I just really don't go to this place. When they said trap shooting was not a sport is when I pretty much gave up on this place.

Needed soccer equipment for my daughter. A gentleman helped me for a good hour making sure I found everything my daughter was fitted with her shoes just right and had proper shin guards. Quick check out. Clean place. Only complaint is the fact I didn't find the items I was looking for originally but soccer season jumped up quickly!

I walked around the entire store a few times, and unfortunately, there wasn’t a single team member on the sales floor. After waiting for seemingly ever, a very nice guy helped us out. Bottom line: very helpful and nice employees-if you can find one.

Used the remaining balance on gift card to purchase some swimwear. Was greeted right when I walked in. I was also asked if I needed any help while I shopped, from another associate. Store was clean.

Got some great deals on soccor stuff and the honored their website prices as well.

Fishing department doesn't have much to choose from

I had to hunt down someone to assist me and the person gave me the biggest size shoe for the style I wanted and never mentioned that I could purchase the shoe in a bigger side online if that didn’t work for me. I was looking to purchase wrestling gear for my son and started with shoes but the sales woman walked off without helping find headgear, mouthpiece, etc which could not only increase sales but customer satisfaction. I struggled to find headgear and decided I would just go on Amazon yo purchase the rest of his equipment and gym bag. I am pleased with the shoes and the headgear worked out (thank goodness) but my experience would have been better with proper assistance. Also at checkout the 3 women at checkout where huddled up chatting instead of calling the next customer so I simply took it upon myself to walk over and get assistance checking out.

Exchanged 2 shirts would not process the new shirts @ the sale price. The person @ the store was having computer issues,hmm only 1 computer that can do this on! The store told me to come back with the shirts & they would credit me! I went home called customer service they gave me a reference# to call back & have then credit me. Customer service said they could have called and they could have given the store a reference # & it would have been done. Needless to say I am not happy with the store. And will think twice about ordering anything from Dick's sporting goods again. Until they change their exchange policy. this not the 1st I have had issues with this store. It was not busy in the store. I was there on a Monday night.

Love buying my shoes here. I always get Brooks or Nike. Great prices!

Never again. Zero stars. Bought a gift card for Xmas and went to use it. No balance on it. Had proof of purchase, and documented travel on the day they said it was used (used in a location I’ve never been too), and they just said “too bad”. You’ve lost customers over this—my family and the recipient family of said gift. Worst customer service ever.

Got a new driver grip and shaft cut 2”. Finished in about 15 minutes. Great work/ price.

How do you hire people that can't count, read, and poor customer service. I guess if you look the part you are hired

Felt pretty empty on merchandise, but did have golf gloves that we were looking for. Selection was very small.
