Bad attitude and false advertised pricing. Told at counter 26.95 for flannel clearly on rack for 9.99. Asked why at checkout desk and got attitude. NO SALE. The reason why retail is dying in this country.

There were 4 employees on the women's side of the store and 3 customers. I grabbed a bunch of clothes and wandered around looking for a dressing room. I finally found it in the very back only to find out that it was closed. The sales associate that was walking around talking to her friend didn't think that it might be important to mention that to a customer who clearly looked lost. Apparently, they have limited hours for the dressing rooms. The four people at the front did not know the hours--they had to radio to someone for them. So, wanting to be able to try everything on, I gave them the pile of clothes and left. I tried to call the other H&Ms in the area to find out if they had changing rooms open but they don't allow you to call the stores--you have to call corporate. You then tell them the question. They put you on a long hold while they call the store and come back with an answer. Well, here's hoping you don't have another question for the store because they have to put you through the same thing each time. And of course, all of the locations have different hours for their dressing rooms. They (customer service) claimed they limit the hours because of having to sanitize the unwanted clothes and dressing rooms. But my clothes were put right back on the rack after I handled them and no one was wearing masks. I don't think they really care about sanitizing anything.

Lot of nice clothes and accessories for the entire family!! We always love coming to this store, they have nice fashion styles and prices :)

I walked to the line, there were two girls helping someone. One girl was just finishing up with one, she decided to walk off leaving me standing there. The girl that was still helping some had to call for more help because another person came and waited as well. (I never post people but I really hate a nasty attitude.) This girl came, ask for the next person. I came up and ask "were she the one that left?" She said "no" and preceded to check ne out, without asking me for my discount or anything. Even seemed a bit mad when I didnt want something, when i ask to take something off, she breath heavily. After ringing me up said "recipe in the bag have a good day", with attitude. I waited to see if the next customer were going to get the same attitude and she did everything she was suppose to. Ask her did she have her discount, did she find everything, even assisted to help with A item she didn't see on the floor...

Amazing staff. Always making sure I get help when I ask. I love the environmental aspect of the company and how affordable it is as well. It looks a little short staffed at times but they still somehow manage to get the job done! Amazing

Love this place when I need to add pieces to my capsule wardrobe. Every time I wander in I find a gem. Whether it's a sleek pair of slacks or a colorful patterned dress I usually find a few things to spice up my basics.
