I’ll start by saying the servers and bartenders were nice. The food was mediocre. We waited quite a while for everything. There was a party of 8 that ordered before us (along with others, but that was the group that “held things up”, but I don’t think 2 1/2 hours was a reasonable wait. Mozzarella sticks, and salads were good. A few of us ordered filet mignon, and it was sub par. Normally you should be able to cut through a filet like butter, but it took work. We ordered medium rare, and two of us had it correct, but the other’s was undercooked (not a huge deal). Mushrooms were very tasty, and I would pass on the garlic butter. Pros:salad, chicken strips, and perch, servers and bartender Cons: filet too tough, garlic butter was nothing special, and wait

This place is awful. I can't believe people eat here. My medium rare steak was charbroiled on the outside and RAW inside. Seriously raw. The other plate at the table was supposed to be medium well and was barely medium rare. Even the mozzarella sticks were not cooked. And they were grainy in consistency. No flavor. They took a partially eaten steak and put it back on the grill. It was so burned on the outside when it came back it was inedible. Was charged full price for this gross mess of a meal. Save your hard earned money - they mean it when they say "we aren't responsible for well done steaks". Truth in advertising.

Love this intimate neighborhood bar/supper club! The menu has been modified to be a bit on the smaller side, but the offerings are wonderful! Great Old Fashioneds, too!

Really crowded, but, the food is very good. Most likely why it takes a long time to get a seat. Spicy shrimp were excellent. The fillet was better than the 92 st. Special

Fantastic! My boyfriend and I decided to check out this spot for dinner on Saturday night and it did not disappoint. We ordered the crab cakes, house salad, and the 92nd Street steak - the food was phenomenal! We also really enjoyed the down to earth atmosphere; it’s a true gem in West Allis and a popular spot (so glad to see people supporting a local restaurant)…we will definitely be back! I am hopeful they bring back the apple crisp on their dessert menu because we were told it’s wonderful. Definitely would recommend! 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This laid-back steakhouse can not be beat for the money. Delicious martinis and old fashioned as well. I highly recommend the mango berry martini. For appetizers, we had the deviled eggs and wedge salad, which both were good, especially the salad. Normally, I have the filet when visiting, but this time I took the bartenders advice and tried the 92nd street special. I was pleasantly surprised how flavorful this steak was being the lowest priced option. I added scallops and a crab cake to my entree. The scallops were seared perfectly and melted like butter. This place has become a new favorite of ours and I highly recommend you give them a try.

First time eating here and we ordered 2 ribeyes, the charcuterie board, asparagus, mac & cheese & pecan pie. We upgraded from fried to mashed potatoes and lyonnaise potatoes. The ribeyes were fantastic tasting & buttery tender. I didn’t care for my meh lyonnaise potatoes but my husband liked his mashed. The mac & cheese was delicious but the asparagus was kind of ordinary. The pecan pie was good. Our waiter was ok. He forgot to bring us rolls until I questioned about the toast that the menu listed with our steaks. He also never told us specials or offered anything extra other than to bring us food. One man kept coming around bringing us things and asking how everything was. An owner maybe? He was much better than our waiter. Big negative was how filthy the carpet on the entrance steps was. It was black. Very disgusting walking into a bar/restaurant to see black filthy carpet. Also the up charge for EVERYTHING and no soup or salad offered with a 14 oz $40 steak. A man behind us asked why there was an extra $1 charge for his drink and was told it was the fruit. What??? That’s ridiculous! Fruit is part of a drink. Also heard they charge $.50 for butter for your baked potato. Big turnoffs! I told my husband I’ll bring my own butter if we go back. The charcuterie board was good except for the stale pretzels. We would definitely go back for the steaks, but please clean the carpet and free butter like every other restaurant.

Nice place in West Allis area. Tried the sirloin tips, shrimp, onion strings calamari, crab cakes and wings. Everything was great. Steaks looked good. Trying next time.

I’m giving it one star because we weren’t able to get inside to try it. The online hours state they’re open until 9:00 pm on Friday & Saturday. We showed up on 11/6 (Saturday) at 7:50 pm to a pretty full parking lot, parked & walked to the front door only to find it was locked. We could see there was a bar full of people. We thought maybe we were at the wrong door so we tried the other one but had no luck. We walked back to our car & I called. The girl that answered said “yea…he decided to close at 8”. Seriously?! I guess Butch has enough money & doesn’t need any new customers. We went to Crawdaddy’s instead and had a great meal - as always. We’ve never been to Butch’s & now we never will.

Casual neighborhood steakhouse provided a great backdrop for a Friday dinner. First experience was very good. The dining room was packed, service took a little while to hit its stride but once it did the dinner flowed nicely. Servers worked as a team while training a new person. The filet mignon was outstanding and was reasonably priced which is a benefit at the moment. The onion strings were perfectly crisp and not soggy at all. The half rack of ribs were fork tender and had a zesty barbecue sauce already slathered on the meat when served. Cocktails were good, a gin martini made to my liking with blue cheese olives hit the spot. A killer caramel corn cheesecake was a great finale. Never had that type of cheesecake before! It is a must try!

