The entire staff is absolutely the BEST! Friendly, accommodating, professional, caring, and the list can go on. There are no words to describe the care that Jeff provides. He takes the time to listen to you concerns, genuinely cares, and thoughtfully implements a treatment plan that incorporates your goals and needs. He isn't afraid to try different and new approaches to pain management and always takes the time to explain the pros and cons while keeping your safety at the forefront. UPDATE: Jeff left to pursue other interests. However, Chris is equally as caring and provides superior care with an amazing personality. You can speak honestly and openly with Chris and he will do the same in return .

The Doctor and staff were wonderful. The treatment plan was explained very well and we knew exactly what to expect. It is wonderful to see my son finally pain free. I highly recommend them !

I’m back again to give additional wonderful comments about Premier Pain Facility in Downers Grove. As I expected I was treated very nice the moment I walked in. The staff gave me all the attention as if I were an important person. Dr. Patel did the procedure & it was so expertly done. I hardly felt any pain from the needles. There was no pain at all. Needless to say this is the best office if anyone has pain. My chronic pain has been for well over 40 years. I have been in many pain clinics & had many pain doctors. I can go on & on with positive comments. The girls that I got to know & the know me & my little things are marvelous. Here are their names, Alainna, Hannah,Natalia & Sheena. I may have left out one or more. We can’t forget to include the main person & that is Dr. Amish Patel. If you have pain, this is your place to visit & be a regular patient as I am.

Just leaving Premiere Pain and Spine for my second procedure and feeling good about the outcome, staff here is fantastic, and assisting Dr Said is a guy name Victor who was very informative and made me feel comfortable before the procedure. Oh and I can't leave out my new friend Natalia who watched over me in the recovery room, she too was professional and nice😀! I learned a lot about her country and she learned a little about my culture as well. Need I say anything about my doctor? If I could give 6 STARS that's how I would rate this guy!! Dr. Patel has been treating my mom and I for many years. He truly is some who cares and listens intently to all of our concerns and always provides compassionate solutions to keep us active and healthy. My wrist pain from a abrupt accident and my moms hip issues from 10 years of flying for the airline. We are so happy to have been referred Premier Pain and Spine from our Orthopedic Surgeon. The team and staff make you feel like family, and are always flexibile with our hectic schedules.

After almost a year of debilitating back pain. I found great results from PPS. Dr. Patel and the whole team are fantastic. After 6 weeks of treatment I feel great! I can't recommend them enough.

I developed a pinched nerve in my lower back and came across Premier Pain and Spine through my insurance website. After an initial consultation and x-rays, Dr. Kapoor walked me through the optimal treatment plan in detail that would help in my recovery and also my posture. I was informed on what my insurance would cover and explained any other expenses I should expect over the course of the treatment plan. Over the past few months I have gone 3x a week for physical therapy and have produced fantastic results. As I only have a few weeks left, I have to applaud everyone involved as I have had measured improvements every week, to the point that I am able to go throughout my day in complete comfort with no pain whatsoever. PPS has helped to bring me back from a state where I couldn't even tie my shoes without extreme pain to being able to take long walks and hikes with my family without an ounce of pain. The hardest part for me will be my last sessions as I've come to regard everyone involved as a second family for giving me my quality of life back which is immeasurable.

I have been seeing Dr Said for about 1 year and could not be happier. I actually feel like I have my life back as I am a migraine sufferer and had approximately 12 to 15 migraines a month for the past 16 years and in the past 6 months my migraines have decreased to about 4 to 7 a month. This still sounds like a lot but to me this is a whole new world and I owe this to Dr Said who has taken the time to make sure I had every option available to me. The staff at Premier Pain and Spine are very sweet and kind and I have nothing but nice things to say. I would recommend Dr Said to everyone! For the first time in 16 years I took a week long vacation with my husband with no migraines and it was amazing!

From front staff to all the nurses and Dr. Patel they all have great bedside manners. Very patient. Dr.Patel has been the most gentle as far as injections. I have had 3 now total and he has been the best. He cares and listens.

I want to shout out a Standing Ovation to a staff administrator Katie C. I had broken my back and was also dealing with a terrible flu with high fevers. Katie became my navigator and partner in guiding me through managing all aspects of being a new patient at the Downers Grove Clinic. I needed Back surgery ASAP but there were no open appointments so she made a countless phone calls on my behalf rearranging patients already scheduled to fit me in for an almost four hour Back Procedure. During all this, Katie C. called me constantly to let me know what my scheduling status was. She worked miracles within days, talking to my insurance carrier and other patients willing to reschedule their own appointments. God Bless you Katie! you're the Best! P.S. I wish I could give Dr.Omar Said and his staff not just 5 Stars but 10 Stars. I recommend that anyone will be pleased with their Excellence in medical standards and compassion for their patients.
