This place is sooooo amazing, it has literally brought light to my life, first of all because there’s no so many healthy options to eat in Elgin and they have all type of healthy and delicious food and it’s right by my job. Also, they have dance classes and modeling classes, so I can bring my little sister and have a great time. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Would highly recommend, and the owner Alberto is so incredibly nice and patient all the time. This place is a must try!!

Love this spot! Wonderful open space with yummy protein shakes and the Zumba classes are amazing, low pressure and fun. The owner Alberto is great!

Everything they prepare are excellent. My favorite are the protein crepes, So delicious! They even have fit classes with zumba instructors. The place is amazing and motivating for workouts!
