So I needed to get in shape! Being a member of the over 65 retired group motivation is not easy. After walking into PA and meeting Coach Mark I found my motivation. We discussed my goals and what I needed to do to achieve them. My problem was that I needed someone to push me along (although I hate kettle bell squats) something I never found at larger gyms. Well almost a year later i am looking better, lost weight and have gotten stronger. I then encouraged my wife to start a program and she works with Linette and is doing well. I highly recommend PA , Coach Mark and Coach Linette are truly professionals and always have your goals in mind while working with you. As a Caveat I also belong to a larger "Fancy" gym but would never leave PA the 1 on 1 is paramount to my success in health.

I've been working out at Progressive Athletics since August 2018, 70 pounds overweight and lots of old injuries. Mark and the other trainers taught me what to eat and how to exercise. I love energy and support from the other members at group workouts! I'm stronger than I've been in 30 years!

Progressive Athletics has been a great place to start my fitness journey. It has a nice atmosphere, and everyone is friendly. The best thing is the modifications offered for each exercise to meet me where I am, that has meant I can turn up and train more often. Tons of variety in the workouts and it has been a fantastic way to get my daily movement in.

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience at Progressive Athletics. I had success with the 6 Week Challenge and would highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking to get started on the path to fitness. The workouts were challenging at first, but by the end, I was excited about the challenge. No two workouts were the same and they incorporated many different exercises that targeted similar muscle groups. The coaches I worked with were both great and each had their own personality. Having to sign up for the workouts in advanced, actually going to a gym, and having fellow members going through the same struggles were real motivators for me to be successful in this program. I was a little weary of this establishment after finding out the 42 Day Challenge was not actually a free voucher as advertised and I had to pay a fee up front which would be refunded if I successfully completed the program, but I’m glad I went through with it! My only real criticism is the claimed “Customized nutrition program based on your goals”. After providing solely my weight, height, and age, I was handed a sheet with amounts of foods I could eat broken in to categories and when I could choose a food from each category. Never were my goals discussed or was I asked how active I was outside the gym. There were no check-ins to see how I was progressing throughout the program nutritionally or any adjustments made regarding my progress. In conclusion, my overall experience was very positive, the coaches were great, workouts were engaging, I was motivated to finish the program and would highly recommend it. After my success from this program, I am now motivated to continue on this journey and strive for the next level of fitness.

I strongly recommend Progressive Athletics. I’ve gone through cycles of using the large gyms and home workouts. Both have their place but Progressive Athletics is absolutely the right fit for me. It’s the right balance of fitness, nutrition guidance and accountability. Mark, Linette and team are very knowledgeable, love what they do and are very genuine about having everyone succeed. I feel better and have more energy. The small community feel keeps me coming back.

Game Changer I can't say enough good things about Progressive Athletics! I've been putting myself on the back burner for years, juggling kids, work, and life, until I finally decided to prioritize my health. Enter Coach Linette and the amazing team at Progressive Athletics. Linette really took the time to understand where I was at and modified workouts that were just right for me. She even had me starting with just 2 minutes of walking on my days off, and now I'm up to a solid 5 minutes—sounds small, but it's a big deal for me! I can feel the difference during the workouts and at home. I have more energy and I always feel better after I workout. What I love most is that it's not just about the workouts. Linette's teaching me about nutrition, meditation, and all the other stuff that's crucial for feeling good inside and out. The transition from personal sessions to semi-private classes has been going really well! Linette made sure I never felt overwhelmed by modifying things just right. Thanks to Progressive Athletics, I'm not just getting stronger physically, but I'm feeling more confident and optimistic about the future. It's like I've finally found a place where I can prioritize myself and my health. If you're looking for a gym that feels like a supportive community, this is it! Grateful!!

I’m thrilled to say that I lost 30 pounds during my time there. The friendly environment is something that truly sets this place apart. It feels like a family, and everybody knows my name, which makes every visit so welcoming. One of the things I appreciate most is that the workouts are always planned ahead of time. It takes the guesswork out of my fitness routine, allowing me to focus on my goals. I highly recommend Progressive Athletics for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and well-organized gym.

I found Progressive Athletics after 3 knee surgeries and two other physical therapy places. I love working out here and they plan different workouts to increase the mobility in my knee and strength in my quad.

Incredible place to work out and challenge yourself. Mark and his crew of trainers have built a community and support network that keeps us all coming back. The use of technology helps you plan your workouts and look back to see your progress. The gym has a unique 3 month rhythm where you test yourself and try to progress to the next level. I couldn’t recommend it any more highly, come in and check it out!

I absolutely loved working out here. The workouts were challenging every single time, but easy enough to keep up from the beginning. I noticed some improvement with every visit, and I was able to enjoy working out again. To the point, I felt incomplete if I ever missed a work out. The Progressive Athletics team really cares about your health and fitness and will find the best way to help you attain your goals. Definitely give this gym a try!

If you want to lose weight and have fun, you need to go to progressive athletics!!! Working out at Progressive Athletics has been a blast so far. This is personal training but in a affordable way, where you still get the benefit of being around others. The trainers actually know what they are talking about when it comes to fitness and health. They offer something for everyone. I feel better, I’m more toned, and I’ve lost weight in a sustainable way!! Being healthy has never been so easy!! You’ll also be around really nice people of deverse backgrounds. Highly recommend!!!

I was new to the area and needed to find a gym to help me lean up and get stronger, and was lucky to find Progressive Athletics. Mark, the owner is friendly and easy to work with, and all of the trainers, especially Jesse, do a great job of making sure workouts are fun, safe and varied. Thanks to Progressive Athletics I also know how to properly weight lift - something I never would have known how to approach on my own in a gym most likely. Great small group training - would highly recommend!

What an amazing experience the 6-week challenge was at Progressive Athletics. The biggest benefit in joining this type of program is that you feel accountable when you are working out with a group. It makes you push harder and then before you know it you're 20 lbs lighter. I ended up losing over 22 lbs and most importantly got into a rhythm of eating healthy and working out regularly. This is a small gym but the space is utilized well; the trainers are great and it always results in a solid hour of body transformation.

After scouting for places to start my fitness journey, I landed on Progressive Athletics - it was a good choice as the trainers are amazing and they help modify the exercise to help me complete the workouts. Coach Linette is very motivating and guides me every step of the way. There are plenty of workouts and not every session is the same - this makes it more interesting. It's been few weeks and I always look forward for my next session!
