Their attitude towards their clients is appalling. God forbid you would actually require urgent attention. This is not the place that instills confidence of knowledge, nor does it show consideration or concern. Avoid Avoid Avoid. One would hope that the business owner or practice manager can see to their staff and suggest regular training , along with a "patient centred care approach", rather than a Money First attitude. Absolutely horrid experience, especially when you are seeking reassurance from their business, and what you end up get is the opposite. Ironic really.

3 years i have been going there , an have had no problems . no pain . happy freindly , every one there . cant do photos . no waiting time , on time every time .

I had an appointment for a full skin check, they looked at my nose, spent 10 minutes writing a referral to send me somewhere else and sent me on my way. They then charged me $120 when I questioned why I was being charged for full skin check when that didn’t take place the receptionist got snappy and said she has to pay full price when she see’s her Dr and that I had been charged on the amount of time I spent in there. I was then told I could wait around for 30+ minutes for another appointment to have a full skin check. No thanks, I won’t be back. Maybe you should state that you will be charged by time not the service in future. I should have been charged $60 for a spot check, $120 for full check to me is all my skin. Very disappointed to say the least.

The service is prompt, friendly, relaxed and professional. I don't enjoy taking my clothes off in front of strangers but here I don't mind it at all.

The SunDoctors Skin Cancer Clinic in Ballina is a well known and respected clinic. The Doctors and Administration Staff are very welcoming and efficient. Highly recommend this Clinic.

Check the wait times on appointments...currently running 1 hour 15minutes over appointment time. Not good for older people who travel to Ballina for appointments. Would expect this poor management from bulk billing..not when you are paying full price.

This was my first visit and everyone was very helpful and friendly. It's taken me months to be courageous enough to go to my first skin check, and I had nothing to worry about. Please. Check your skin regularly and make an appointment with these lovely folk.

I have been coming here for years. I have found the reception staff to be respectful, polite, friendly and always helpful. Doctors have been professional and thorough, resulting in timely intervention when needed. It is very popular as a result. Book early. I highly recommend this practice.
