It's definitely better than that cesspool across the street. The girls working are always super sweet. Can't beat the location if you need a place right off 465. The rooms are a little worn but clean. Mainly just workers on layovers or in town for work.

The staff is very sweet and I almost feel bad for posting this because they were really very kind and offered me another room. But it’s 3am and I’m leaving because something was biting me. There was a hair that was not mine in the second bed when I got there, there was someone’s mucous smeared on the night stand and the door has no independent internal lock. I’m going to go find some industrial cleaner to bathe in. I sincerely hope the nice people that work here get the new jobs they deserve.

For the love of God if you can afford to spend more drive 20 minutes to holiday in 321 Barrett Drive, Greenfield, IN 46140 United States. This hotel just in a rougher area. The hotel looks under construction but it's just a bunch of incomplete projects. The grass was insanely overgrown which gave me a bad gut feeling. The lobby has a stench (it smells like it used to be a middle eastern restaurant. I love middle eastern food but not when I'm sleeping ) I'm currently on a cross country road trip and used restrooms at gas stations all over the country. This lobby restroom was by far the most gross. It looks like a girlfriend happened and hair pieces all over the floor.

My experience at this hotel could have been better if my plans weren’t changed for me. I reserved a Jacuzzi room third-party on the ninth called the hotel to confirm the reservation and the manager told me OK. I will see you in two days which would have made my reservation on the 11th. The manager told me that I was assigned a room and that she was sad that I wouldn’t see her face which I thought was lovely since she had helped me confirm my reservation. But when I get to the hotel and try to check in we came into an empty desk & when the clerk gets to the desk she is standoffish and has an attitude. I proceeded to tell her that I had a reservation and she did not see my reservation because it had been changed. Ended up having to spend an extra $60 on a room that I did not book and that was not what was confirmed to me and was miserable almost the whole night because she put us next to a yapping dog. In the middle of the night tried to come down and find eating utensils that way I could finish my leftover dinner and I find the front desk clerk was playing pool with the guest and didn’t ask if I nee needed help finding anything with an I’ll be back sign at the front desk. Didn’t tell us about breakfast, check out time, or even which way to get to our room. The rating I gave was based off of the room and the service I got at this location.

This hotel was so unsafe we were afraid to leave our car in the parking lot. The cleanliness was nonexistant. The furniture looked like it was pulled from a dumpster. The shower head was so nasty I was better off without a bath. We asked for washcloths but they told they had none. Would not stay again.

Not a great place. The staff don't really care about the guest or people using their chargers. We tried to use the chargers while passing through and the hotel staff knew the person who blocked all but one charger. I shown them this picture and let's just say no one was in a hurry to do anything. I would recommend EVERYONE to stay away from here.

If you plan on getting this hotel because of the beautiful pool I wouldn’t until they fix it. Should have something on their website or on here about the pool not being usable. Kids were looking forward to a swim after a long day of soccer in 90° weather.

I was satisfied with the fact that this hotel was pet friendly and had EV charging for Teslas in their parking lot. However neither the TV nor the coffee maker in the room(212) worked. Let’s hope that these get fixed for the sake of future guests.

It was a decent last minute place to stay with dogs. Clean but noisy in the hallways, which upset my one dog all night... All the noise definitely impacted sleep. Breakfast was really disappointing. Eggs had no egg flavor and were an odd consistency. Should've just had a bagel. Room appeared updated with flooring.

The room was gross and there was trash in it when we arrived. The mini fridge had a huge ice block frozen in it and barely worked to keep the food cold. The pool was broken. The bathroom door frame looked like it was busted through at one point. The furniture was so gross we went to Walmart to buy a sheet set to put over it for our kids to sit on. It looked like it was pulled out of the trash. The staff was decent and the breakfast was ok. We were supposed to stay two nights but decided to check out early because staying another night seemed more miserable than driving 4 hours home. They didn’t even ask if there was an issue when we checked out, they know…

Their system was down when we arrived buy they worked around it. We were with a group and some rooms were better than others but we found that the staff was friendly, the breakfast good! Once they get all the rooms repaired and updated this will be a very nice hotel. The hotel is wonderfully located to so much!

This hotel was awesome. Washer/Dryer? Wow! I'm impressed. Snacks for the pets at the front desk? Wow! The 2 queen bed room was so spacious and the cost to have pets is VERY competitive. Free breakfast? Yes! I was here also when there was free beer and wine night, and there were chicken nuggets too! This was the best hotel experience I've had yet!

Rooms were clean but had some maintenance items like the toilet ran due to a leaky flange, and noisy mini fridge. But everyone was very nice and helpful.

Good location and not a bad price. Water pressure was horrible, room was stuffy, toilet didn’t flush properly, weird noises, dirty bathrooms, sus hairs, dirty blankets, and janky elevator. Breakfast was ight, except for when I broke the waffle machine but that was my bad. Overall not bad, it did the job.

