I've been to this jewelry shop several times over the years but today everyone was particularly nice. I got my (cheap) watch fixed by these wonderful people and wasn't made the least bit uncomfortable because my watch wasn't an expensive one. Their jewelry is reasonably priced...the selection is beautiful...and all the employees here are kind. If you need jewelry...I recommend you go here first...you'll be glad you did 😊😊

Liz helped my mom, sister, and I create custom necklaces pieces for my wedding. The pieces were made using the diamonds from my mom’s engagement ring. They came out absolutely STUNNING. We were all three so happy with our individual necklaces. Liz even went above and beyond to help me pick the best looking necklace to fit with the look of my wedding dress. I could not have been any happier!

I love Georgetown Jewelers! Went in today because my daughter thought there might be a loose stone on her ring and was concerned that a prong had caught on something. They checked it over and will fix the loose stones. Very happy that they had recommended the care plan when they made the ring for us it covers any repairs that need to be made along with cleanings. They cleaned my rings (which they also designed and made) and put a battery in my husbands watch and we were ready to go. They are the best! Kathy Roden

We did our research before choosing Georgetown Jewelers and the rave reviews were right. Professional, understanding, and not pushy whatsoever. Good prices and beautiful store and selection. We liked that it was family-owned and nowhere near a mall! We sold some heirlooms and were happy with the price and put it toward an upgraded wedding set. We were very indecisive and took up a lot of their time but they were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and willing to make your vision a reality. Great communication. Will not trust a mall store ever again.

This Jewelry store is highly recommended. Staff is so helpful. Alyssa helped us rework and update our 50 year old wedding rings. They needed to be enlarged and repaired after time. My husband and I were looking for rings in preparation for our wedding and decided to stop by Georgetown after a meeting with our caterer since it was so close by. We are so glad we stumbled in! The customer service at Georgetown is fantastic. They have a very friendly staff who offered us beverages upon arrival. During our visit, we were helped by Alyssa who was so helpful and attentive. She showed us both options and took the time to answer all our questions related to styles and customizations that were available. While my husband did not end up getting his ring here, he did purchase a bracelet that he really liked. I did end up getting my ring here as the style I was looking at was more affordable here than at other locations I had visited. While I did not go with the customizable options at the time of purchase, it was just good to know what was possible. It was a very pleasant experience at Georgetown and would recommend anyone in the market for jewelry consider stopping in for a look.

My son was in the market for engagement rings. My family has been a long time customer. But hadn’t been in for a few years (like 10 or so). We were blown away by the one on one time spent with us!!
