Ordered
through
the
website
which
ended
up
being
delivered
by
DoorDash
through
them.
When
I
received
my
order
it
was
wrong.
Not
pleased
but
I
can
just
get
a
refund
or
a
new
delivery,
I’ve
got
time
tonight….
So
I
thought.
I
called
the
store
and
it
was
very
unprofessional.
I
was
told
it
was
a
DoorDash
issue
and
not
them
so
they
can’t
do
anything.
I
explained
how
it
was
through
their
website
and
not
my
personal
DoorDash
account.
I
was
told
to
call
them
at
10am
for
the
refund.
About
5
or
so
minutes
later
I
get
a
call
back
saying
I’ll
get
the
refund
if
I
come
over
now
to
drop
off
the
incorrect
order
I
received.
I
cannot
do
that,
it’s
20
mins
away
and
20
mins
to
come
back.
Not
wasting
over
40
mins,
it
was
also
a
little
past
10pm
mind
you.
Plus
I
ordered
delivery
for
a
reason.
Said
I
can’t
do
that
and
was
told
to
bring
it
in
at
10am
or
I
cannot
receive
the
refund.
This
is
what
Mcayla
told
me.
Doesn’t
make
sense,
never
had
that
issue.
Plus
it’s
nasty
to
being
old
or
touched
food,
unsure
what
would
happen.
And
I
work
at
that
time
so
it’s
impossible
for
me.
Ended
up
calling
corporate
who
helped
me
with
the
situation.
Has
never
been
this
difficult
receiving
a
refund,
never
had
to
jump
through
so
many
hoops.
The
ladies
I
spoke
to
were
very
unprofessional
and
left
a
sour
taste.
I
used
to
order
more
than
I
would
like
to
admit
but
after
that
I
cannot
do
so.
