Been a member for close to 15 years, use to love this location, management and employees were great. Currently this place has gone down hill, new general manager and fitness manager are terrible with members. Unfortunately after 15 years I will no longer be going to your West Allis location, maybe they can learn from your other locations.

Before the pandemic I was a WAC member for many years. Sadly I never recognized how friendly the staff was and at West Allis location they are great. helpful at every turn. the facilities are good to great. train staff is knowledgeable and I have enjoyed (at least after I was done) the one boost class I have taken. pool is wonderful and good hot tub. it appears to me, that all the Equipment was working and in good repair. and the place has a bar inside. fun. UPDATE west allis WAC is remodel and is pretty awesome. Great people. Fun workouts.

Decent gym, usually don’t need to wait for equipment. But it’s pretty gross. Most trainers don’t care enough to clean equipment after use (personally or when with clients). And I’ve seen maybe one other guest make any effort to clean equipment after use.

I Love the cleanliness in the facility and the friendliness in the staff. I Really appreciate that they stay open till midnight during the week.

If it's one thing I love, it's good customer service. I would give staff at wac in West Allis a ten if I could. Thanks for being nice and professional. I truly appreciate it.

Renovated showers and lockers,,,still not as good as previous ,but as good as it gets for limited space,,just call before you go, sometimes they close early

This place is extremely clean. The staff works really hard to make sure each patron feel special. The aquatics program is well known for teaching small classes, and the private lessons are for young tots all the way to 93-year-olds. They provide towels and shaving cream. I can't say enough about the program they offer for adults and children alike. For instance on August 11th there is a s'mores party for families. It's $10 per family and allows the families to use the outside pool and enjoy s'mores. There will be games and activities played.

I love coming here. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a community not just for working out but for improving your whole life. There are a bunch of events and classes planned for everyone.

Its a good gym but membership is not that cheap for the gym to close at 6pm on a Saturday..Hopefully it comes back to being a 24 hour gym
