I bought a gold chain from the previous owner over 10years ago and took it in hoping Mel could help me get it fixed. Mel remembered me by name from all those years ago! Mel was so helpful, she contacted the original maker of the chain (the beauties of buying from local business owners) who agreed to replace the chain for the cost of postage!! Melanie at Diamonds Plus Jewellers in Lismore was really helpful. Having looked around at other places for what I was looking for, I found the service from others wasn't even close to what Melanie at Diamonds Plus offered. She was friendly, helpful conversational and helped find just what I needed! There was a small mixup with another staff member charging for something that had already been included, but after speaking with Melanie, everything was promptly sorted out. Highly recommended.

I went to Diamonds Plus when I couldn’t get my very tight wedding band off after having it on for more than 20yrs. Mel was great, not only did get the ring off, with the cut ring, my engagement ring (which was also very tight) and a pair of earrings that I never wore, she helped design a new custom set. They turned out AMAZING, absolutely exceeded my expectations. 😍

A stone fell out from a ring I bought from Diamonds Plus 6 years ago. The stone was found and the ring returned to the manufacturer even though it was out of warranty. Amazingly the manufacturer sent back a new ring. I was very happy
