This place is awesome. I've been coming here a few years because it is addictive. Today I had a massage with Brad and he gives the ultimate massage. My facial was with Robin and she definitely gives your face all that's needed to keep the skin in great condition. If you're looking for THE place yo keep yourself fabulous, this is it.

I love this hand and stone location everyone is so nice and it’s very relaxing. I received prenatal massages and each time I felt very relaxed! Also love their products and had to buy the daily dose of water serum after trying one of their samples. I highly recommend hand and stone and this location as well!

READ BEFORE BOOKING HERE: I signed up for membership with the idea that I would go frequently. Ultimately after a few months I realized this was not for me . This hand and stone location is independently owned and operated under the Hand and Stone brand . I have called to cancel my membership numerous times with everything being told “a manager will have to cancel this” . It is my understanding that the owner of this location directs his employees to say this and to date , I have no received a call back .DO NOT visit this location , other hand and stones are better managed. I have already contacted my credit card provider as this is FRAUD and will contact the better business bureau regarding these illegal tactics .

Steve is awesome. He is very detailed and dedicated to his work. I’ve seen a lot of progress in my shoulder and neck, in which he pays special attention to!

Steve was great. He had me start by laying on my back so that the heated table had time to warm and relax the muscles to get the most out of our time. It was very relaxing and I felt amazing afterward. I love being able to come here every month to rest and relax.

Always look forward to my massages with Ewa. Anytime I come in with tension, I leave with it gone. She always asks if the pressure applied is ok and if there is any existing tension anywhere else. I always walk out feeling relaxed and stress free. She truly does an amazing job. The spa is very clean, quiet and cozy. They have additional service add-ons to the massage experience which I enjoy adding to the mix. Ambient music is playing so it gives it that nice relaxation feel. The staff at the front desk is super nice and accommodating. They ask if you need to go to the restroom or would like water right before your service. They even offer infused water. Love coming here. Thank you for making my experiences super enjoyable.

Today I had a diamond glow facial with rejuvenating serums using the Clarity line. I’m so impressed. My skin feels clean, clear and supple. I dropped at least 5 years. I initially came to treat myself but I think that this may need to be part of my regular routine.

Angela does the most perfect facials. Will answer your questions honestly and will recommend products within the spa or outside of the spa. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for facial. My skin feels so much better after every visit.

The Elmhurst location has gone down hill since Jim left. To schedule appointments your routed to India, they don't speak English well and have screaming children in the background, so unprofessional. I go in for my facial and the robe that was left to change into was disgusting, it had brown wet stuff on it and it got all over my hands. I lay on the table and look up and there is cobwebs and dust handing from the ceiling. Just dirty, disgusting, and unsanitary! What else is not being sanitized and cleaned. So I wanted to freeze my account because I have accumulated many packages and I have to pay. They keep increasing their prices and all the good massage therapist have left. And the condescending front desk girl tells me, well your supposed to schedule more than 1 month in advance for an appointment because they are in high, demand, more like no one wants to work there. I have back issues, so I have to tell my back, hold on you cant hurt right now , because I can't see anyone for over a month. Just ridiculous! And they keep increasing their the price for membership.

Had the best massage today!! Hand and stone is a relaxing, peaceful place that has the best service!! They even have delicious fruit infused water to enjoy while you wait.

Never knew I needed a facial until I got one! Alma my skin therapist made my first experience comfortable and recommended some great products to help my skin glow and clear up from black spots and acne scars. Jada has great customer service skills. she help sign me up for membership. I like the rewards program! It has only been a little over a month since I started going here but it is so worth it. A great way to relax & care for my skin

I recently canceled my membership due to several ongoing issues, and unfortunately, the resolution process has been far from satisfactory. Despite my attempts to communicate with the general manager and front desk staff, my concerns have not been adequately addressed. I requested to speak with the general manager, but unfortunately, no one returned my call. In an attempt to escalate the matter, I asked for contact information for the regional manager, but was told it goes against the policy. Interestingly, a front desk staff member later mentioned that I could obtain his first name. The cancellation process has been a source of significant frustration. It took multiple visits to the spa, and despite assurances, my membership was not fully canceled. Although the activation fee was refunded, the membership remains active and I am still being billed monthly. I do not recommend working with a managers/leaders like this. 0 Stars all across the board.
