Friendly service and good selection. Small town hardware store at it's best. Even though it is small, it had everything I needed, even the larger than normal furnace filters. I also grabbed some no mark plastic wall hangers. Friendly staff were there to help.

Despite it being a small hardware store they almost always have what you are looking for some how. All of the staff are well informed and fantastic for advice and suggestions with projects and questions I've had. Easy parking and never a line at the register.

It's good to have a small business continue against the large box stores. Prices are still 10 - 20% higher, but its close and convenient. Not sure the new owner highered good customer service people. That's the only angle they have against price and selection of the competition. Perhaps checkout Ace and see how they provide customer service. I suggest your reevaluate your business plan and retrain or hire new people.

When it was Clement's I had it at a five star business. Now I go to Ace. I stopped in for cup hooks the other day - the kind with the little snap to make sure your cup stays hanging - and they didn't have any. How can a hardware store not have cup hooks? 12-3-23 No soldering iron in the store. Ace had 4 to choose from.

Was sad to see Clements go, but glad this stayed an independent store. Still a great local spot with excellent customer service.

They are on top there game. Man they got just about everything. Family and they all are friendly.

This hardware store is so welcoming. The employees are immediately there to help me find what i need as soon as i walk in. They always find a way to get what i need to complete any project i am trying to complete. Even if they don’t have exactly what i came in for, they make it work help me complete the project in some way. The manager Michael is quick and gets me what i need even if i don’t know the name of what im looking for. The most comfortable hardware store in the area, that small town feel with all the professionalism.

Largest threaded fastener selection around. Even the odd stuff tbat the big box hardware store "associate" won't understand the name of. 5/8-11 x 5/8" Socket Set Screw? Yep. They had that. $1.45

Clement's is my hometown hardware store. It's small and friendly and I can usually find the thing I need for a repair job. Staff are friendly and helpful, and it's got that old fashioned hardware store feel and is close and convenient.

Really a pleasure. Unlike Home Depot, etc al, had more than 3 choices, WOW. Spent BIG. Will do so again!!

Went in there to get some keys made you g guy was very helpful and did a get job . Also had a key fob battery changed was helped and handled professionally. . Highly recommend them.

Great local hardware store, staff used to be more knowledgeable but now they're hiring more young people and even teenagers who are not experts that can walk you through a do it yourself projects

Chris was very helpful with assisting me with Green Egg parts that needed replacing under warranty. Chris made sure I was able to host my family cookout! Greatly appreciated the awesome customer service!

I have to admit - I had fallen a little bit out of love with the “New Clement’s”. I guess the re-shuffling during the renovation was more change than I could absorb. I stopped in today on a bit of a lark. I needed to match a paint color; my attempt to get a match at a paint store had failed, so I decided to give Park Hardware a try. Not only did Zack formulate an exact color match, the customer service was extraordinary. Zack was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and above all friendly. And… I’ve been assured they’re done moving stuff around!! Hats off to Rick and the team! The customer service we’ve known for so many years is still here!

People are always reluctant to change. Park Hardware had big shoes to fill with Clement’s having been there for so long. The way I see it, learning the new layout is just a minor inconvenience when you consider the shopping experience. Many core staff members were still at the store from Clement’s when I visited, they were just as helpful as they have always been. The go-to guy for being directed to the right associate for your project is Chris. If he can’t help you, he has you covered with a teammate who can. With hardware, I like to feel the quality of what I’m buying. Too many times I have been in the return and exchange cycle with Amazon and the big box stores. Give Park Hardware a chance, it’s a very similar business to its predecessor in the middle of finishing a massive makeover. Go see my guy Chris, he will keep your projects on track and most importantly, he’s going to find you a product that lasts.
