I LOVE nothing Bundt cakes. Their cakes are very delicious. As far as this location goes, I will not be taking my business here. My family and I have had a handful of issues at this store. From receiving the wrong flavors when we ordered and refusing to take responsibility for it or fix the problem, to waiting very long for our order to be ready. The last straw was definitely when I went to retrieve my husband’s birthday Bundt. I have gotten my free Bundt cake from different locations in the past and they have NEVER asked me for the email that expresses you get a free Bundt cake. What they have asked me for was my ID, to ensure it was my birthday and that I wasn’t coming a week after (which is typically when the deal expires.) I walked in with my husband’s ID as he was waiting in the car since he wasn’t feeling great, to prove that today was indeed his birthday. The employee, and another person in the back, then expressed to me that unfortunately without the email, they couldn’t give me the cake. JUST before walking in, my mother in law warned me about having issues with the free cake and she was right. Instead of making a man’s birthday a little more special, they got caught up in the technicalities. I’m very sad and disappointed as it is a convenient location and their cakes are delicious.

Nothing Bundt Cakes = NEVER AGAIN BUNDT CAKES I will never again do business with this establishment based on my recent experience with their product followed by an accusation that “someone in my household may have introduced a foreign object into a cake purchased from their store in Gaithersburg” I purchased a red velvet Bundt cake for my wife’s birthday on April 1, 2023. We cut 4 slices later on in the evening as we celebrated. The kids didn’t like it, so I ate 3 slices and my wife ate 1 slice. On believe Monday when eating a slice we discovered a plastic object in the cake. Being my wife and kids were leaving for spring break I threw the cake out. Wife said I should still tell the bakery about it. I blew it off until my called while on spring break and asked if I told the store….. and I had not. What follows is my communication with the bakery on April 7th. We have shared the picture you sent with our management, baking, frosting as well as crafting staff -- and we do not have anything in our bakery that in anyway resembles the item pictured - so we are unsure how something like that could have gotten into your cake. Perhaps this was something introduced post-bakery pick up as you stated there was at least 24 hours between pick up time and the time you cut the cake. Nevertheless, we do regret that you could not enjoy your cake regardless of what happened. If the cake has not been eaten, you may return it to the bakery today before 5:30PM and we will provide a replacement 8" red velvet cake for you, as a courtesy. Please send us a picture of the cake as soon as possible (but before returning to the bakery) so that we may verify it is eligible for this courtesy replacement. If the cake is not eligible for a courtesy replacement, we are also happy to offer you a 10% discount off a future purchase made before April 30, 2023 as an alternative. Thanks A Bundt! I did not, have not and will not insinuate I want a replacement or refund. The cake was thrown out once the item was discovered. My wife advised me to notify the store just as an fyi. You then turn around and infer the item “may have been introduced after purchase”……..Wow. Needless to say I will never again do business with your establishment and also tell the person that referred me of my experience.

Small, takeout only and no utensils. The chocolate chocolate chip bundtlet was moist and fresh. Cake wasn’t too sweet but I’m not a big fan of cream cheese frosting. Love the brand and will keep coming back to try all the flavors

I ordered the customized 12 mini bundt cakes for my Husband's Birthday activity. The website to place the order was easy to navigate. The delivery was on time and the mini cakes were a hit. So delicious.

If you’re a person of color DO NOT GO to this location in Kentlands. The big asian guy that works there is racist. I was denied of my cake because I didn’t have my drivers license even when I showed him my ID. He was very rude when I was speaking to him and he kept cutting me off mid sentence. I felt belittled and disrespected. Everyone else was approached with respect and I was treated like nothing. They did not care for my business at all. I am so disappointed.

Had it for the first time today, got the red velvet and the Oreo one. They are amazing super moist and the perfect amount of icing. I liked the cream cheese icing on the red velvet cake it was super good and not overly sweet. The Oreo cake was super good as well. Definitely have to come back and try more flavors!

I placed an order for the bundtinis online. I walked in without my wallet (b/c I ordered ahead of time.) The worker handed me a box. I asked for a bag and he refused to give me a bag unless I gave him $.05. I dug in my pockets but didn’t have anything. He still refused to give me a bag OVER FIVE CENTS. If you’re charging boutique prices for cakes, you should treat your business & customers better. One star for lack of “customer service.”

After being given the wrong cake initially, The wonderful manager credited me. I requested another one. When I went to pick it I asked if I could not have the decorative items and pack it in a box. Before the helpful young lady could finish the guy rudely said, “NO ITS PACKAGED ALREADY” I just said ok it’s fine. I again asked the young girl who gave me my order if I could possibly have a box.I got an IMMIDIATE NO SORRY. All I was asking for was a simple BOX since packaged will not fit in my fridge.

