Just ordered a large supreme for delivery $23.40. When we opened the rather small box and saw a small pizza we rang dominoes Ballina to ask for the dimension of a large that we paid for they said 14". Ours measured 10"!!!!!!. Asked to speak to manager but he was too busy to talk to us. The staff member kept saying size is controlled by Sydney ....excuse me. No matter what I said I received no satisfaction so we were ripped off big time and will now warn my Ballina familyand friends never to go there again. Trying to support our local people only to be ripped off. Extortion. I took a photo with a tape measure but it won't let post here so will put it up on facebook.

Horrible customer service. I ordered in store and waited for my order for almost an hour. After waiting an hour I went to the counter to ask where my order was and they had it in the hotbox for about 40minutes without calling the order in the small store. I was also missing items. Would not recommend.

Horrible customer service I ordered pizza from here and they took 55 min for one pizza and ask them not to put peri peri sauce i give them a reminder not to put sauce just 1min age the came out from own they ignored it and still they put sauce on top they ask me to wait for another 20 min pizza take bad there was bit of toppings and uncooked garlic bread we all earning hard and going hard time but these big business don’t value to their customers money

Ordered a vegan pizza and a garlic bread and repeatedly said can you make sure it’s vegan cheese. Got back to the hotel had a bite and it was actual cheese which being vegan I don’t eat and I’m allergic to it as well. When I bought it back to get a refund the next day the manager didn’t offer any sort of apology until I said to him how horrible it was to eat real cheese. He begrudgingly said sorry about that. Very disappointing. .

Pizza was great that Punjabi boy sure knows how to make a good pizza hahaha also the delivery guy young chap said his name was Tim very kind and chill great service very tall and handsome!

DONT COME HERE IT WAS BAD, MY PIZZA HAD DOUGH ON IT AND THE TOPPINGS WERE MAD OUT OF WOOD. AFRICA HAS BETTER PIZZA AND STOP PUTTING 5 YR OLDS IN CHARGE OR ELSE

Tried to order online through the app but wasn't able too as they didn't have any drivers available. Okay I can understand and accept that. Phoned up to place my order and was told 15-20 minutes pickup. Drove down 20 minutes later advised to wait as it wasn't ready yet, waited a further 15 minutes before checking again shouldn't be to long. 10 minutes later I followed up again to see them finally check the system to be told the order wasn't in the system. The whole time I was waiting half the staff spent more time talking to friends that where ordering than actually working. The store was dirty and a mess. Only got 1 star as that's the lowest I could go

Terrible service received this evening. Ordered in person at 6pm at the counter. Was told order would be ready in 15-20mins. Went back 20mins later, name wasn't on the board to see order status. Went to the counter, young girl checked hot box for completed order, said it wasn't there, then checked oven and said it would be out shortly. Waited a further 20mins then went back to counter, same young girl ignored us standing there. A young fellow asked if we needed help, we told him our name and he went to the hot box and retrieved our order which was there ready all along. The young girl had to come and take our eftpos payment, we said unhappily the was ready all along (as we were watching all new orders coming out of the oven and their names being called). Her response was "it was not, whatever, have a good night". Very rude and non apologetic. Disgusted in the service. It's not hard to say sorry and help fix an error.

Not from here, have had dominos at range places. Had pizza last night, service of the young girl at the counter was wonderful. The shop was very clean and the pizza was delicious. Will come back again highly recommend.

caitlin is such a dad . love her makes me feel like i have a dad. i miss my dad. someone help me find my dad he said he was going to get domino’s and never came back with the domino’s but luckily caitlin is such a dad so she came back with the domino’s instead and married my other dad. #happypride

Your pizzas have shrunk in size, large is like the old small. Toppings light on, very disappointing

Hey im an interstate truck driver ive just got into town then and I placed an order online for delivery all of a sudden got told the order wasn't going to be made or delivered the money was taken so i rang up got told closed even though store hours state 11 to 11 not on

Be nice when you pay $31 for pizza that it comes with all the extras you paid for. No chilli flakes, no jalapenos. Thanks for ripping me off.

I’ve ordered pizza from domino’s for many years, but lately there’s been many issues with quality so I won’t be back. I’ve had enough, all you do is make pizza and you don’t seem to be able to do that very well. I suppose that’s what you get these days 👎🏻👎🏻

If you don't want to cook food for people, why do you work in a fast food shop? Passive aggressive. Poor quality, poor service.. Petty follow up; sabotaging food.

Portioning of toppings was excellent, the taste we expect and wonderful service.

We ordered 4 vegan pizzas, the first one we started eating had chunks of meat on it, 2 different types of real meat. We were on the highway heading south when we realised, so I called them to ask for a refund as we can't eat them, the person who answered said they hadn't had any orders for vegan pizzas that day, only the spicy veg trio, I said I ordered 4 of the vegan spicy veg trios. This leads me to believe they misread the order and made them vegetarian. I asked for a refund and they said they will only give refunds if we come into the store, we were already on our way south. Then they said they would only refund the one we had opened and found meat on, we hadn't even checked the others at that stage, but didn't trust them and won't eat them. So we have 4 pizzas that we can't eat and no refund.

I missed out 4 garlic scrolls why did you guys forget to make them, it's not that hard

We get delivery every cpl of weeks, always fresh and pizzas delicious. Thickshakes are amazing!

What a joke this store is , called to get food and the manager said the store is closed I asked why when it's clearly not 10pm.. manager said he's closing early...nice one manager..

Simple online order for 6pm, 1 pizza and 1 cheese/garlic scrolls. Got there 5 minutes before, screen said order was ready. Stated my name, pizza ready but no scrolls. Repeatidly told they were being made and on their way. Ten minutes later still no scrolls so ended up asking for a refund for the scrolls. Young bloke had to ask the manager first (no problem), got my refund for the scrolls and went home and of course the pizza was dead and only just warm. Not happy. Shop not overly busy only half the order screen taken.

I have no doubt why dominos pulled out of Italy. The locals couldn't track a delivery, just like I cant tonight because you have changed your app.

Cheesy garlic bread was cold. Pizza had lots of sauce which was nice. Choc lava cake and pizza were both still warm, only garlic bread was cold.

For $19.75 the pizza could do a better mix. More topping really

I ordered food about an hour ago And it’s stil not arrived. I’ve tried calling my local dominos but I’ve had no response. All I can say is I’m super hungry right now

Terrible. Pizza was delivered and was a larger one and all the other pizza stacked on top and flattened the pizza on the bottom so all the topping was stuck to the box. Honestly how do u get this so wrong

Just driving into ballina at dusk on a rainy dark summers evening. Saw a young delivery rider heading south on the small Honda motorcycle they deliver with. He was in dark motorcycle protective gear and helmet. The issue is the poor kid is riding around with no headlight. The headlight turn on automatically when you start the bike. I rang several times and was hung up on when I asked for the manager. I finally got through and told him. They need daily vehicle checks on the motorcycle. An innocent KID with no real motorcycle experience can be easily killed. Lift your game dominoes you are a disgrace !!
