Started my journey on October 20, 2023. If you would have told me that in six months I would be down 60 pounds, I would have laughed at you. Six months later, following Dr. Thakker, his and program, I am down 60 pounds!!! I am healthier, have more energy, am making better food choices and overall enjoying life. I have felt very unwell for the last 4 years and have seen other doctors and felt like no one listened to me.
