I walked into kitts today, and I met the manager who was super friendly and made sure my order was right. The staff was also super sweet I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and I also tried their hot fudge ice cream which honestly was one of the best hot fudge ice cream I’ve ever had. My friend also tried the strawberry banana shake and the strawberry slushy both super fantastic. It hit the sweet spot for sure. The store was super clean! I’m definitely going to become a regular. So happy with the new management.

Same location New management fresh new start. Visited location yeaterday. New staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Order a shake and slushes. Was delicious and refreshing! Clean and friendly environment. Good luck to the new owners! Will be visiting again!

Drove by today. Never been here at kitts. Decided to stop by check it out. Order a burger and fries, and a banana spilt sundae! I got to say all the food was fresh and amazing. Very nice friendly staff. I was impressed. Thank you. Will visit again

If your looking for a place for your sweet tooth, This is the place! I tried 2 different desserts and both were delicious! And The new management is Amazing! Can't wait to come again on my next day off!

Stopped by with my buddies after school. We got burgers and shakes. Great food, dope customer service. I’m happy they reopened new management new staff. Great work Kitts! Our favorite spot. Our to go for sure

Haven't been here since last year, had a taste for some good ice cream at night. Found out under NEW MANAGEMENT (manager was very nice, we talked) same prices, but the ice cream bowls are no longer there. So it seems that if ur paying more for something less. Manager and I talked bout the cups size and the bowls everyone has been talking to him about and where he could find them But overall Great food and late night as well

Won't eat here again, freezer burnt mushy strawberries in custard . Order was wrong (even tho the receipt was correct) fries had to have been made in a microwave or the day before stale and mushy. (threw in the trash) Won't waste money here again.

Great place and the food is hot and fresh. The custard ice cream incredibly delicious. The customer service is amazing. I recommend this place for quality service and they never disappoint been going almost every day and they are always so professional and on point.

Amazing food, fresh, customer service was quick and friendly, custard was great. Quick old fashioned diner that everyone should visit. Not sure why all the bad reviews. My kids also loved the food!

I used to go to Kitts before new ownership, but only for sundaes and shakes. The food was meh and the customer service was AWFUL, and slow. But trust me, if you had a bad experience in the past, give it another try. The new owners are great, really did a 180. The sundaes are still great, and the food is much much fresher now. And dont expect the long waits from the past. So happy its back!!

Classic diner. They should host biker and car events. Atmosphere is perfect for it. 3-Stars is because they often are out of basics.

The service was slow as ever. We went at a time where there were 3 people ahead of us who had already ordered. We only ordered custard and it took at least 20 minutes to get some melted custard. I won't be back.

Good Shakes and malts. Open real late. The location is a little sketchy at night. But everyone is very friendly.

I’m not sure what all the horrible reviews are about. Can’t expect much customer service from a bunch of youngsters behind the counter. I tried a turtle sundae from most of the “famous” frozen custard spots in MKE and Kitt’s was by far the best one. The caramel and chocolate sauces they use… amazing. This review is from a few months ago though so not sure how it is with new management. Do ignore the random hair extension vending machine inside though…🤣

Classic Wisconsin custard place with a full menu of Americana food and the thickest malt shake I've ever had (it's custard!). Lots of locals here. Not the fastest service but the custard is legit and the other food has tons of flavor. One of the oldest eateries in the area.

Chicken was DELICIOUS!!! BEST in Milwaukee! Custard was average, it was not that creamy. The pecans were soft as if stale. I like the pecans with a little bite to them. The atmosphere is super cool, Love the outside sign and the history behind it. As far as delicious custard; Gillies is still in the custard lead :) Sorry Kitts

My friends and I did a little mini custard tasting with vanilla custard from Kitt’s, Leon’s, Kopp’s, and Gillies. And it was a unanimous Kitt’s as #1 out of those 4. The custard was the most creamy out of the 4 and had a rich flavor compared to the others.

The fries were hot, fresh and perfectly salted. Burger was well cooked on a fresh bun with plenty of fixings. Great value too! All the staff seemed to enjoy their job. Skip the golden arches and enjoy this place, seriously.

Glad I stopped in for first time from Illinois ! Wish they had a public bathroom lol . Other than that great service n my cheeseburger n root beer cost was excellent !

I really enjoyed my time there. The food was pretty good & the ice cream was tasty. Maybe add more ice or something because it melted quicker than i could eat it. That could be due ti the heat tho😭. Its now black owned!!

Very yummy! Custard wasn't to sweet and was smooth, the chicken tenders were so good! Not over cooked and perfectly moist, and crunchy on the outside. Hot sauce was perfect. Not too hot and with a TON of flavor. Will definitely go again

TO KITTS OWNER: MY WIFE AND I LOVE YOUR FOOD SO MUCH FOR YEARS, WE MISS IT!!! WE LIVE IN FL AND WANT TO KNOW IF WE CAN BUY A BOX OF FROZEN MEAT AND DELIVER IT HERE WITH DRY ICE PLEASE!?!?!!? ANYTHING!
