Honestly would give 0 stars if possible. You are paying over 1,000$ for a one bedroom one bath. The leasing manager ( with blonde hair) is rude. I am assuming you are paying this much for the entertainment. There is constantly cops having to come out to 10 west apartments. Not safe for kids playing around because their is glass everywhere. Do you like cats? because they have a lot of strays running around almost getting hit by cars. Hopefully you dont get stuck on the bottom floor because i am pretty sure some cats been spraying on the windows. Ever since I moved in the washer they have in the building was leaking. They have yet to fix it and i am pretty sure the carpet is starting to mold. Their emergency maintenance is a joke. My dishwasher was not draining properly and it started to leak later in the evening. i called their emergency maintenance number and got told i would have to wait until the next day. They came the next day and told me i wasn’t clear on what was going on or they would have came out . EVEN THOUGH I EXPLAINED IT WASNT DRAINING AND WAS LEAKING ALL OVER THE FLOOR!

Christa is very amazing at her job! She has great communication skills as well as she is very positive with friendly energy! I highly recommend these apartments! Talking on the phone with a smile on your face makes the conversation so much better and Christa clearly puts a smile on her face when communicating to her tenants! She also cares about her tenants instead of just giving up on them! Thank you 😊

So far it's been good. Quiet. Office staff is courteous and professional. The process of filling the application out, getting approved and moved was smooth. Dacia was really professional and made the process a positive experience.

Julie was patient, honest, and respectful. Julie went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my rental. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Alexis and Dacia are very reliable, knowledgeable, patient, flexible and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone their way.

I've been leaving over here since April of this year and I love it. Maintenance and the lady's in the office are very kind and on time. I can call for a maintenance issue and maintenance is there that day. I called this morning about some issues with my dishwasher and I spoke with Chirsta the assistant manager and she was so nice and pleasant. She assured me that my needs would be met.

Alexis was so helpful in helping us start our move in process and switching our apartment unit when we need something that better suited us!

Dacia and Christa get two thumbs-up from me and my brother. I relocate from out of state, they made the transition from Ny to Indiana very smooth. They are the best. Even after receiving the keys they are still hands on to make sure everything is going well. Thanks ❤️👍
