We
have
been
to
many
DD
and
BR
location
around
the
U.S.
as
I
travel
for
work
quite
a
bit.
This
place
is
one
of
the
worst.
First
off
it
was
85
degrees
and
humid
outside,
so
you
would
expect
an
ice
cream
shop
to
be
cool
right?
Wrong,
the
inside
was
just
as
hot
as
the
outside,
they
just
had
the
back
door
open
with
an
employee
standing
there,
clearly
trying
to
cool
down.
I
know
the
AC
wasn't
broken,
because
in
the
past
I
visited
this
location
before
and
it
was
in
the
summertime
and
the
AC
was
not
on
either.
I
feel
bad
for
these
employees.
Second
problem
was
that
since
the
store
was
hot,
when
my
wife
got
a
double
scoop
of
ice
cream,
by
the
time
we
got
in
the
car
to
leave
it
was
already
mostly
a
soft
mess,
fast
forward
5
minutes,
she
ended
up
throwing
it
away
as
it
was
all
already
melted.
I
don't
know
why
the
ice
cream
was
so
soft,
as
they
should
be
cold
because
of
the
freezers.
I
did
notice
all
the
lids
to
the
freezers
that
hold
the
ice
cream
were
open
so
maybe
that
why.
Lastly,
the
kid
working
there
was
a
moron.
Worst
customer
service,
we
couldn't
hear
him
he
mumbled
the
who
time.
My
wife
wanted
cookie
dough
and
all
he
said
was
there
isn't
any.
We
pointed
at
a
flavor
that
clearly
was
cookie
dough
but
it
was
called
something
silly
like
Mama's
unbaked
sweets
(Not
actual
name
of
ice
cream,
i
couldn't
remember)
or
something
other
that
cookie
dough.
We
apologized
and
called
it
by
the
actual
name.
My
wife
wanted
a
waffle
cone,
so
he
gave
us
the
worst
misshapen,
not
properly
made
waffle
cone.
that
leaked
at
the
bottom.
At
this
point
I'd
like
to
point
out
that
I
actually
used
to
work
for
Baskin
Robins
and
Dunkin
Donuts
when
I
was
16
and
17,
I
even
became
a
shift
manager,
granted
that
was
over
10
years
ago,
but
I
can't
imagine
their
process
to
make
cones
has
changed
much.
That
cone
was
poorly
made
and
they
were
too
lazy
to
make
another
proper
one.
Overall
this
place
was
unpleasant
and
a
joke
and
will
not
be
visiting
again.
