Absolutely
some
of
the
worst
service
and
interaction
with
a
manager.
I
have
already
made
a
complaint
with
customer
care
but
thought
other
people
should
see
this
before
they
apply.
I
was
with
my
younger
sister
who
was
applying
at
a
restaurant
right
by
the
store
when
one
of
the
Academy
managers
and/or
team
leads
approached
us.
He
was
wearing
his
blue
Academy
shirt
and
his
name
tag.
The
gentleman
(unfortunately
I
did
not
catch
his
name)
asked
if
my
sister
was
applying
for
a
job
and
when
we
said
yes,
he
stated
“come
over
to
academy
and
talk
to
me.
I’m
always
looking
to
hire
more.”
We
thought
they
had
paper
applications
so
we
walked
over
and
asked
customer
service
if
we
could
speak
to
the
manager
about
a
job.
One
of
the
managers
walked
out,
an
elderly
woman
named
Leticia,
and
asked
us
what
we
needed.
I
explained
about
the
other
manager
who
approached
us
at
the
restaurant
and
she
immediately
started
getting
frustrated
at
us.
She
started
saying
things
like
“no
you
have
to
apply
online,
you
can’t
just
walk
in”
and
when
I
tried
asking
about
the
other
manager
she
stopped
me
and
said
“apply
online.
Also,
don’t
even
bother
applying
if
you
won’t
do
weekends.”
When
I
started
making
it
obvious
that
I
was
not
appreciating
her
tone
she
cut
me
off
and
asked
“is
there
anything
else?”.
It
was
unprofessional
for
the
first
gentleman
to
approach
us
with
false
pretenses
but
it
was
even
worse
for
Leticia
to
talk
to
us
the
way
she
did.
If
she
doesn’t
want
people
to
apply
then
she
can
say
that.
I
can’t
imagine
how
she
treats
her
employees
if
that’s
how
she
talks
to
customers
and/or
those
interested
in
applying
for
a
job.
