Course is in rebuilding phase and a work in progress. I would like to come back and play again to better rate this in like a year or 2...hope it comes around nicely. Nice newer clubhouse, cheap golf rates, nice looking practice range, in house simulators, fancy looking carts...just not enough of them, and free older pull carts. Pro shop was small but ok. Awesome staff. Fun golf to play, but the quality just needs to come around yet. Basically, golf is you pay for what you get. It's a short course classified as a 9 hole par 3, but the score card has it at par 32. There are a few holes exceeding 300 yards and some interesting challenging shots to keep some interest. Watch out for the #8 green as that was confusing. The first 2 to 3 holes of this 9 hole course are getting worked on a lot for greens and fairways. There are signs showing the current owners are not shy to reflect it and are trying to get it better. This course area has changed names at least 3 times. Only found The Perserve at Deer Creek, The Practice Station, and now the current called Sunny Slope golf course. Would rate higher stars when the course quality were to improve some more.

Why call for tee-time at Sunnyslope. Literally 6 carts behind us at first tee and 4 groups in front of us. We were a 2pm tee time and didn’t tee off till 2:20. Need to learn how to stagger players. All they do is take your $$ and keep booking golfers

Avoid this course if you’re more than a beginner golfing. The Course was total chaos. Backed up tee times due to groups of 10 teeing off, letting their kids hit balls whenever, no ranger out there to control things. It’s not even worth the $20 to play there.

I stopped by this afternoon to check out the property and the costs of golfing in the winter. I got the information I was looking for and decided to get something to eat. I looked at the menu and it was pretty impressive for a smaller portions restaurant, so I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and pickles and it was positively delicious and it also came with tater tots and they were delicious too. There was nothing small about the portions either. I was very impressed with the quality and texture of the sandwich. I will definitely be back!

I golf Monday Wednesdays and Fridays every week. It's not a perfect course but it's perfect for me and my buddy he's 80. Everybody their treats you like you're special. Play golfing here a long time and it's getting better everyday. Can't wait till next season but I'll be there Monday. Frank

I just started coming here recently, but I cannot overstate how impressed I am with this facility. Let's start with the staff. A business is only as good as its staff. Everyone that I have met there has been very friendly, professional, and helpful. They have gone above and beyond in their efforts to ensure that I have a great experience whenever I arrive. The Food- Chef Jason is the best. Everything that he prepares is of the highest quality and delicious. Yesterday I had a brat, and I can honestly say that it was the best brat I have ever had in my life. Lessons- Due to the extremely poor state of my golf game, I started taking lessons from JJ, the on-staff golf professional. I had previously taken lessons from at least three other instructors from different facilities over the years, and none of them was able to immediately improve my game the way JJ has. The Sunnyslope owners are constantly working to improve the quality of the course, and I am confident that their efforts are paying huge dividends for all who golf there. The driving range and practice greens are in good shape. The state- of- the- art Trackman simulators are designed to give you instant feedback on every swing. The entire facility is very clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. In short, Sunnyslope Golf Course is a hidden gem in an area of overcrowded and overpriced golf courses. Others are only interested in getting your $$$, but the folks at Sunnyslope want you enjoy every minute that you are there. Stop in and check them out!

Not only is Sunny Slope a fantastic place to hit the range or do a round of 9, but the staff is incredibly friendly. Their food is also amazing. Made fresh and it shows. Absolutely delicious.

Went this week to test out the Trackman simulator and get a feel for it since I joined the upcoming winter league and hadn’t been here since it was The Preserve 9 hole golf course, what a great job they’ve done with the place! Food, full bar, helpful staff, clean, looking forward to being able to golf all winter here.
