I have yet to have a good experience after seeing several nurse practitioners here. Do NOT go here for psychiatrics. I can see a doctor at Healthlinc and get done in one appointment what a nurse practitioner can't do in several appointments. Don't waste your time.

Dr. Monaco is awesome!! He has helped me more then I could I have imagined.... he takes his time and asks the right questions in order to give me a personal custom experience and goes the extra mile to give me exercises to do on my own time which I appreciate so I can get back to my full potential!!!! I trust him and listen to his instructions carefully he knows his stuff! Would and do recommend to everyone!!

Had a 3pm telehealth appointment for today. No link texted to me .I called them at 3:10pm. On hold 15 plus minutes for anyone to help. Called multiple times. Sometimes it would just go to a voice-mail. Carrie finally answered and I explained I have now been waiting 29 mins for a telehealth appointment, Carrie indicated that even if I came in person I would have been waiting as well. She indicated the front desk didn't check me in ? Who knows. Very disorderly and unorganized. Zero sympathy for my time wasted. I took lunch to get this appointment and I can't hold indefinitely........when I have gotten through in the past is has been painless but for whatever reason today they are off. Got a hold Nurse and got refills needed / interact was great as usual once nurse on phone.5 stars for Heather Piehl getting her on the phone is the part that seems broken and should be addressed.

The people are great!!! Nurses and staff very professional yet personable. System is not! Require you to come in every 3 months to get your prescribed medications when it is usually yearly at most offices. Kinda crazy…

Nurses are amazing my son hates the going to the doctors because of past bad experiences. This was the first time I ever saw my sone let someone check his heart and ears and mouth without a struggle. It was so amazing to see. Thank you so much for being so kind to my boy!

Working with the team at Northshore has been an amazing experience. The staff here actually listened to me which has not been the case in my experience with medical professionals before. I am grateful to be working with people who see the whole person.

I bring my daughter to see Dr. Flannagan and she is amazing! She has great tips and really cares for my daughter, she answers all of my questions and concerns, I’m so glad we found her! Thank you!♥️

Tina in the lab is amazing! I have small veins that roll anytime I need bloodwork done. It normally takes multiple sticks to get a vein. Tina got it in the first try! I recommend Tina for anyone needing a blood draw!

Had to change doctors to here after a change of insurance. I’m very happy so far. I’ve had no problems getting appointments and everyone I’ve seen so far has been very nice. The pharmacy is super fast compared to retail pharmacies I’ve always had to use in the past. My daughter also really loves her Nurse Practitioner.

Loved the doctor! Super nice. The staff was very kind. I got in right away. Overall great experience. I hope my glasses come quickly!

The doctor I see there is awesome. However it took me a week to get through to them for prescriptions I needed filled. I left 2 messages on the automated phone call. I finally got through when I called first thing in the morning. Perhaps hiring someone just to answer the phones would be helpful.

The doctors are really nice. However, they rarely answer the phones. I have called multiple times trying to reach my podiatrist and I get sent to voicemail instead. I ended up giving up trying to reach them and chose to do my own course of treatment. The portage location is better.

The staff here are amazing! Genuinely, I have never felt safer and more heard with a care team in my life. Dr. McBurnie made my first vision appointment in 10 years feel so easy and was over so quick. She answered all of my questions so honestly and in detail. Dr. Blaser filled two cavities that I've had for years and helped laugh with me and made me feel relaxed and comfortable while observing limitations I have with tmj before, during, and after the fillings! Dr. Monaco is the BEST chiropractor in NWI! I've never felt more mobile in my life and his ability to pinpoint trouble spots and work with me to prevent them is incredible. I look forward to my Northshore Chesterton visits every time. Two regular front desk associates in the chiropractic apartment also helped me go over billing questions and patiently explained everything in detail.

Only thing really great about northshore is Ann the therpists. Shes 5 star the rest of northshore is 0 stars. Ann has helped one of my friends and has helped me tremendously. She listens and remembers conversations. I know it's not a therapists job to talk like your friend but she does both the therapy and you feel comfortable enough to talk to her as she is a friend

I can’t rave enough about Dr. Venapalli! She is amazing and her and the staff’s bedside manner is so perfect. Her and the team are current on all matters of the pediatric body and she respects our personal beliefs and is familiar with the unique needs of nuerodivergent kids. You can’t ask for a better dr!
