Order 10 wings for my son, opened box and only 7 wings. No problem, right! Just go right back in less then 30 seconds and let them know! But instead of just giving me three more wings…they manager said there were 10 wings in the box and accused me of lying 🤥 WHAT????? Wow, WIngstop! As quickly as I turned around and came back in good customer service would have apologized and just corrected my order! But instead you lost a customer for good! Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received! Not to mention the overall lack luster performance from the whole team! No one greeted a single customer with a “hello” or “welcome” or “thank you” in the entire 20 minutes I was there. I never write reviews but this was so bad I had to sit in my car to post this. You (young manager/ shift leader) were given the opportunity to correct a simple mistake, but instead gave poor service and had an attitude when I respectfully asked for a refund! Shame that these young women are representing this brand so poorly. Do better ladies!!! Do better!!! Working hard is about your character not the other person! I wasn’t even an irate customer. Just wanted the three wings I paid for 🤷🏻‍♀️

Update: I’ve given them another and thankfully the service has improved IMO. I’ve ordered via mobile app and order was ready when listed and all items correct and tasty. I hope they keep up the improvements.. Ordered $60+ on dinner for coworkers and was missing some items. I called as soon as I got to work and noticed the food missing. The cashier started to take another order but informed her I was already at work and wasn’t getting off til after 2am. She took my info and was told manager would call me back.. they didn’t. Called multiple times and no call back. Filed complaint via the app and still no follow up. I’m originally from TX so I’ve been a fan of wingstop for years… not impressed with this new location… such a bummer because it’s so close to me.

Ordered through the website which ended up being delivered by DoorDash through them. When I received my order it was wrong. Not pleased but I can just get a refund or a new delivery, I’ve got time tonight…. So I thought. I called the store and it was very unprofessional. I was told it was a DoorDash issue and not them so they can’t do anything. I explained how it was through their website and not my personal DoorDash account. I was told to call them at 10am for the refund. About 5 or so minutes later I get a call back saying I’ll get the refund if I come over now to drop off the incorrect order I received. I cannot do that, it’s 20 mins away and 20 mins to come back. Not wasting over 40 mins, it was also a little past 10pm mind you. Plus I ordered delivery for a reason. Said I can’t do that and was told to bring it in at 10am or I cannot receive the refund. This is what Mcayla told me. Doesn’t make sense, never had that issue. Plus it’s nasty to being old or touched food, unsure what would happen. And I work at that time so it’s impossible for me. Ended up calling corporate who helped me with the situation. Has never been this difficult receiving a refund, never had to jump through so many hoops. The ladies I spoke to were very unprofessional and left a sour taste. I used to order more than I would like to admit but after that I cannot do so.

I Ordered here today, the person who took my order must have an hearing problem. I ordered the 24 bone-in combo meal 12 lemon pepper & 12 garlic parm, seasoned fries veggie sticks & ranch sauce. She gave boneless wings I called the store an let them know, they wanted me to bring the food back but I live to far away from the store & w/ the price of gas it wasn't beneficial so they can have the difference. The boneless wings was overed seasoned to the point that you couldn't taste the chicken & the fries. The manager should be at the counter making sure these young people know how to take an order. This was my first time getting food from wingstop & my last, this location has ruined it for ALL WINGSTOP locations poor quality food & poor customer service. As I looked at the reviews for this location the management & supervisors NEED TO BE TERMINATED & bring in a whole new staff. I'll send my review to corporate maybe they'll look at all the bad reviews this location has received.

I ordered food and waiting for it with others then this Indian lady cashier sees her friends came to order food they ordered after 10 minutes of my order but they get wings before me. BIG DISRESPECT OF OUR TIME AND BUSINESS. it happened today between 3 and 4 so if owner wants to see on camera. We all are equal nobody can give favors to their country people and ignore others. I won’t go back to such cheap people.

Fries are consistently not hot. Its the third time im ordering. Wings are ok. Not a life changing, view changing experience. Its ok if you're very hungry. Fries were hot and delicious at another location. I think management is poor. Quite disappointing...Owner do something , if you dont want your business run down...

