Great easy place to go. Gets a little cold, food is great. And good service, love it!

This place is walkable from home. Our kids love their fries and we always buy family size. Since we are no meat eaters, we get the harvest veggie burger and my wife loves it. The kids who at the restaurant are very friendly and respectful.

Come on, it’s the small things that are on my receipt, and nobody can follow simple instructions. Add 2 ketchup packets (got home, no ketchup). For something that costs 11$, this is rediculous. Do better smh

Apparently no one in this places understands what a "chocolate sundae " is. That is what I ordered, but received chocolate custard in bowl. Why does this need to be explained. This is why I go to Kopps, they understand the assignment. Might want to do a better job of training those tweens

New Berlin Culver’s was very dirty with food on the ground and several dirty tables. Plus our scoops of custard didn’t fill up the small cup. Literally 6 spoons of custard. Your employees didn’t care or offer to help. Teach them to always give the customer the “pickles.” Listen, for what you charge you need to do better cleaning and stop skimping on the custard.

Definitely hit or miss. Burgers were less than desirable. Won’t eat burgers here again. Maybe custard but this location is very low quality compared to other culvers in the area that my family and I have visited. Also with all the kids working, one of them should go around and the clean tables.

I've been going here for years, mainly this location. It's a bit costly for fast food, but the quality of the food seems better than most other brands. I have to say though, the texture of the frozen custard is inconsistent. I have on more than one occasion had a gritty/sandy texture and freezing cold ice crystals in the frozen custard. It's quite off-putting and really a disappointment when it happens. The flavor I was looking forward to eating has been completely ruined, and my mouth is frozen and numb. I have never had this happen with a well-known competitor's frozen custard, so there must be some way to avoid this. I hope you can get more consistency, or I'll be spending my money you know where.

I had the fish fry it was fantastic again. Probably the best carry out fish fry you can get. A little bit of a wait in the drive-through but it's To be expected with the populthirty especially on a Friday during Lent

Problem with online curbside pick up. Ordered at 5:30 for a 6:30 pick. Was told there was no order. I gave the girl my last name. After talking with the manager i was told it was under my first name. Staff should ask for the name it was ordered. Also last time i ordered online I left 15 minutes after i ordered and was told the ticket hasn't shown up yet. How does it work that 20 min after i order the ticket hasn't showed up yet?

Me and my daughter were deciding where to go for ice cream so we decided to go to Culver’s in new Berlin! BIG MISTAKE!!! If I’m going to pay $5.00 for ice cream, then I want my ice cream!!! Get up to the window the Lady hands me one scoop! So I said to her is this two scoops!?? Oh no that’s one scoop I said well I ordered two scoops!! So what does she do? put it into a bigger container, barely no hot fudge on it. AND STILL NO MORE ICE CREAM!!!! So I asked her again!!! Is this two scoops!?? YES SHE SAYS!!! OMG NO IT WAS Not!!! I ordered this all the time from different Culver’s!! EXTREMELY SMALL!! This is what I got for $5.00!!! I WAS NOT HAPPY!!! I do not mind paying for food if I’m getting The product!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! AND NO I DID NOT EAT ANY!!! As you can tell, the cup is pretty much, not even halfway full!!! $5.00 out the window along with my disappointment!!!!!

Stopped off quick to eat dinner with my Mom. Bill was half the price of shake shackles. Double Butter Burger Delux is my favorite.

I’ve had good service here before but something seems wrong with their custard recently. My husband and I each ordered different concrete mixers and they both had super gritty and gross textures, like chunky sand. I don’t know if it was freezer-burnt or if the custard was just going bad, which is disappointing for the higher price point.

Everything was good but I specifically asked for no onions on my burger and somehow they managed to put grilled onions on it and I tipped them a bunch of crystal pendants and they still messed up my order. Frustrating and upsetting

Consistently great place to get burgers and frozen custard! I recommend getting a value basket, and you can ask for the included fries or drink (which can be a concrete mixer) to be larger for a slightly added cost.

Ordered a butterburger. Parked in lot to eat. First bite into sandwich tasted just lukewarm. French fries ok. But felt the sandwich had been sitting too long somewhere and my stomach was upset after a few minutes could not eat more. Inside additions were mushy didn’t seem fresh at all! Should have called them when got home.
