I
cannot
and
here
is
why.
My
13
month
old
son
had
sleeping
issues
and
we
came
in
and
doctors
all
types
of
medication.
We
tried
and
one
of
them
worked
well.
The
issue
then
came
when
we
had
to
refill
the
prescription.
According
to
the
clerk
who
answers
the
phone
prescription
was
sent
in.
After
dealing
with
him
and
my
pharmacy
for
over
3
weeks,
the
truth
had
come
out
that
the
clerk
at
this
office
had
not
sent
in
the
prescription.
So
my
son
was
suffering
for
3
weeks
because
of
this
little
pipsqueek
behind
the
phone
that
promised
me
he
had
sent
it
but
his
manager
confirmed
he
didn't.
Then
the
second
and
final
straw
was
the
sleep
study
results.
My
wife
had
made
the
ssuggestion
for
a
sleep
study
and
they
agree
and
set
it
up.
I
went
to
the
study
and
we
were
anxious
to
get
the
results
to
see
what
was
it
that
was
making
my
son
not
sleep
through
out
the
night.
So
1
week
goes
by
and
i
call
the
sleep
study
lab
and
advise
it
takes
1.5
weeks
usually
to
receive
the
results.
So
I
call
a
week
later
and
confirm
results
have
been
sent.
I
then
call
UT
Health
RGV
Pediatrics
again
and
then
the
same
pipsqueek
answers
the
phone
and
swears
the
results
are
not
in
the
office.
So
.I
wait
a
few
days
call
the
lab
and
at
my
request
had
sent
them
a
second
time.
I
call
and
schedule
an
appointment
for
my
son
and
his
results,
without
asking
if
they
were
received.
Then
2
weeks
the
appointment
arrives,
which
is
today,
and
guess
what,
results
are
still
not
here.
Wow!
The
doctors
are
nice
and
care
but
the
office
staff
and
the
little
pipsqueek
could
care
less
about
the
patients.
The
office
staff
has
ruined
this
clinic
and
I
will
be
seeking
another
clinic
to
take
my
son,
even
if
it
is
on
the
other
side
of
the
valley.
My
suggestion
is
to
stay
away
so
your
children
dont
suffer
like
mine
has
due
to
office
staff
who
are
incompetent
and
have
little
regard
for
their
actions.
