Bought my husband's daughter a gorgeous heart pennant necklace had it engraved with Love Dad on the back and her initials on the front. It's the prettiest i've ever seen and she is going to be thrilled to get this for a Christmas gift. We had a lovely lady assist us with the sale her name is Michelle Askins and she's the best. Love this Bremer Jewelry store in Peoria and we'll be back soon to pick up a Grandmothers ring we ordered for me. Would recommend this store for anyone looking for fine jewely from the greatest management and sales people.

My husband and I went in for linked forever bracelets. Aaron made the experience very enjoyable! He explained the process of how he links them together very thoroughly, and re-sized our bracelets until we felt they were perfect. We highly recommend stopping in if you are interested!

We have enjoyed shopping at Bremer Jewelry for many years. Since we started we have not shopped for jewelry anywhere else. The Owner's and staff always make us feel welcome when entering the store, more like family than customers. Miranda was so very knowledgeable about the differences in the several rings we were considering. She went above and beyond making sure I was kept up to date in the process of resizing and then custom ordering my ring. She remembered details about us and the occasion we were celebrating. She was able to look up the information for my engagement ring right away and worked with us to get it repaired as soon as possible. I inherited 2 rings and needed to have the prongs checked and the rings appraised. I also took a ring I have had a long time. Bremer checked them, gave me an estimate for the work and promised them in 3 weeks. They were done in 13 days. They look great! My insurance company was impressed with the quality of the appraisal. Dee worked with me for months to come up with the perfect memorial ring for my deceased pet. She was patient as I navigated a few options and ultimately led me to a design that is flawless and at an excellent price. Turnaround was really quick for a custom ring and I would definitely recommend working with Bremer for future jewelry needs.

The experience I had at Bremer was truly amazing and one of a kind. When we went in to pick our wedding bands I had something specific in mind that I was not seeing in store. I was afraid I was going to "settle" and not get what I truly wanted. It was offered to me to design my own wedding band while keeping our budget in mind. We gave them our budget and explained what I wanted. Bremer, specially Jennifer and Michelle, took it from there. After the initial consult, I was offered to come in to see a 3D image of the ring and try on a wax mold of the ring to make sure my vision was what I was actually going to get before production started. I was allowed to make any tweaks and was encouraged to voice any concerns or questions about the process or ring itself. There was a slight hiccup, though no one's fault, that did set production back and some tweaks had to be made before going forward. Bremer was very quick in offering me a solution that actually upgraded my ring all while keeping it my design/vision and within budget. Michelle and Jennifer were SO appreciative of our patience and understanding and truly walked us through the entire process. My wedding band is one of a kind, you won't see it in stores, and I could not love it more! I will always encourage my friends and family to use Bremer!

I wanted to purchase a gold necklace with a sideways cross for my daughter’s Xmas present. I called to talk with Michelle. She was helping another client so I left a message with the details of what I was looking for. A short time later she reached out to me to let me know that she didn’t have exactly what I was looking for but she offered to send me a few pictures of some necklaces she thought I might like and offered to have them in store within a couple of days. When they arrived she called to sent up a time that was convenient for me to view them. She had the perfect necklace for my daughter! It was a great experience…. I explained the type of design I was looking for and she nailed it in the first photo! I was very impressed. I had my own center stone and wanted two sapphire stones surrounding it. She loved the ring and wears it always!

Michelle at Bremer was phenomenal. From start to finish she helped every way she could! She was able to narrow down what style of ring, and then show diamonds that met my needs and budget. Then when I wanted to get it done faster everyone at Bremer helped expedite it and get the diamond set so that I could make my timeline work. I highly recommend Jennifer and the Bremer Jewelry family!! From the day my husband and I decided to look at engagement rings to today, Jennifer has been by our side to answer any questions we have and make the whole process significantly easier than we expected. About a week before we left for our intimate wedding in a different state, my mom and I brought our rings in to be cleaned. My mom was worried about the prongs on her ring, so she wanted her ring to be looked at, as well. They were able to make repairs and get her rings back to her 2 days before our flight and we are so thankful!

I have had two custom rings made at Bremer's and both times the experiences have been top notch. Anouk and team have been great to work with, while I lived in Chicago and now Orlando they will make sure the experience is great. With the recent customer I ordered from Orlando, I used an apple tag and was in constant contact the entire process. In regard to product, both of the rings came out exactly as I envisioned them even though I am not an expert at design and drawing. They were able to create an engagement ring using three different family rings and a couple of design ideas. Cant recommend Bremer highly enough if you are looking to have custom rings done!
