    Terrible and overpriced grooming services. My dog has a small chunk of skin that was cut from his belly area from his groom yesterday with Emma G that is now visibly irritated/inflamed. Emma was passive-aggressive when I picked him up, and somehow failed to mention she cut his skin. She took the time to mention he got a little fussy around his legs, but not that she actually harmed him. To add, the haircut he received is uneven in several places.

    Awful grooming experience. After 5 hours of waiting, the groomer said she could not blow dry/cut because our dog was scared of the dryer. Said our golden retriever was “attacking” her hand. Charged $80 for a bath. Would not recommend.

    If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is the worse possible place to take your pet. The employees DO NOT CARE for animals particularly Ashley. She spends more time trying to figure out ways to avoid grooming your pet than actually doing her job. My two dogs were locked in the kennel for 3 hours and never received a grooming, wash or haircut. My dogs were so traumatized following this experience, they had trouble sleeping and feared going outside for the remainder of the week. I recommend finding a local groomer, instead of using the big box stores where your dog is just another number. Very disappointed!

    Ordered online shortly before closing and came in to grab a new collar for the rescue I'm bringing home. Kaiden was extremely kind and asked his manager about getting it to us earlier. I didn't catch his name but they were both extremely friendly! Can't say thank you enough for being so kind when I totally forgot how long the online orders processing was.

    Amazing experience. My puppy’s groom was great. He came back to me cute as can be and smelled yummy. And he was happy. Kat is the best.

    Left my dog to be groomed. Got a call that they couldn’t complete the task. Went to pick up my dog and she’s covered in her own diarrhea. Petsmart then charges me for a bath. Worst place ever.

    This was super slow process of getting checked in. Appt was 10:45 and we got seen at 11:15. But other than that staff was super friendly and service was awesome. They recommended we get meds online but we got a single dose to hold us over.

    My puppy and I first experience at the Arundel Mills PetSmart was great! We were taken care by I believe a lady name Paige. The second time when I booked I was told to book a certain time so that my puppy can be in and out and won’t be caged with other dogs barking that are also cage and being serviced. The young girl Haley said she would be taking care of my puppy. While I’m shopping I see her wondering the store and sitting around. I asked her where is my puppy she said in the cage. I told her before I left my puppy in her care that I would wait around so that Teddy wouldn't have to be caged. I didn’t want him to have a bad experience being as though he was already nervous. Not only did she take her time giving be back my puppy but suggested a mobile service to me. When she gave me my puppy back he was shacking like crazy! She was very condescending and not helpful at all. How can I trust that she would care for my puppy properly with that attitude. She neglected my suggestion after seemingly to do so to help make my puppy experience pleasant. As I was walking out I ran into Paige. She’s such joy. Very helpful. I’m only trying this place one more time only because of her. That girl Haley will never touch my dog. The 3 stars are because my puppy did have a great experience the first appointment.

    We got Dracula the cat today, and Jesse helped us through the entire adoption process and was professional and nice to us. Dracula's awesome! As soon as I saw him, I knew he was the cat for me.

    They have pet supplies, a grooming salon, and a veterinary center. Everything under one roof. The veterinary services are basic. They do shots, wellness exams, x-rays, and teeth cleaning. They refer you out for the rest. But it is nice to have access to your pet's medical records nationwide. It makes the continuum of care very easy as far as shot records go. I have used their grooming salon several times now. Prices are reasonable and I found a groomer that I really like. My pet's really like being able to go into a store and look around. Overall it is a pleasant and convenient place to do business.

    Went for Acute incident w/o appointment. Staff coordinated a doc within about 15 minutes to remove a leash connector wedged in pet's rear paw! What a releaf for pet and owner.

    The Staff have all been friendly and helpful. I mostly go here for (aquarium supplies) and quick convenience being only 2 miles from home. Prices are fairly competitive and similar to Amazon pricing. The selection is pretty good, limited in some regards, but adequate. The fish look healthy overall but you will see dead ones in feeder tanks. I wish they had more variety of danios and corydora. Due to this I may resort to ordering online or travel to another supplier.

    After years of having my dogs groomed here, I’m done. I arrived on time for our appointment only to be told my dog’s rabies vaccine is expired. That is not possible as she had her shots when we adopted her a mere 6 months ago. I, obviously, don’t Cary around her veterinary records, and needed at least a half an hour to get them and come back. Which would cause us to miss the appointment, and stress my dog out further (she’s not a fan of the car). None of the litany of confirmation emails, calls, nor text messages advised that her paperwork needed updating. This was the last straw, as the quality of service has been declining. So, as the lede states, I (and my dogs) are done with PetSmart grooming.

    My wife and I did puppy school with Mrs Marcie and it was puppy changing! Our Maggie is a totally different dog now and it is fantastic. We also buy our cat/dog food here and the staff is always super helpful.

    The store is very dirty. Especially the floor. Not one single customer at the register and I was kept waiting. I was about to to spend 150$. I left.

    I shop here often for my pets, each time I’ve come in—even if it’s late—the staff is always so kind and helpful. Today in particular I had my faith in humanity restored by two very amazing folks. Having just lost my baby girl, upon seeing a kitten that looked just like her I broke down. A staff member so kindly invited me to meet the kitten and even decided then and there to name her after my late Korra. The young lady at the register offered me so much comfort and even cried with me. Neither of these folks had to be as kind to me as they were, but the fact that they were truly healed something in me. I’m very grateful to them, and to the whole team at this location.

    I have had my rescue registered for beginner and intermediate training with Marcie. She is amazing and really understands dog behavior, no shock colors here, in the new year we will be back for advanced training.

    Usually has the dry and wet cat food I buy for my girl! Store is usually well kept. Sometimes the lines can move a bit slow at checkout. Outdoor lighting needs to be improved for security and safety purposes.

    Visited in September 2020 to go to Banfield Animal Hospital. Unfortunately we didn't see the Doc but this Petsmart is a Great store! Well stocked with so many kinds of supplies for all kinds of animals!

    I usually buy my cat food at our local grocery store, but supply has been sketchy in the past 6 months. Unfortunately PetSmart supply is not much better if looking for Fancy Feast wet food. Staff is always friendly at this location and parking is easy.

    Excellent customer service. On any visit to Petsmart, employees go above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable when looking for pet items. I also boarded my cat in the pet hotel and found the price reasonable. I reccomend Petsmart for your pets.

    The store usually has my items in stock and PetSmart prices are, in my experience, a little cheaper than other pet stores. Staff is nice as well. However, I really wanted to leave this review for training. If you have a puppy/ dog PLEASE take them for classes with Ms. Marcie! She is both vastly knowledgeable and friendly. She works with a rescue and has extensive experience with dog behaviors and training. She really takes the time to explain what you are doing and why, as well as how your dog is perceiving things. I planned on only taking the Puppy Class since we had a coupon for it, but after day one of that I knew we would be taking every other course they offered. She is the best!
