The doctor was amazing! His explanation of what is going on with my daughter was the best I have ever experienced. I walked out of the office feeling very confident with the diagnosis and the treatment. He explained in a way I could understand and seemed 100% interested in what was going on!

All members of the team were professional and compassionate. Dr Gerard‘s way of treating was just right n the medicine worked well. Thank you team.

Dr Shallue in Urgent Care was incredibly thorough. She asked several questions to better understand my illness. Due to past history, she ordered X-rays to confirm a diagnosis. She made me feel confident and comfortable with her diagnosis.

The digital check in kiosks, not a good idea. If efficiency was the mindset, it's not happening. I had no problems checking in but an elderly patient did. The assistant had to help her check in anyways. Privacy issue too with the huge screen to sit at in front of everyone in the waiting room. I don't want to talk to robots in health care. If I wanted that, I'd go to Google with my problems!

I saw Mace Boshart (PA) and he was the least helpful medical professional I’ve ever met. I was sick for 5 days already and had the chills, sore throat, congestion, sinus pressure, a headache, etc. He only tested me for strep throat and wouldn’t test for COVID or the flu. All he told me was to rest and drink fluids. What a waste of money and an hour of my life. Still feeling terrible the next day.

Very positive experiences with Urgent Care at the Brookfield location. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Medical assistant Taylor gets an extra high five from me!

I was an urgent care pt. I was taken in a timely manner. Sarah the nurse practioner was great as was Dr Ann. Issue was resolved quickly.

Had an issue with my elbow. Checked in and was talking to the doctor in less than 15 minutes. Exam and diagnosis followed. All good work and quick too

The doctor that my son and I saw yesterday for our urgent care illness visit was fabulous. She spent a lot of time with us to run tests and make sure the treatment was appropriate.

absolutely worse urgent care you can possibly go to , Just spent an hour of my time waiting in the waiting room, got there at 3:55pm my appointment was at 4:10pm and the lady told me that there was one person ahead in line , then 4 more people were taken in before me , so I asked the front lady “I thought there was only one person ahead of me “ she lied to me and said other doctors are treating them and they aren’t there for urgent care even though we are in the urgent care section and i asked 30 mins later what’s the hold up and she said they take people who are in more pain , i’ve been sick for the last week and in pain i wouldn’t have gone if i wasn’t in pain, shaking my head i just wanted antibiotics