Stayed July 13th -17th. Mom flew in from Jersey. Great prices when booked with flight. The breakfast was pretty awesome it's self serve. Love the fact that it's back after the when covid thing... Staff was great... Lady in the breakfast area is the sweetest. Very busy. Parking lot stayed full. Pool was good only bad thing was the entrance to the pool. VERY VERY DANGEROUS. It's all chopped up rocks. I took a lot of pics. Check them out. When we booked thru Priceline. We paid 93 a night I believe. Check out photos.

I had a nice stay and it was pretty affordable. They had some minor constructions but its all for the better. Theres a lot food chains near here which made getting food a lot more convenient. Front desk was pretty friendly as well.

Accomodations and rooms were unmatched compared to other hotels in the area. Very clean and dog friendly. Not to mention a very hearty continental breakfast and full bar! Jen the manager made everything perfect for us in every way and she is the reason we will be back and recommend to friends.

Will not stay at this hotel ever again. Looks are deceiving, outside of the hotel, look great, inside was nightmare. Loud eratic music coming from the lobby. Check in, room looked like nightmare, stains on the sheets, no pillows on bed, room smell bad, bathroom was not good , toilet paper holder was very rusty, bathtub looked bad. AC was falling apart, carpet stains, windows had major stains, desk chair falling apart. Bed smell and noisy when you got in bed, Ceiling had spot, elevators looked bad and falling apart. In back of the hotel to go outside, the key door lock broken can only exit , no re-enter. Afternoon staff not friendly. My wife and I stayed here in the past had better experience.

I am a motorcoach driver, and on our first day there, my room was facing the busy highway and I got little sleep. Also, the only thing I had in my room for towels was three hand towels, and no washcloths or bath towels. My second stay there, the tall gal, I believe her name was Jennifer, took excellent care of me, and I would like to have her company recognize her as an excellent employee.

Stayed at this place for the weekend during the Indy regionals. The rooms are super dirty. Not once did they clean the room. Oh, and the cherry on top! THIS PLACE IS RIDDLED WITH BED BUGS. Got back home and had to call an exterminator to take care of them. I let the manager know and they are just giving us the spin around ignoring the matter. I do not recommend staying here.

We booked a room for two nights for a youth soccer tournament in the area. Upon arrival we found out the pool was closed. By the looks of the pool it hasn’t been in working order in years. This was disappointing as we had several families wanting to swim. The website gave no mention that the pool was unavailable. Also, we booked the room using Hotel Planner ( due to tournament) and prepaid for the room. Upon arrival the front desk clerk stated that the room had not been paid prior to arrival. After several minutes the clerk agreed that the room had been paid, however was not friendly at all about her mistake. The bathroom was need in some repairs.

This hotel was a rough one for us. While the hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly, there were some issues. First off the Key Cards did not work for more than a day. We had to get a new card everyday when we got back from our day out. This was just really off putting when you want to go back to your room to settle in for the night, but have to go back to the front desk to get a new key every night, and for 5 nights that is a lot of unnecessary trips to the front desk just to get into your room. The TV also stopped working on day two. It said there was an internet connection issue, or if there was incremental weather it would come back. No wind, no rain going on. Called the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do. Finally the bed, first off the bed is on a riser, which puts it an additional height off the floor. Look, I´m short, and I had to climb into bed. Not fun. The highlight here is the bed was uncomfortable, extremely firm, it was very hard to fall asleep in. The sheets were very firm and stiff. Like I said very uncomfortable. Like I said it was just a rough visit, brought on by a lot of little issues.

Hotel was dirty. Showers didn’t work properly, and toilet ran when you sat on it. Furniture looked like it came out of an abandon house. And worse then anything we got bit by a bedbug. Still waiting on reimbursement because we checked out early after taking the blood stained bed bug pillow to front desk.

The surrounding area is quite ugly and sad, but that's a problem with America entirely. Looking out the window, all you see is either restaurants or the interstate. The parking lot isn't paved well (you can't even see the parking spaces clearly), and trees are very hard to come across. It looks a little sketchy, but inside the hotel, things are surprisingly clean and modern! There weren't many options for the free breakfast, but it was still good (and free!) As ugly as the surrounding area is, I would stay here again when visiting Indy.

Questionable hotel at best. Dirty. Filthy. Rooms and furniture are grimey and need cleaned. Fleas in my room?? … sir just switch rooms. Door trim in my room falling off. Paint peeling. TVs look like they’re falling out of the wall Complimentary breakfast- not ready when advertised. Salsa container not cleaned for a week- just refilled with fresh salsa. This hotel needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning.

Went to this hotel for a training. The staff was actually the best part of the experience. They were kind and accommodating. The property was horrible. There were bugs in the coffee, the pool didn’t work, the elevator was ghetto, the floors were stained, the bed was lumpy, the whole 6th floor smelled like smoke, and I was woken up several times by loud guests. I was supposed to stay there 3 nights and left after 1 and went to the Hyatt. The training was at this hotel and actually moved after the first day because the internet connection was so bad. I would never recommend this Brad of hotels to anyone after this experience.