Would be 5 out of 5 stars but I ordered 15 wings and only got 14...they shorted me a wing! I know wing prices are up but if I pay for 15 I expect 15 not 14...if they are only serving 14 then they should advertise that.

I don’t know why some of the reviews are so bad. I’ve never had a bad experience and the food is always good. It’s a carry-out restaurant; you’re not going to get a 5-star meal. My wings are always hot and I love the hand-cut fries. It definitely beats a Buffalo Wild Wings or America’s Best.

all of them were smiling and saying hi to the black people but treated us horribly (were white). They forgot some of our food and made a big deal over it. The shortest one was the worst… do better

Sat up there for 15 mins and watched the lady straight up go from cash in hand to coughing and not covering her mouth and wiping her nose with her hand in the back to add seasoning. Not one time did I see her wash her hands. And no one in the back uses gloves. Avoid.

We got there at 10 the door and the internet says they close at 11 bit one of the employees said they close at 10:30. We paid for our food and proceeded to wait inside. Several people came in ordered and were served before us. One didn't even pay. The fries were cold and felt like they had just tried to put them under the warming light.

Gave us the wrong flavor of chicken, customer service was horrible and they were giving us dirty looks. They gave us attitude. Didn’t give us proper bagging.

Did a carryout order and the gentlemen that helped me was very friendly and food was a amazing as it always is from this location.I would recommend everyone visit and get u some wangs if u don’t already.I know I will be coming back!!!

I love the food but they have the worst employees 8 have ever seen. They don't answer the phone half of the time, half of the time you can get flats only and the other half of the time they say they don't do that, and if you call within the last 2 hours or do they will tell you they don't have any bone in wings, only boneless, because every employee is busy making their selves 3 meals each of bone in wings. I've seen it multiple times at the end of the night. I wouldn't hire these people to do anything at all, terrible service.

i had order a 10piece of the honey hot rub boneless wings. they was hot and crispy(just how i like them) i also order the cajun corn, they nice and hot too.the customer service was amazing, the staff there is so nice and friendly.

I received the worst possible customer service today. I ordered delivery directly from the Wingstop website. I got a text with a photo attached saying my order was delivered. The picture showed a door that was NOT mine. I had no idea where my food was. The driver delivered to the wrong house. When I called about a possible refund and/or redelivery the lady told me I should just come and pickup my food. (I ordered delivery so that I wouldn't have to leave the house with my disabled toddler) Then the lady told me to just call DoorDash customer service. I didn't order through DoorDash so I didn't understand at first why I needed to call them. I quickly realized that Wingstop must use DoorDash to make their deliveries. Ok. No problem. So I ask the lady if she has the phone number for me to call and she hangs up on me. Not helpful AT ALL! When I finally reached a DoorDash representative they had to keep me on hold while they call the store on 3-way and only then was my information written down and I was told that somebody would be reaching out to me soon and that they would be "working" on a refund. So as of today I am out of money, a tip, and food. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've had in years.

A wonderful place to get good chicken wings. I’m crazy about fries and this is one of the best places with delicious fries. The employees are so friendly and must appreciate their quick response. Don’t forget to try lemonade here.

5 people were in the kitchen handling online orders while 6 walk-in customers waited 20mins for someone to take our order. Dirty floors and drink station.

I have been to this place a few times now. I really like the boneless chicken wings here. The voddoo fries here are amazing. I always have these when I be there. I also found the customer service good here. They were all obedient. The sauces are highlight here. I really like the garlic parmesan sauce here.

got food poisoning from here a couple days ago, the food was cold and took so long so come out. So many people I know have gotten food poisoning from here, it is not a sanitary place. Safe yourself the stomachache.

Gave me boneless wings instead of bone-in wings. The french fries were all small burnt up pieces with a very strange seasoning on them. The blue cheese dressing taste off. The hottest sauce they have was not even hot at all. I would rather go to America's Best Wings any day rather than here ever again.

Its insanely slow and the order is still wrong. The staff is also pretty unprofessional and the soda machines flavors where just off and kinda gross...
