase
requirement
was
not
enforced.
I’ve
been
there
several
times
over
this
year,
and
neither
was
enforced.
So,
I
assumed
it
was
a
recent
thing.
Before
leaving,
around
closing,
I
asked
the
guy
with
the
long
beard
how
long
was
the
lounge
fee
in
place.
His
reply
was
essentially
that
I
didn’t
have
to
pay
it
or
come
in.
Obviously
I
paid
it
because
I
was
in,
and
talking
to
him
about
it.
Perhaps
he
misheard
my
question.
After
a
little
back/forth
for
clarity,
he
stated
that
some
time
it’s
waived,
but
it’s
essentially
to
ensure
that
locker
holders
get
seating.
I
don’t
know
how
that
works
unless
ur
counting
seats,
locker
holders,
posting
seat
availability,
and
holding
a
certain
level
of
seats
for
locker
holders.
Anyway,
consistency
is
a
thing,
as
well
as
good
communication.
Most
patrons
are
more
than
likely
not
locker
holders.
And
at
the
end
of
the
day
a
lounge
fee/minimum
price
purchase
as
opposed
to
just
the
purchase
of
a
cigar
is
not
bad.
What
is
just
a
turnoff
is
if
you
don’t
do
it
all
the
time
and
get
smart
AF
when
asked
about
it
by
paying
patrons.
So,
all
this
to
say
that
after
patronizing
the
establishment
for
quite
some
time
today’s
interaction
colored
my
view
of
the
Tobacco
Leaf
a
different
shade.
My
presence,
or
not,
may
not
impact
business,
but
I’ll
be
looking
for
another
spot
that
values
each
customer.
However,
the
patrons
are
nice,
the
lounge
area
is
nice,
and
there
is
a
nice
selection
of
cigars.
But
personal
interactions
are
everything.
