Best spot around for breakfast and lunch sandwiches.. Family business with hard working and polite staff.. But the variety fresh sandwiches is their niche.

This place has a lot of stuff that I absolutely love❤ there's a lot of different kinds of Meat in the Deli also a lot of food products that you can take home. They also offer stuff that you can make yourself and a variety of groceries. They also offer a variety of food that you can buy there to eat or take with you and I absolutely love the hot food the Subs are amazing. The Philly steak is definitely the best Philly steak I've ever had in my life. A super cool thing is that they have Fountain drinks and when you purchase one you can get free refills but I noticed they definitely have a giant variety of drinks to go. I noticed they have a lottery machine so you might want to stop by and try your luck but I'm here for the food and I'm so looking forward to getting the eggplant parmesan and a meatball sandwich🤗

Serino’s Deli, is a place that will never disappoint. Food is always great. Service is always great. They have a very large selection of food from subs, beef, pizza, lunch meet, snacks, etc.. I have been coming here for years and never once a bad experience. Reasonable pricing on the food as well. Always packed around lunch time! The owner Elvio is an amazing hard working man. Eat here and enjoy!

Great deli, very reasonable prices. Fast and friendly service. It has a little market area for bulk purchases of meat like mortadella or olive oil. Seemed to have a good stream of customers coming in on a Saturday afternoon. My Reuben could have used some more thousand island, but I’ll ask for that next time we are here. We will be back.

Had the italian beef with provolone and my coworker had the Italian sub. Mine was great and he really enjoyed his as well. The Italian guy taking the orders was super friendly, charismatic, and all around awesome! Will definitely be visiting again. 🤔 possibly tomorrow

We got inside and there seem to be a lot of people waiting. Much to my surprise they flew through the line very quickly. They have 6+ staff members behind the counter making it happen. The prices are very economical and the food is extraordinary. Not what I expected from a place with a sign that said Deli. Highly recommended to everyone who can get a parking spot. The rush starts right around noon.

What a find! This place is authentic and delicious. You place your order at the counter (the man behind the counter was great!). While you're waiting you grab your sides from the deli. They have plenty of house made salads available (you pay by the weight). I ordered the tomato and mozzarella small. It was in a light oil and a great compliment to my Margherita pizza.

The hot beef sandwich was delicious. Be sure to ask for it "juicy" as that is not a specified option that I saw on the menu, but they add au jus or something to the sandwich and it's delicious.

I went here on a whim because I was craving a panini sandwich and did not feel like driving all the way to Schaumburg for one. This place is a wonderful hidden gem. A small, family business that is a traditional deli. They emphasize good quality and the prices are more than fair. I ordered the chicken pesto panini and it was fresh and delicious! I was blown away at the quality, it was much higher than I was expecting. I'm happy to support a family business when I can. So glad I finally gave this place a chance. I recommend it to my friends and I will absolutely be back!

This is a absolute Gem of a restaurant, old School Italian Deli, with pretty much all the food being to die for. In all Chicago these are my favorite and in my opinion the best Margarita Pizza in all of Chicagoland. Its a 40 minute trip for me to get here, that is how good I think it is. Service is the best, family owned and operated. Oh, and pricing, I don't know how they keep the prices so reasonable, especially after the last few years of inflation. Don't second guess stopping, you will love it!

I have been coming here for years when I used to have this territory for sales. I forgot about it, but recently situations took me down to Addison and I am so happy I rediscovered it. I love the Italian sub, the Margarita Pizza and, well, everything else off the menu. The service is super-fast and friendly. The lunch crowd is stacked so parking can be an issue, but I usually find a space since they turn over the crowd so fast. Really cannot recommend this place enough. If there was a sixth star, they would get it from me.

Delicious food and wonderful staff. The brick oven pizza is amazing. Highly recommend it.

Local favorite sandwich place. Grilled Chicken Pesto, Chicken Bruschetta, and Reuben were all delicious. Wait time during lunch hours was 30 minutes. One thing to improve: wish they have online order service, especially for hot foods that take time. Good friendly service.

Ordering is a hassle. You order at the front items to be made. But then get sent to the side to pay and order pasta, stuff that is already made. And then you have to explain what you ordered on the other end. Which she had an attitude about it. The other ladies were nicer. Anyways italian sandwish was ok. The pasta salad was really good but whatever oil they used, leaves a terrible after taste & you can't get rid of it. Until after many many listerine washes. Anywho I don't think I'd return. Maybe to buy the cool Italian drinks but not the food. The parking lot is very cramped too and if you're not careful you get stuck at the drive through due to people who can't properly use the drive through and take up the whole exit spot.

The Deli sandwiches are awesome! Much better than the fast food sandwich places around and quicker too. They have a big selection of hot and cold sandwiches. You will surely find something to satisfy your taste buds.

Always a great place to grab a Sub or Pizza! I have been coming here for years when I'm in the area. If you haven't been here, this is a stop that you should make if you're in the area. Food here is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Be sure to try the breakfast sub!
