We finally had the chance to try the lunch buffet today and it was fresh and tasty. My husband loved the tandoori chicken which had a deep grilled flavor. They had a wide variety of options. I loved the bread and butter chicken. Everyone was super friendly and it was exceptionally clean. We will definitely return.

After seeing numerous mentions of Had's on Facebook, and being a HUGE fan of Indian cuisine, I decided I needed to try out the lunch buffet. Conveniently, Had's was open on the 4th of July, so my wife and I went for lunch. We were sat immediately, and went right up to the buffet, filling our plates with a little bit of everything, knowing that we'd have to save space for a second plate at least. The first plate was mostly vegetarian dishes, all of which were incredible. The star of these was the Paneer Shahi, of which my wife said "This is the perfect Indian dish". Our second plates were mostly meat, with a mix of chicken and goat dishes. Again, nothing disappointed. The naan was light and fluffy, and the fried Poori was also great. Dessert was some gulab jamun mixed in to some kheer, and was an absolute delight. Had's is now our #1 Indian Spot in MKE, and a contender for best restaurant overall. EDIT: We went back for dinner, and had the Shahi Paneer, Saag Paneer, and Had's Chicken Curry again, all ordered at medium spice. Dinner was just as good, if not better, than the lunch buffet. Had's is our new go-to spot for Indian in MKE (and we've had a LOT of Indian food)

Best buffet currently in the Waukesha/Milwaukee area. Fresh selection of authentic Indian cuisine. The day I went they had a great grilled fish special on the buffet. Wonderful service as well.

Came here for dinner after wanting to eat here a few weeks. It didn't disappoint. It was cozy and warm atmosphere. Great service and great food. The lamb briyani was excellent. They even gave a warm towel at the end, I loved that. I will be back InshaAllah.

Amazing food. About 2/3 of it is vegetarian friendly, and they have an amazing variety from day to day. Seriously, I make a point of skipping breakfast just so I have plenty of room for this buffet. My only minor complaint would be that the servers are perhaps excessively attentive, to the point where you sometimes feel watched, but even that has eased off the last couple of times I've been by.

Went for the lunch buffet today, a little before noon. It was our first time, even though it's been a place we've been wanting to try for months. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a very long time. My son even commented, saying they need to teach other restaurants how to take care of patrons. It was clean, organized, colorful decorations (so cheerful!), the buffet was fresh and fully stocked, everyone was kind and friendly. We felt welcomed, which is something I seldom feel in most establishments anymore. The food was delicious - every single bite. We were brought hot, fresh naan and it was some of the best I've had. Our water glasses never made it halfway empty before they were being filled again - that alone is worth a repeat visit. I truly appreciated my time there today (08.03.2023) Especially their customer service, they have it in spades. We will be back.

We’ve been going here for a few months and keep forgetting to review. We’ve visited all the Indian restaurants in Milwaukee and surrounding areas and this is by far our favorite. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They remove your plates when you’re done with them in a timely manner and ensure you have water at all times. Water is included in buffet price but have other drink options available. We’ve gotten the tea and it’s very good. They have a big variety of food including several desserts that are all good. They have vegetarian and some vegan options as well. They are kid friendly and I’ve seen them interact in a positive manner with other kids and our own daughter. Parking is in a parking lot and there’s always plenty of spots available. This is further from our house then the other Indian restaurants but we always go to this one because food is always fresh and tasty and staff is always welcoming and attentive. Price is less than other Indian buffets too but food is definitely better. 🤗 If you haven’t tried it out I would definitely suggest doing so, you won’t regret it. We’ve gone with family and friends and they’ve all loved it too. I only added one pic of our plate because we always forget to take pics since we enjoy the food and eat it before taking a pic.

A truly hidden gem! If you enjoy Indian cuisine, this is the place to go, small buffet set up however each dish is clearly made with amazing ingredients and care. I tried every dish and they were all amazing! Great vegetarian options as well. So glad I was introduced to this place! Great price also!

The food and staff make this one of the best spots in the area. Truly a wonderful spot and prepared with care every time. Have been going here for over a year and just tried the buffet. Worth a visit!

Come hungry. Try a little of everything in the buffet, even the foods that you don't recognize. Get the Chai, flavored with fennel seeds. Seriously the best Indian food I can remember eating. The foods are clearly marked as GF/Vegan/Vegetarian as applicable. I'm taking anyone who's with me here next time I'm in town. 🤩

Best egg curry I have had outside of Asia! Super nice and friendly and the food was amazing! We found our new favorite Indian place! So accommodating and easy to work around food allergies too!

Finally had a chance to try the lunch buffet here. It was delicious. Just walking in, we commented how wonderful it smelled. There were two soups, numerous entrees, salad, sauces and several desserts -- something for everyone. My favorites were the lamb curry, fried fish and chicken tandoori. They bring warm naan to your table. The food was fresh and regularly replenished. Service was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.

When I tell you this is literally THE BEST food I have ever gotten through door dash I MEAN IT. I ordered 15 minutes before it closed. It took 15 mins to get to me and the food tasted fresh and it was delicious

Top notch buffet spot. Great food quality and priced perfectly. It's a personal joy to see the man who waited tables at a competing place with his own restaurant now!