Rarely post reviews but this was worth it. Little long on the wait but the steak was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and reasonably priced. Great potato too. Waitress was very kind. Definitely will be back.

It's a small place. Nice size bar. Dining room about 12 tables. I had the 92nd street steak and my husband had the baked fish. Both very good. Steak done medium, husband's fish flaky. Bartenders attentive. Wii be back.

Steak cooked well; seasoned and seared beautifully. Service was excellent. Dining room and bar area a little tight for how busy it was but not much to be done about that. System for seating is unnecessarily confusing of you've never been there though. There is a tiny sign hidden near main entrance explaining to see a server near the jukebox. I would recommend posting clearly by both entrances.

I'm so glad that we finally tried this place. We plan to return again in the future! We were very happy with the food, service, and the prices. We dined outside on their deck. The summer weather was nice, but the neighborhood traffic was a little too loud.

Great little bar/restaurant. Very friendly and warm atmosphere. We hadn’t been here since the new ownership. The food was definitely a big improvement. My husband had the fish fry and it was really good. I had the fried shrimp dinner and it was delicious! We ate at the bar so we could visit with our favorite bartender Joe. He’s a gem! We will be back!

Well the ribeye, was fair. Whatever you do don’t order the macaroni & cheese. It’s macaroni at the bottom and grated cheese on top. (not melted) My girlfriend liked the cocktail a chocolate martini. I’ll think twice about returning. Christopher

Great steaks, and dessert! Service was 11/10!! Try the Zip Sauce, you won’t regret it. Seriously a great place to come and unwind after any day. Laid back atmosphere with incredible food. If there was room for another star I’d give them and extra!

Ordered a long island and the 92nd street 8oz. With mashed potatoes. Excellent. Place was very busy, but, crowd and staff were cool. No pics cause it was that packed. Wanted to have my meal and leave so someone else could have a seat at the bar.

From the moment I called to make sure we’ll ensure a reservation I knew I was making the right move. When we arrived, the place was packed so we confirmed it would be a good time; you won’t see bad places packed on special dates like today’s, Right? Sitting on the bar to wait for our table and Ms. bartender prepared a refreshing “Kiddie Cocktail” for my Son an a soothing Jack Sour for myself 👍. Short wait until gotten buzzed for our table, that’s when the Magic Kept Flowing… Excellent Spicy Shrimps as Appetizer and French Onion Soup, followed with a short wait for our Entrees. The Ribs covered with an Amazing barbecue glaze were like Heaven Sent, paired with delicious Loaded mashed potatoes almost brought tears to my Son’s eyes. My plate? That’s the moment the clouds opened and Glory Came Down… Seared Medium Rare Filet, so tender almost melted, spreading all those good flavors on every single & existing taste bud in my mouth; paired with Scallops and a Mm-mm-MM, butter baked 🥔. Then the Sweet end; Lemon Berry Cake for Son and a Key Lime Pie for Moi 🎉 😋 👍 👏 If you’re close by and haven’t tried it; you’re wasting time like I did… Thank You All @ This Little Piece of Heaven for giving my Son and I Such a Good Experience and pushing our Taste Buds to The Extreme… Good Job

Great steaks. Great service. Unbelievable value. Had the 12 oz filet. It was cooked perfectly. Fries were good. And motz sticks are very good as well..

1 handicapped parking spot that usually has vehicle with NO placard parked. Mentioned it to bartender, but they just shrugged shoulders. Older patrons blow noses in napkins and place on bar. Bartender then throws in trash and then touches plates and glasses w/o washing hands. Seen it cpl times. Will never eat there!!!

Great food, great service, great experience! Pan seared trout, potato pancakes, and the 8oz fillet were all amazing! Great drink selection too.

My brother & I came in the other night. Everything was phenomenal! The filet was like butter and the prices will beat any fine steakhouse I’ve been to. My brother wanted to go back the next day. Great job Henry Flach’s!

Service was quick, quick, quick! The fish fry walleye an cod we got was panko crusted, but good. The martinis hit the spot, very tasty. Great price. Theres non I didn't like. However, I did have a headache later that evening.

Great place! The wife and I both had the NY Strip. It was delicious. Good drinks from some of the best staff around. The only pictures I took are from the gentleman’s room.

Butch's is the best local bar and grill with awesome home style cooking. It has such a great taste with out having to clean the kitchen. 👍😊

First time here but will go back to try again. Quaint, old school dinner club with good service, good food and fair prices. Only negative was my son ordered his filet medium and it came out rare, asked if they could hit it for another minute and it came back grey, really a shame. Unfortunate, but not the first time I've seen that happen. At that point he just ate it. Mine on the other hand was perfect.
