This place is a joke and deserves to be docked their rating 🤣 literally a potential future waste management location, or an upcoming Spirit Halloween in a few months. Management uses the waivers as an out on all accountability. Says the “cameras help monitor the kids and make sure everyone is participating in a safe manner” but no one was monitoring anything! Security personnel was posted up on a rail talking to each other towards the back of the establishment. There was garbage everywhere. Trash and food all over the tables and floors from earlier birthday parties. The staff at the cafe is underpaid teenagers so of course they don’t want to do their jobs, or clean up a dumpster fire like this while the timid GM hides in his office the entire time. Spend your money elsewhere! Or save it for a Halloween costume 🤷🏼‍♂️

Me and my daughter loved this place. Went for a birthday party. This place is designed for all ages. You go from zero to 60 in 30 seconds. As an adult you come face to face with your fears lol. I went through so many emotions when I was flying down those slides. I would recommend wearing a good sports bra, leggings and a thin long sleeve shirt. When you hit the mats at the end you can get a pretty bad burn on your elbows. Give you self a chance, get out of you comfort zone and have some fun !!!!

What an AWESOME place!!! 90 minutes was the perfect amount of time for my 6 kids! It's tough finding a place that is fun for ALL OF US and the soft play area for my 3 and 4yr olds was a GAME CHANGER! While ages 6, 9, 11, and 13 enjoyed ALL Slick City has to offer. Everyone came home safe, sweaty, and satisfied from our visit!!! The lines seem long and the place is surely packed on days like today but I have to say, the lines move really fast and no one ever stopped moving. We love it!

Need more staff. We went today and felt like it was dangerous. First slide down my 11 year old got hurt. Another child decided to go at the same time, passed her, and then accidentally kicked her in the face. Tons of kids and not enough staff directing traffic and keeping it safe. Actual place looked fun, but not with lack of supervision. We didn't stay long. I didn't want my kids to get hurt. Parents of young kids, beware!

The place was easy to find. There were plenty of parking in front. If you don’t buy your ticket online, I would recommend you to sign the waiver first before buying your tickets at the counter. That will save you the hassle and time. There are 8 slides in the park. We tried each slide 2-3 times before quitting. We were there about 80 minutes. The slides are a lot of fun for kids and adults. There were not enough lockers at the facility and it costed about $30+ per person including socks. They were a little disorganized but I hope they will improve over time. This action park reminds me of water park slides without water.

Awesome little place. Kids had an awesome time. Definitely want the kids to be tall enough and old enough to enjoy the entire park. Going during a weekday is probably best to avoid long lines. Highly recommend

This place is a lot of fun. All of the slides were really fun and I think would be fun for all ages. The place was very clean, contrary to what other reviews have said. We went on a Monday and it was not very busy. There was plenty of mats to slide down on and hardly any lines to go on stuff. We waited less than a minute for each slide. I took a video going down each slide if you would like to see what they're like.

We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We took our 5 year old and he’s been asking to return ever since. Despite bad reviews, you just have to know when to go. We went on a Tuesday evening and it was perfect. The employees and the manager, Matt, were super helpful and friendly. They checked on us during our time there and ensured we were having a great time. The place was clean and everything was tidy. No problems at all - just be sure to tuck in your elbows if you’re gonna participate on the slides with your kiddos!

Happily surprised and please by this fun spot! It is clean, new(er) looking, and the staff was friendly and helpful; Not only that but the security employee was “normal” and friendly too, which undoubtedly made it more fun for the kids! There are nice lockers for all your shoes and other articles you have with you (wallet, etc.), so you don’t have to worry about things falling out of your pockets while you play (ha). Additionally, there are free cubbies available if you’d rather not buy a locker. A little cafe is provided here, too. I didn’t try any of their food but from my observation of others and the line for ordering, I’d guess the food is more than acceptable. They had things like individual pizzas, chicken strips, coke products, Powerade, etc.; oh, and of course, there is beer for the adults, too!! (lol) Long story short, based on my experience, I’d recommend this as a fun spot to bring kids over 5-6 years old and older, plus fun-loving adults!

I don’t typically write reviews but I feel like this needs one. I took my 9 y/o brother here on Monday and we had so much fun! We went for two hours which was a perfect amount of time, we didn’t wait in any lines, it wasn’t overly crowded, and the staff was amazing! I feel like when I go to places like this that have kids running around everywhere the staff is young and they don’t really care BUT…not here. All the staff was attentive, not a single staff member pulled their phone out, and they even checked on me when I sat down to take a break. I even noticed some staff members talk to a few kids when they broke the rules and they were so professional and polite and didn’t yell or get upset. I’ve seen many times (at other places) where staff would just be annoyed and yell “STOP RUNNING!!! Don’t do that!! Etc..” but these members were so sweet. They would give them gentle reminders like, “Hey buddy! Don’t forget that only one person can go down the slide at a time.” Or “You’re not in trouble, I would just like to remind you…” and all with a smile on their face. Overall, go here! It’s so worth it and such a good time!!!

this place was great! the staff were all super cool, especially Reece and Avery. Reece let us have a super wonderful experience, sliding around as fast as we could, and Avery helped us out with everything we needed help with. the food was both hot and fresh, and the ICEEs were flavorful as well. I’d especially recommend the racing section, challenging friends to go against to see who would win. all in all this was a wonderful experience and i may even return again in the near future.
