This is the best Red Robin in the Greater St. Louis area. I am on a special diet, and their menu meets my requirements, so I’ve eaten at most of them. There’s something about this location that causes staff to go above and beyond. They’re exceedingly polite and helpful. The food is always consistent, hot and predictable. To-go orders are packed in the nicest containers with utensils, napkins, condiments , etc. William is one of the servers at this location. So kind and attentive, you’d think it’s the 1950s. During the pandemic they’ve never whined or made excuses; they’ve faced the challenge head-in and stayed open and active way more than the other restaurants in the area.

I had a blue ribbon burger it was outstanding my daughter had the turkey burger really good as well. The restaurants was very clean we were there around 7:30 at night. We had one soda two burgers an order of sweet potato fries my daughter drank water and it cost $30 dollars. Our waitress was outstanding she was very attentive. One of the only things I noticed they were a bit slow on cleaning the empty tables. I recommend this location I would eat here again

Red Robin: A Frozen Nightmare I went to Red Robin with high hopes of enjoying a juicy burger and some crispy fries. What I got instead was a frozen nightmare. The AC was up so high that I felt like I was in Antarctica. I could see my breath as I spoke, and my fingers were numb from the cold. The backs of our chairs were sticky, as if someone had spilled soda on them and never bothered to clean it up. The service was nonexistent. They kept saying “we’ll be right there”, but no one ever came. We waited for 20 minutes, but our order was never taken. We decided to leave, and no one even noticed. Their loss, indeed. Red Robin, you need to get your act together, or you’ll lose more customers like us. This was the worst dining experience of my life. I give you one star, and that’s being generous.

Stopped in for dinner before attending a concert at The Factory. It was DELICIOUS! All three of us got a different burger 🍔 all of which were FIRE! Highly recommend 👌 I have never been disappointed by Red Robin!

The restaurant was freezing. We were shivering throughout the entire meal. The waitress was nice, but spilled a lemonade all over two people at our table and didn't apologize. She said, "First time for everything." One person had to wait almost 30 minutes later than the rest of the table to get her food because her order was wrong. We asked to see the manager and she acted like she didn't care. She comped the food for the person who had to wait for her food, but nothing, not even an apology for the two people who had lemonade spilled on them. I will never go back to this place.

It's a standard location that's just what you would expect. It's in a decent area and the staff is ok. It's not bad for what it is, and not the worst one I've seen. There's not much more to say. Everything is typical. The food is what you should get at any of them. It can get very busy at lunch time during the week, and evenings and weekends. They do a decent job of keeping the wait down.

Been twice and both times the service has been very lackluster in promptness. Polite, but we struggle to get out of here in under an hour and a half. This has only been during lunch and both times were a Friday. Food is good. Definitely make sure you get some campfire sauce to go with your fries and even on your burger. Another nicety is they have pay stations at each table so you can tab out whenever you want. If you can figure out how to work it...

The food is flavorful, good selection, endless fries (what everyone needs, right?), and the environment is kind of playful and fun. Nice bar area, and price on the lunch specials is fantastic.
