The Doctor that I have is wonderful she is very efficient and understanding. The problem I have is I called to reschedule my appointment. The young lady who answered was very rude and short. I don't know her name but I made the call today 2:45 pm she was kind of rude and short .I don't think it was necessary. I do have a choice ... But it's not necessary to be rude. Maybe she needs to be education or how to talk to people...

I had a really good experience, first time for everything. I walked in and was immediately welcomed. I arrived super early and while I waited I observed how the atmosphere was nice and relaxed , the flow of the various transactions taking place and how the communication from Dr to front of the office connects with one another. Might I say the communication was A-okay to me and they operated very swiftly. They're very knowledgeable as they should. Doctor Jasmine was very welcoming and allowed me to ask as many questions as I like. I mean, I'm pretty sure she went to school for all of this however, she can answer just about any question you would have for your care. I only got my prescription from here due to insurance matters but it was very accurate. Also, Anthony was very friendly how he was "on point/on top of his game", as we had a lengthy conversation about education and educating me on what concerns I had so that I knew what specific things meant during the process. I strongly recommend this place for anyone who's looking for Awesome Eye-Care!

First time ever, at two different offices, completed routine 6 month eye exam in less than one hour (normally takes two hours or longer). Proof that quality eye care examination doesn't need to take up a significant slice of the patient's day. Exam included 2 checks for pressure, vision chart, retina scans, & dilated internal exam.

I am always pleased with Dr. G. I fell in love with him the first time he examined me. I changed my doctor because I was not satisfied with her attitude. Dr. G is wonderful and I feel like I've had a thorough examine when he exams me Thank you Doctor G.

Very professional and efficient way to handle patients. Never felt like I was just waiting for someone to help me. Very satisfied.

Is comfortable clean the nurses are very nice and I like the doctor she know what she doing even though she by herself is that everybody know be repair to set and be patient special in the afternoons appointments

I like the fact that I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room a long time for my appointment to start. They called me back almost as soon as I got there and I was in an out.. dr explained everything to me as she went through the procedure. all in all it was a good experience…

We had a wonderful experience. The reception person who I think is Lisa was very professional and the tech Anthony was very patient and very helpful. He took his time with us. The doctor was amazing and professional. We were extremely satisfied with the service.

I had a great experience. Everyone is so nice and friendly. But Marie is absolutely Amazing!!! she always goes above and beyond to meet my needs. I'm glad she is there:)

I never knew that practice was even there, but I'm glad I found out. The staff is awesome and Dr is even more awesome. Wait time was about 20 minutes from New patient checkin to seeing the Dr. The staff was pleasing, respectful and caring, they even make room for laughter. Over all it was just a pleasing experience, for now I think I'll stay with them.

The Catonsville location is extremely slow. Staff appear tired and burned out, however, they were friendly. It appeared to be more of an eye clinic for geriatrics, however, the location is across the street from a few assisted living facilities. They make it very clear that you can't get a prescription on the same day of an eye exam. You have to come back which I find as an inconvenience compared to other facilities. The doctor is not upbeat AT ALL, but she is knowledgeable and gets straight to the point. They don't offer you disposable glasses when dilating your eyes, so you'll need to come with a driver or have a pair of sunglasses in your car. If your patient and not new to eye concerns, contacts or glasses this would be a good place for you to visit. Its clean and conveniently located in Catonsville with plenty of parking. If this is your first experience visiting an eye clinic of any sort, I suggest trying a different location. Also, contacting the Catonsville location is a hassle. They never appear to answer the phone, but you can always reach someone at the Winsor Mill number to handle concerns at this location. They are upfront about cost, so you won't really be surprised by unexpected bills which is great. Overall, despite the location maybe being a little overbooked and slow the experience was ok and the office staff are friendly.

Who is answering the phones? I didn't get a name but the young lady who answered her tone was as if she doesn't want to be there and as if she was being bothered. Maybe she's overwhelmed if so hire more staff to assist with taking calls. HDI training maybe best for them all in order to provide a great customer experience

The staff is friendly and the technicians are quick to explain their every move. The doc was thorough in explaining every procedure and what it all means.

Dr. Sherman was great fitting me for new contact lenses. I have a condition called Keratoconus that makes it very difficult to do, and hard RGP/Scleral lenses at that. My appointment was right on time and the staff was very friendly as well.

Well, it's unfortunate, I called the medical insurance, they recommend me. I have called this clinic several times to schedule an appointment and it is disappointing to spend more than 50 minutes on the call and not be attended to if the service would improve. Oh maybe they are not accepting new clients or patients.
