I am leaving this review as a massive warning to anybody who is seeking Tattoo Removal. Do not go here. They have no clue what they are doing. She caused hyper pigmentation on my skin with only one session which has never happened in 10 years of removing tattoos with other places. She turned the laser up too high, and I could be dealing with permanent skin discoloration over one session at this place. Do not give them your business! Take the drive to Milwaukee and go to the removery. you will have a completely different experience, and you will not have to worry about damage that lasts a lifetime.

The owner and his wife are amazing with customer service. The place is always clean and smells nice.. The reason I chose this place is because they have the highest tech available in Wisconsin. I am seven sessions through my tattoo removal.

Kimberly was SO professional thorough, and skilled. She took the time to listen to my questions and advised me on what was best for mole and sun spot removal. This is my third time at Total Body Laser & Med Spa, and I would highly recommend it to anyone! You won't be disappointed!

Shady place. Had appt with a female, showed up and only one guy was there, no other staff. No explanation. Went ahead with the appt. I had 4 skin tags removed and now I have 4 dark purple raised scars. I would not recommend this chop shop! I have had other laser treatments done in the past and have never had any type of scarring. If zero stars was an option, that is what they would be getting from me.

I have been coming here for years for laser hair and tattoo removal. One of my tats is almost completely gone! Hair removal is going great as well! Always friendly service. Highly recommend!
