Visited the fitness center. The fitness person that supervised your 1st visit orientation was friendly and very attentive, and was basic with her knowledge and techniques about working out. She serves the purpose for the individuals being served. If you need a serious workout experience, this is not the place. Not a large selection of equipment and it is dated. Good enough to get you started and move you towards that serious level where you need to choose a regular fitness facility.

Great place to go to to enjoy other retired people. Many activities available. Everyone there is very pleasant and helpful.

The center has lots of activities for seniors. When you are a senior you must keep your mind active and body moving are you will loose it. CSC is the place for where you can do both. Also meet new people.
