I wish i could put 0 stars but I cannot and here is why. My 13 month old son had sleeping issues and we came in and doctors all types of medication. We tried and one of them worked well. The issue then came when we had to refill the prescription. According to the clerk who answers the phone prescription was sent in. After dealing with him and my pharmacy for over 3 weeks, the truth had come out that the clerk at this office had not sent in the prescription. So my son was suffering for 3 weeks because of this little pipsqueek behind the phone that promised me he had sent it but his manager confirmed he didn't. Then the second and final straw was the sleep study results. My wife had made the ssuggestion for a sleep study and they agree and set it up. I went to the study and we were anxious to get the results to see what was it that was making my son not sleep through out the night. So 1 week goes by and i call the sleep study lab and advise it takes 1.5 weeks usually to receive the results. So I call a week later and confirm results have been sent. I then call UT Health RGV Pediatrics again and then the same pipsqueek answers the phone and swears the results are not in the office. So .I wait a few days call the lab and at my request had sent them a second time. I call and schedule an appointment for my son and his results, without asking if they were received. Then 2 weeks the appointment arrives, which is today, and guess what, results are still not here. Wow! The doctors are nice and care but the office staff and the little pipsqueek could care less about the patients. The office staff has ruined this clinic and I will be seeking another clinic to take my son, even if it is on the other side of the valley. My suggestion is to stay away so your children dont suffer like mine has due to office staff who are incompetent and have little regard for their actions.

We have seen 4 different pediatricians at this clinic and every single one is exceptional. The doctors take time to get to know your child, get on their level and are so caring- all of them. Listen to your concerns and needs and never rushed. Staff is extremely friendly too and wait times are short to non existent. Great availability of appointments. Clean and modern facility. No matter who is available when I need to go in on short notice, I know my son will always be well taken care of.

This pulmonology clinic is very disorganized! When these doctors go out of town, nobody claims responsibility for their patients, even if they are critical children on life support! Also, if your child gets labwork done, they never follow up on your child's results. Please think twice about bringing your child here, especially to see the the lady lung doctor.

They state they have 4 pediatrician's at this office, but when I took my daughter in as a walk in js now they wanted me to wait for a little over an hour to be seen (i guess it's considered a walk in appt because I could only have her be seen at 4:30 or tomorrow). The lobby was literally empty it was js me and my 2 kids and some dude dropping off orders. If there were patients inside who really knows, but wow. I've worked in this setting before and I guess times have really changed. If they didn't make it so damn difficult to schedule appointments with their whole call tree/center system going on I could have prevented the walk in. I have done the whole leave your number we'll call you back thing and never once received a call back. The staff is nice and Dr. Keila Rodríguez is so knowledgeable and makes you feel heard and seen, but this was all around disappointing.

Dr Allegre is a kind and empathetic pediatrician who spent over an hour with my son and I, listening to all of our concerns, and making excellent recommendations. I was impressed by his patience and knowledge, and I’m so glad he is here in the valley to care for our kids!

Dr. Zeager and Dr. Allegre have made such a huge difference in my kids’ lives. They always spend a lot of time and attention to really focus on the kids and getting to the proper treatment — amazing all around. I have never had to wait for my appointment and they even see us on short notice if necessary.

My nephew had an appt here and was not given the correct address or phone number so we were stuck at the entrance of cross point tryin to find this place and was denied his appt because we were 1 min late from their 15min window And now his appt isn't till next year This place is ridiculous

Dr. Allegre is a personable Behavioral Specialist that carries himself with the utmost professionalism. Dr. Allegre is through, empathetic, and always available to further assess issues/concerns in person and even via phone when emergencies arise. He also provides referrals to further support your child's treatment plan (child advocates, psychiatrists, etc.). There is minimal wait time upon arrival and his Medical Assistant, Crystal, is AMAZING. Although Dr. Allegre has only been in the RGV for about a year and a half, he is held in high regards by several pediatritians, mental health professionals, and therapists.
