. It's still the same as it was when I was a child. Terrible and you can actually see the grass moving at night from the roaches.

The only good thing about coming to this place is getting your Section 8 fast. Other then that I really don’t like it. Very bad pest problems. My apartment is clean but I’m starting to see roaches here and there and there’s mice. I even hear of some people complaining about bed bugs. The lady that just moved across from me apartment is very clean and she says that she saw a few bed bugs. Come to find out that unit was infested with bed bugs from the tenant prior to her now she has to deal with that. They do not tell you about the pest problems when you apply or sign your lease.

Not good bad to raise kids in

I visit my daughter/grandbaby. Today it was quite, no drama, etc. . . You could hear/see some kids playing but it looks like rain.

Must get on a waiting list. Fill out application. Public Housing nice staff, ran by Kokomo Housing Authority. Offer one, two, three, bedroom apartments. These are two story apartments. Bathroom is located upstairs. Play ground for kids.

Not a good place at all. They need help to clean it up.

Some really good people live there but since it's government assistance and under staffed, management seems to be spread thin and over worked.

Not a very good or safe place A lot of illegal activity. They have their own security if that tells you anything.
