Ordered on uber eats. First of all, 21 dollars for a burger is insane. No option to remove sauce off of the burger and they dont even tell you it comes with sauce. And then after all that. 21 dollar burger that i ordered well done, comes RAWWW. COMPLETELY RAW AND DISGUSTING. Now i gotta cook my own burger that i paid 21 dollars for. Got a refund from uber eats and im never coming here again. Disgusting.

First time customer, ordered on ubereats I ordered the shrimp asti panini and Tuscan fries. The Shrimp was brunt. When you spends $30 at a restaurant you expect a good amount of shrimp. Yet they cut the shrimps in half an give three pieces. Which is ridiculous. The panini was not appetizing at all. The French fries was drenched in oil and not fully cooked. I would not recommend eating here.

I ordered the Pollo Guacamole salad. The shredded mozzarella was rotten. They said they would make me a new salad if I brought back the old one, which I did. I went back to pick up my new salad and asked repeatedly if the cheese is good They assured me it was fresh. I should have opened it right then and there and checked. I brought it back to my office and the cheese was again rotten. When I called back the young lady said that the girl who made it opened a new bag and "that's just how our cheese is." So I said '"your cheese is just always rotten? Ok got it. "

I've delivered food from here so I was curious. Their service personnel are hard-working and attentive to details. I ordered two amazing paninis and a side of cauliflower, everything was amazing. My panini (IL Pastrami) is possibly the best sandwich I have ever had.

My lovely lady and I have come here for quite awhile now. I’ve only ever gotten paninis, and for good reason they’re the best thing since ever. The bread is perfect, always hot and crisp. They offer so many different options, lots of meats and vegetarian options too. Bread and oil while you wait is a nice touch. Only downsides: if you sit in, there are tiny fruit flies everywhere, probably due to the oil. Also the other day I felt kinda gross for about 18 hours after having a turkey sandwich, but c’est la vie. Decent service, cozy place

This is easily one of the greatest italian cuisine places in the area. This is a well known place in town and are usually busy for good reason. Its a bit more pricey than average but easily affordable for a 2x a month visit. They offer excellent Panini's which are my favorite thing to order here. I recommend the Nuro panini for those who want to get an idea of the type of quality you are getting here. I recommend this place for a first date meal and also an anniversary. Its not too high class but authentic food, not crazy pricey, and would make anyone happy eating it. Great job wonderful staff here! You people work very hard and make some of the best food in the area. Keep up the amazing work! Support the small business!

Love this place, they have an extensive Panini selection and will create ones just the way you want. Salads & Soups are super delicious too. Great for a ladies lunch or family dinner. They offer catering too. A real gem and consistently great food. I have been going for years!!!

I gave 5 stars to the food which is excellent but yesterday we had to wait a long time to pick up our order, people were lined up and the person taking phone orders was doing their best to take the calls and try to bag . We wish she had help and finally did when another person stepped up to help. It's understandable things may take longer but when told 15min and people waiting in car hard. Again food EXCELLENT I'm happy to change the rating

To Owner-I believe you misunderstood what Michael meant by little girls. He was speaking about the height of the girls not the age. Most of the girls working at this location are very short. Many also don't speak English well perhaps that's why there customer service skills are lacking. I have recently repeatedly have had excellent customer service from a young taller girl who takes orders at this location.

Can't deny, the food is good. But the service is awful. The little girls up at the front have no customer service skills amongst the lot of them, and the presentation of the food is consistently sloppy. I've ordered a few times, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but there's always something off; a missing item, preparation instructions not followed, or just lazy service face-to-face. I'll be happy to give my business to another one of the local eateries going forward.

I’ve been going to La Bottega for years- their food quality as well as the flavor and freshness never ceases to amaze me. If I want a panini my first choice is always La Bottega! I recently tried the rainbow cookie gelato and tiramisu- delicious; a must try! chef’s kiss!

Kudos for not using single use plastics. I noticed even the straws are biodegradable. The food just as good as the one in Roslyn. Very good overall.

We loved our dinner at this cozy gem in Garden City South! We split the Il Giardino “ panini for our table appetizer ( and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his perfectly fried calamari dish)..the gnocci melted in our mouths - salads and other dishes memorable - I loved the bruschetta - goat cheese, walnuts, honey and mushroom! WOW! we finished our meal off with cannolis and tiramisu- mmmm! Elsy was an attentive , friendly and wonderful waitress! We will be back !!!