I will be glad when I can mix and match the 12 cupcakes. They tried to force me into getting an assortment that I didn't want. Rigid customer service and sales. Thankfully there are other cupcakes in the area.

I I asked if I could look at the cake that was already sealed and they said well people usually don’t ask that. When I got home and opened the box there was a hole in the center just filled with a mound of sunken icing. The cake was overly moist and appeared half baked. Out of all the people at our celebration only theee people ventured to have a taste. It was horrible. We threw it in the trash. It was a waste of 42+ dollars! I’ve had the cakes from other locations in smaller versions and they were delicious. This was not edible!

I had the worst customer service experience at this location. Luna, the young lady at the front desk was extremely condescending and rude from the start. After placing an order for a dozen small cakes, she explained to me that I needed to provide my phone number because the wait was going to be 15 to 20 minutes. I politely declined to provide my phone number and explained to her that I'll be around and I don't feel comfortable providing it. She then proceeded to rudely and aggressively say that she would not be able to complete the transaction because I refused to provide my phone number. Lady, what? I'm here to purchase cakes. Why would I need to provide my phone number to receive cakes? Why is that a requirement? I will have proof of purchase from the receipt. She then went to the back to get her supervisor to try to confirm what she was asking of me. She came out and said the complete opposite politely, which I appreciated, and she then completed the transaction. But my initial first experience with Luna was upsetting. Please retrain your front desk staff and update them with your company policies and behavior. It’s important for businesses to provide consistent and respectful service to their customers.She might rub the wrong person the wrong way at the wrong time.

Friendly service with delicious cakes. Can never just get one. The service is always friendly and patient. Worth the hour round trip drive every time. Todays pick: snickerdoodle and strawberries and cream!!!

I had Walk-in for a Bundt cake, closing lady at the register was trying to charge me $0.05 for a PAPER BAG! Not even plastic. I get wegmans paper bags are HUGE for 5 cents but this was a little paper bag. Losing customers over 5 cents is not worth it lol. Giving 2 stars because the cake was good.

Not military friendly! To celebrate Doctor's Day, I ordered 2 cakes from this location for an associate and their children. We are all military and spread around the country (I ordered from 3 locations total). This store called me the day of and refused to process the order because it was my first time ordering from their location and unless I was willing to give the recipient a photo of my ID or come in person, they would not process my order nor would they allow a refund. No other store I've ever ordered from has given this issue and I love to send cakes to prior staff, family and military friends around the country- year round- routinely. Will not recommend this specific location to anyone- especially the military community who is not always local but will continue ordering elsewhere. Leaving the same review for the Better Business Bureau.

So so so yummy!! Our friends got us the signature assortment ( I believe it was, chocolate, red velvet, lemon and white chocolate raspberry) each flavor was delicious, I highly recommend the lemon and white chocolate raspberry. Husband and son loved the chocolate.

I purchased a small carrot cake when there wasn't a huge crowd outside of the store. I was excited to try it because I've seen how coveted their cakes are. I am hugely disappointed to say that while eating this cake, I found two painful pieces of what appeared to be plastic in the cake. It hurt the back of my throat while I was eating but thankfully I spit it out. It was a green triangle shaped item with spines on the edges. I am absolutely disappointed by this because the cake itself was delicious, but I don't trust this location.

Got a strawberry cream cake. The taste was delicious and it tasted like fresh strawberries. The icing on top was light and not too heavy. Will definitely try the other flavours available. Recommended getting their cakes for different occasions.

Amazing cakes, beautifully decorated. Always fresh and absolutely delicious. This is my go-to place for when I need a special dessert and I am never disappointed. I always get so many compliments when I serve NBC. The store is immaculate, smells like heaven and the staff has always been so friendly to me. I love the fact that I can get online and order a cake to be ready the next day or I can just walk in and grab a few small cakes just to have a treat for myself. Also, this store has the cutest little accessories and fun little party related things to buy. I am absolutely a satisfied customer.

Love there cakes and the employees are nice and wonderful. They just melted in your mouth. No sliverware but it’s best when u take it home and leave it in the fridge to be cold and eat it.

These Bundt Cakes NEVER DISAPPOINT!! I am obsessed with the white chocolate raspberry and cream cheese frosting! I hear the hallelujah chorus as I am getting that first taste of deliciousness - IT’S LIKE HEAVEN!!!

My mom got a set of the mini cakes for teacher appreciation week from her school and I tried one not expecting much (I generally associate Bundt cakes with being hard and stale) but this the fluffiest cake I've ever had! Super moist and the icing is delicious.
