Great location. It is convenient to walk to many restaurants and convention centers, located across the street from the stadium. Room was clean, comfortable, soap, and lotion provided in large dispensers. Breakfast varied slightly with pastries, breads, pancakes, eggs, fruit, yogurt, and more. We'll stocked and maintained every day that we were here. Staff was also very friendly and polite. Pleasant stay all arround during a busy week working at a convention!

Staff was very friendly, pool area felt safe and clean, as did the rest of the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here! There's also coffee, iced lemon water, and tea set out in the lobby consistently which I LOVE. The breakfast had amazing choices for both junk food lovers and health food lovers. We will be back!

Beautiful modern rooms and bathrooms. Very clean, bed is very comfortable. Nice little pantry by front desk and breakfast had many great options. We actually left an item in our room, and they were beyond helpful in trying to locate it for us! !highly recommended

We have enjoyed our stay here on our first visit to Indinapolis. If you are in town for a Colts game, this hotel is for you. It is literally right across the street from Lucas Oil Stadium. The rooms are pretty standard as far as a holiday Inn express goes. The breakfast was very good, but was quite busy the two days we visited. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The parking is a bit annoying, as you pay extra for it, and the lot fills up we noticed. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Parking situation was awful. The parking garage had human poop. You have to walk through an alley to get there. This is a good location if you need something near the stadium because we could see it right from our window. The hotel itself was clean and staff was polite and hospitable. Breakfast was amazing for a complimentary breakfast. The pool was good sized and fun for kids, and they have a HOT TUB which was nice for mom and dad! Giving 4 stars because we had to pay for parking and it felt very unsafe.

Nice hotel. The room was clean and quite large. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with good options. Had a few problems with my room key but the rockstar staff was super attentive and quick with solutions. I will definitely be staying here again

My wife and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend. We were presently surprised by the room. It was clean and large. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. And the location of the downtown area is awesome. You will not be disappointed by staying at this hotel!

This hotel is in a great location and is within walking distance to downtown Indy. It’s nice because it’s not right in the heart of downtown so there’s not all the hustle and bustle going around the hotel but it’s close enough to walk to everything nearby. The Colts NFL football stadium is right next-door. I have always found that all the staff at this hotel are amazing. During our recent stay Jordan, the manager was very helpful along with being very friendly. We also found the afternoon front desk clerk Siegal to be amazing. He was a great host for the hotel. The only two minor things that I can speak about our number one the seal in our bedroom window was allowing moisture in thus making the view foggy out our window of downtown during our entire stay. Number two up on top of the closet, we found a pack of cigarettes that were left clearly from a previous guest and went unnoticed in the cleaning crew. Other than that discovery, the room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing every morning with a lot to choose from.

This hotel is clean! Smells great, rooms are spotless, the staff so far has been excellent. As a Platinum Elite member, I stay at Holiday Inns pretty often, and this one definitely deserves a 5 star review. Not to mention it being a 5 minute walk to the convention center helps a ton!

Stayed here after going to a concert. Very friendly atmosphere. Very cool with all the party people attending the concert. Dedicated parking. Hotel is right across from the stadium. Clean rooms, good complimentary breakfast.

This hotel is great. We have a family of 5 in a double queen room with a sofa sleeper and roll away and we still have room. Its clean, the coffee is good and so far even the construction noise is not too bad at night. We are within walking distance to the convention center and downtown so free parking, more fit bit steps! Great customer service, good wifi, comfy clean bed, bath, rooms, good coffee, plush clean towels and bedding. Enough plug ins for everyone, clean carpet, well placed lighting and hooks. Would suggest more closet space but we are surviving.

Staying at Holiday Inn was amazing. It was a quick walk to the convention center. The staff were all very nice, and the rooms were clean! We also stopped into the pool and the hot tub! Everything was very clean and I loved being able to swim!

Don't forget to use ʜoα΄›α΄‡ΚŸΚ™α΄ΚŸΚŸΚ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't be let down. There is nothing wrong with this hotel, it's just that it's a generic chain hotel. My room was great: totally clean, very large, huge bathroom, good control of heat & air-conditioning, unusually comfortable bed and many USB ports. My only serious complaint is regarding noise in the hallway at night (groups of people hanging out and smoking) and in the morning (housekeeping staff congregating just outside my door.) As with most chain hotels, housekeeping knocked very early, even though I had put the hanging card on the outside of the door. My visit was during COVID, and the usual free breakfast was not available. However, the hotel set up a lovely spread in a small room of the dining room. The front desk staff was always very helpful, kind and polite. I thought that the parking was free, but I see that some other reviews said it was pay parking. Maybe it was included somewhere in my bill and I didn't see it. Coming from Washington, DC, I found the price to be dirt cheap for such a nice facility. This was my first visit to Indy, and this hotel was a huge reason that I enjoyed my visit. I look forward to visiting again.

Pros: First and foremost the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and I was so surprised at the quality of the food along with all of the options at breakfast. The rooms, fitness center, and pool area were extremely clean and stocked with whatever you would need. LOCATION LOCATION WAS AMAZING we parked in the garage ($20 a day which is cheap for downtown) and walked to all of our destinations in the downtown area. Cons: You can hear every little thing outside into your room. I was woken up many of times just by loud music in the area at 2am and people running down the halls being extremely rude and loud. Maybe they can improve with some better windows that can help cancel out noise. All in all I would stay here again I will just remember ear plugs.

The location couldn't be better. All the best attractions are within 10 minutes, but you also aren't in the very middle of downtown where it's busy and loud. The cleanliness was wonderful and the free breakfast was actually great. I was expecting just your usual grab n go yogurt and muffin but they've got it all! There is an on site market for snacks and drinks. The rooms are spacious and the beds are great. But hands down, the best part of this hotel is the STAFF. They were some of the kindest hotel hospitality I've ever experienced. We traveled with 2 little ones and each day they'd play and talk with them, making all of us feel so happy and special. The ladies at the front desk for the early morning and late evening shifts were the kindest around. If I am back in Indy again, I won't need to look elsewhere because this was wonderful.

We stayed five days and that was the best stay at a hotel we've ever had. Beds were comfy memory foam with cooling gel. Pool was clean and refreshing. Staff made us feel like valued friends, not just customers. Breakfast was delicious. We hung out several nights as a family in the side room of the dining area, which had a couch and a barn door that could slide closed, felt like home. Conveniently located near IUPUI, the Convention Center, and Lucas Oil Stadium. We'll be back!

This is a solid spot to go if you need to stay close to downtown Indy. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The whole facility looks great. Breakfast in the morning was solid - Holiday Inn always does a good job with breakfast. The parking situation leaves a bit to be desired. The lot in front of the hotel is tiny and always full. You can walk to a parking garage nearby, but exactly how that works was ambiguous and the staff didn't do a great job of informing us how it worked. They told us their key writer was broken for the garage, but fortunately, the gate was up so we didn't have to pay for parking that night. Overall this is a very nice place to stay for the price.

I traveled to Indianapolis with my roommate who is in a wheelchair for her birthday. We had such a difficult time due to the Greyhound company being so awful with their ADA regulations. It caused us to be late to checking in to our hotel and added much stress to our trip. The man at the front desk so nice! He didn’t charge us for the night we missed due to the buses and let us stay and extra night for the price we originally planned to spend. This hotel is nicer than one we had previously stayed at that was double the price. The breakfast is only $6 and it was AMAZING! The people who prepared this meal did a great job! There was breakfast bowls you get to create, french toast, muffins, and other items as well. If you are planning a trip to Indianapolis and you want to stay in a nice hotel with friendly people and great food, you need to stay here!!!
