My first fascia release massage with Jessica was very effective in reducing pain and stiffness from old injuries. I made a follow-up appointment and I'm looking forward continuing to achieve the benefits of this method.

This massage technic is definitely different to other massages I have had in the past, it is not a “spa like” massage, it is more a healing/fixing therapeutic intervention. After one session I could feel relief, Jessica was great! Penny was very thorough while educating me about her method and the benefits of taking care of our fascia. Penny is a passionate healer and generous genius who spent over 2 hrs teaching me about her revolutionary method and fixing a long-standing painful neck/shoulder issue (which I learned in my session with her was a symptom of a much bigger misalignment.) Funnily enough, within the first 5 minutes of arriving at Penny's office a 75 year old man bounced in and exclaimed how after one session he felt 17 years old again and his doctors were shocked at the results Penny's methods garnered him after only one session. But Penny's methods don't just work for seniors, athletes and generally anyone with a ton of stress, tension and stiffness can greatly benefit from her touch. If you suffer from any kind of muscle, bone or joint pain, OR if you're a golfer, run to Penny and she'll fix you up good!

Came here for my first (and not last) appointment yesterday and all I can say is "wow"! First off, Penny is super knowledgeable and makes you understand what's going on with your issues. Coming from someone who frequently gets massages I experienced something totally different than usual. They focused on my main pain areas, but still were able to make sure I was comfortable. This treatment (and I mean treatment, not massage) was unlike anything I have ever experienced. It feels a little rough but that is what is needed to get to the fascia.
