Honestly, Elite has become like a second home to me. Before I joined, I was a smoker, I wasn't in shape at all, and I ate horribly. But with the help of the staff I was able to learn how to push myself and made some amazing friends along the way. I no longer smoke, I'm the strongest I've ever been, and I was even able to get my eating together with the help of people at the gym. It is really nice to be around so many people that, day in and day out, push themselves to perfect their craft. I would highly recommend Elite to everyone wanting to start their fitness journey.

While many gyms state they have a welcoming environment, Elite is one of the few that accomplishes that goal. It's the most welcoming and positive gym experience I've ever had. I have been going here for 3 years and it was one of my best decisions. The trainers are all knowledgeable and they work with each person regardless of level in order to help you achieve your goals. I highly recommend Elite for anyone who wants to learn to box, is looking to get in shape, or stay fit. You won't find a better community to be a part of.

We booked a private session for our 15 year old son and his 3 friends as a birthday gift. The owner Kwame and all the staff were awesome to work with. They gave us a tour of the facility in advance and went over all the safety equipment. The day of the session they started with a lesson to go over basic punches and footwork. After a bit of practice and drilling they got in the ring for a mini tournament. Kwame was an awesome and charismatic teacher and the guys had a great time. We highly recommend this facility!

Elite is a ONE OF A KIND Gym. The atmosphere is incomparable to any place I have ever stepped foot in. The members and staff become family and push each other to be better by the day. It’s such a welcoming community and a perfect place to start your fitness journey or level up your current routine!

After going to Elite for several months now, the one thing I can say is I wish I joined sooner. Elite is an amazing gym to join regardless of whether your goals are to improve your physical fitness or increase your knowledge of the sport of boxing. I have had the pleasure of taking several different types of classes including mitts, technical boxing, and cardio boxing. Each of the classes are both fun and challenging and take place in an incredibly supportive environment. Not only are the classes fantastic, but every member of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and highly supportive of your goals. I cannot recommend this gym enough and I personally plan on being a member here as long as I can. This place is phenomenal.

Elite SFN rocks! New location really nice. If you want a good workout surrounded by the best instructors and great people this is the place. Elite SFN has classes for all ages. Spinning is coming soon too. They have different classes besides boxing and they are all taught by extreme professionals. Pro Trainer George, Tybag, and his other classes, are the best. If George can’t motivate you to exercise and have fun at the same time you need to check your pulse.

One of the best, if not the best, gyms I’ve been to. They have created an atmosphere of acceptance, encouragement, and camaraderie. Because of the busyness of life and work I have not had the time I previously had to commit to attending the classes. I called and spoke with Kelly about what the best option would be if I wanted to pick things back up during the summer. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with getting my membership sorted out. Thank you!

I read that Elite is a boxing community that feels like family. I’m here to confirm it’s true. Today I took the Triple Threat class - and the members were so encouraging to this newbie. Several members reminded me that it will get easier just keep coming back. Thankful for Elite coaches and members.

I've been a member of Elite for the last 7 month, and it's been a great experience. The classes are great(boxing for me), the teacher's push you, and the other members show you support. It quickly became a family(a healthy one). I have no intention of leaving. Trust me it's worth a try.

Can't say enough GREAT THINGS about this gym! The instructors are the best! The workouts are insanely good! The gym is clean, everyone wears a mask, and they spray down everything in between. They mix up the workouts like crazy so you don't do the same thing.

good gym and good process of everything but i simply won’t be back because of the way i was trained my natural stance is southpaw had me in conventional stance so i felt like everything was a waste of time. And i was very vocal and everything about this.

Kwame has been away,he took the smile, hugs, laughter,and warm greetings with him. It is now a cold, gloomy, dark, depressing commercial overpriced property. The trainers aren’t very good anymore. Looks like they are filling holes now not getting what we pay $150 for anymore. Don’t ask questions, the guy wanted to snap my head off because I inquired about what I was charged. They up-charge you for everything . Very pricey, lifetime is cheaper and no hidden cost all inclusive . Gym or School? Code of conduct issued yesterday as I if I was walking into school. I was stopped to read and sign, not even an email that would have allowed time to read it thoroughly. I was late for class, I glanced through. I noticed It gave punitive consequences. Everyone has rules, post them not stop me when I walk in to read and sign without providing a copy of what I signed (I’ll have my attorney request a copy). It address nonsense like body odor, a gym shouldn’t smell like cologne , nor is the bathroom clean or showers working. Towel returns, they don’t have towels, swearing but the offensive, loud rap music they play swears throughout the workout, catch a good conversations at the front desk and near lockers amongst employees includes swearing. Save yourself money and from the political headache go somewhere else.

Elite SFN is serious about your health and a fun place to exercise. They have personal training, kids classes, boxing ring, exercise machines, weights and other equipment, Glow bikes, cardio boxing with bags and other classes. Doesn’t matter your age or ability just do what you can. Nobody keeping score. It’s all about your health. Staff the best.

Just got a call from them and it was nothing but computer noise, i live in the middle of the country and work 3rd shift. Thanks for waking me up with that nonsense. Had to give them a freaking 1 star minimum just to post... what a piece of work.

Elite is an amazing gym! They create a fun workout environment. If you're getting in shape or conditioning your body, the group classes will challenge you at your level. I always leave feeling a sense of accomplishment. Prior to joining I've never put on a pair of boxing gloves or thrown a punch. The staff took the time to show me to correct way to wrap my hands, the boxing stance, and how to throw punch combinations. The staff and members are super friendly, encouraging and welcoming. Elite has created an atmosphere that you look forward to returning to class. I've been a member for 3 years and Elite's staff and members have encouraged me to create a healthier lifestyle and gym routine. I highly recommend!

I started kickboxing and boxing cardio classes at Elite this month and it's been amazing. I had no prior experience and everyone has been so friendly and supportive. The 1:1 attention also makes me feel so much more comfortable. Can't wait to continue my fitness journey here.

I’ve seen so much progress in this first month of bringing my children to the youth boxing classes. I had them do a trial and my kids raved from that point on. They look forward to class every Tuesday and Thursday. Also, I appreciate the professionalism each instructor maintains while teaching. They keep it fun and exciting to learn the art of boxing.

This place is awesome. Everyone is welcome at Elite SFN. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never thrown a punch before or you’re experienced boxer. Classes are broken up by skill and experience level. All the coaches are very hands on and will teach you all there is to know about boxing.
