*DISCLAIMER FOR EVERYONE!* As you see with many of the reviews here, these apartments are a horrible place to live. They have changed management THREE times within a year. I moved in back in august and I had to place an order for pest control that same day because my apartment had roaches and I never set foot inside prior to that day. I was told for weeks they would put up my blinds and they never did, so there was a big opening where people could just watch me from the front of my apartment until they fixed it almost a month later. As I mentioned earlier, this place has gone through three management changes and while they all have been horrible, this new one takes the cake. They lock the doors so you can't get in, don't answer emails or phone calls, and the property manager refuses to assist the residents. I represented myself in court and beat them when they tried to evict me after they accepted my money. They will retaliate against you if you know your tenant laws and what a landlord can't do against you. Trash overflows, the hallways are disgusting, the "Renovations" they did are cheap and peel. The floor is so squishy that it feels like your foot is going to call in certain spots, and there has been four shootings in the past year at these apartments. If you do decide to lease here after all these warnings, PLEASE do yourself a favor and research Landlord/Tenant laws! You will need it.

If you’re okay living with mice, trashed grounds and unprofessional, rude, nasty office staff this is the place for you. Hot water is always out, maintenance is creepy and should be completing work orders instead of riding around the complex putting wrong letters on the doors. I’ve received all of my neighbor eviction notices. The office NEVER answer the phone and keep the doors locked. ADELINA ROJAS is the most nastiest of them all. I don’t understand how someone with such a vile demeanor could work in customer service. I’m almost scared for her safety because several tenants have expressed how ignorant she is and you just can’t be talking crazy to people. They might not care about the police and slap Verde sauce from you. Life will humble you. You’re not above us Adelina. And the older lady with the 80’s porcupine wrestler hair sits back and look cocky while office staff be belligerent and not intervene. Please believe the reviews! We’re NOT just making this up. When you pay your rent MAKE THEM GIVE YOU A RECEIPT and that’s if you can get in the office. Funds are being mishandled and there’s some unethical practices going on. Please do not leave a reply saying to call the office with my concerns because I have and NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONE. I’ve made many attempts to address my concern in person to only find THE DOORS LOCKED WITH STAFF PEEPING AROUND THE CORNER SMIRKING AND TALKING THROUGH THE DOOR AS IF IM NOT A TENANT. All I want to know is WHY IS THE OFFICE ALWAYS CLOSED AND WHEN YOU ARE OPEN WHY DO YOU ALL KEEP THE DOORS LOCKED & NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE? Like now online it says opened but nobody is in the office.

I came in to ask for information about There apartments? How they speak to their tenets is very unprofessional, rude, and some of the answers they gave is over the top. They treat tenants as if there are a expensive place to live on the whole apartment complex looks downgraded.. I wouldn’t allow my grandparents to even live here because of how they treat people. They need new professionals in office or class on how to speak to other when in a business field.

No communication skills, poor management. I’ve lived here for three years and the complex has been taken over five times. No property manager has responded to emails, calls, and they do not accept appointments unless it’s Monday or Wednesday. The voicemail box has been full for two years, my girlfriend has an apartment here across from me and her sinks have been flooded for three weeks!!! Nobody has come to help her and when I went to the property managers office she told me I had to leave the premises bc she wasn’t at liberty to discuss client information.

Who ever manages these apartments, get off of these reviews and work to change what's going on in your complex. You're one of several on the south side with similar issues. It's condescending to reply to someone's review with a standard statement. It makes you look worse than if you didn't respond at all. I would NEVER apply here after reading these reviews. Just nasty.

I need to speak to corporate, now how they just did to me, I went in to sign my lease and they gave my apartment to another person and tried to put me whenever they wanted the back of these apartments are so trashy and ghetto and I turned the apartment down you don't do people like that this is my second time applying for any apartment and the experience was awful!!! I want to speak to corporate !!!

The worst apartments ever they dont fix anything i was without hot water for 30 days i have work orders in from MONTHS AGO & even today i have no hot water AGAIN, ive been withouthot water four different times they honestly suck!!!! & they’ll rent you an apartment with roaches, the office staff sucks and are rude as hell. The maintenance?? HORRIBLE, save your money & pay for something that is ACTUALLY WORTH IT, cant wait to go to court & show all my proof

I Have Lived here since 2021 we have had 3 management changes since i moved here with my kids . Everything has gone down hill and I’m am seriously thinking about breaking my lease or if i have to stay , i will NOT be renewing my lease . They take forever to fix anything , and i pay my rent ON TIME. every month.my dishwasher has been filling up with water for almost a month so i can’t even wash dishes and me and my kids have been having to eat off paper plates and use paper cups. Mold is forming at the bottom of my dishwasher and is leaving a bad smell there’s no reason why a mother of 4 kids should have to come home to that everyday. Keep gettin the rub around about when my stuff will be fixed . I have already contacted the health department , next will be their corporate office and then fox 59 news IM OVER IT .