This place was a real disappointment. Online says there's a pool but it doesn't work. Staff says it's down for remodeling but the whole place looks like it's been half worked on. Wall paper goes to edges that show drywall, have trim pieces that are barely on, the tile has no grout in it. Almost the whole place looks like it needs work. The room wasn't cleaned well before it was issued to us. Really disappointed. Not high priced but you get what you pay for.

I'm giving this hotel one star because I can't give them zeros! This place is dirty! They have ants!! There's ants in the room! Ants in the bathroom! The hallway stinks! The elevator is small, run down, and stinks too! No one around to address it! The pool is nasty to even look at for renovations. The only good thing is the location is close to the highway. I wouldn't keep a stray dog that I don't like in this hotel!

About as clean as I could've asked for. location is just far enough from the city center that there isn't insane traffic, but the city center is still about 15 minutes away by car. My only gripe was that housekeeping was a little spotty, I got housekeeping after my first night, but if you're in the room at the time they come by, they WILL NOT come back later even if they ask if there's a good time for them to come back.

We have stayed in many La Quintas. This one was by far was one of our favorites. The staff was so friendly and kind. The room was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful. When we come back, we will stay here. Would highly recommend this place hands down!!!

    1. Place was FREEZING and the thermostat didn't seem to do anything. 2. There were multiple hairs of previous residents in the shower. It was absolutely disgusting. 3. The place was in awful condition. I cannot believe they actually house people in this room. 4. The bed was awful. Did someone die in that bed? It felt like it from the body prints of other people. 5. The area is very sketchy. I will not stay at this place again.

Rooms were not excellent, we had a centipede in the room when we first walked in. There were holes in the wall and cracks in the ceiling. Located right off the freeway, which is nice, but that comes with freeway sounds. The employees were friendly.

Great location. Lobby is nice and clean, gives high hopes for the rooms. Things were in order, looked tidy. The furniture is honestly disgusting like others have said in previous reviews. Tonsssss of stains, looked like it was picked up outside. I don’t get it, with all the potential of this location update the rooms a little. The room defintely smelled, can’t exactly pinpoint the smell but kind of like smoke/pot to he honest.

Arived late the first night and very tired went straight to bed. In the morning we saw the hotel and room in the cold light of day and what we found was awful! The room was in a bad way. Furniture was falling apart, electronics eg T.V and hair dryer didn't work. The room was dirty! White marks around the base of the bed , what looked like blood on the arm of the armchair every bit of glass or surface was grubby and dirty. We asked them to sort the issues and said we would be out all day . We came back late and could see nothing had even been attempted to be fix or cleaned and the desk had told us it had been sorted . We had no choice but to stay another night. By the morning we were covered in bites and itched like crazy. The place either has fleas or bed bugs . The breakfast wasn't worth looking at either. The whole place is rundown and needs work. The key card entry 80% of the time didn't work leaving you either stuck outside in the freezing cold or having to take a long walk to find a key pad that was deciding to work. The only redeeming factor were the friendly people at the desk. You could tell they wanted to help but either management don't care or the the hotel is about to be closed because you can't leave rooms in that state and expect people to just except it. We were supposed to stay for a few days over Christmas but even Mary and Joseph had a better time of it in the stables .

The rooms are nice but each of the 4 times I've dealt with the desk attendants has been rough. Barely give you any attention, get mad when you ask them questions, ignore you to help other people after starting to help you. Extremely rude. I will not stay here again, idc what their prices are. Idk if it's just hard to find staff here or if this is okay but I think it's unacceptable.

I see a common theme with this hotel is the smell. My boyfriend and I stayed the night here last night. Lobby smelled good but the elevator smelled gross, hallways smelled musty and same with the room. People must have been smoking somewhere on the 5th floor because it kept coming it our room. Walls were thin so we kept hearing a dog barking and people coming in and out of their rooms. Furniture and items in the room were super outdated. I thought the bathroom had a fan but it was only a vent. When i looked up into it, all I could see was mold and dust. Unfortunately I just didn't have the time or effort to complain or voice concerns at 7am when checking out. Location is what is going for them but they absolutely need to address the mold growing throught the hotel.

Honestly for the price and location it's a good choice. Breakfast was served in the morning with some good quick and easy options. Our room was clean and stocked. My only complaint is the mattress they are a tad old and worn down. Not sure the picture does the bend of mattress justice.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to even come. But the two young ladies who checked me in at 3:30 were absolutely amazing. They were absolutely the nicest people I've encountered in a couple weeks. The room while it was not 100% clean or 100% of five star hotel it was a three-star room. After reading the reviews I went ahead and brought my own cleaning supplies Plus with having a jacuzzi tub I wanted to bleach it out before I got into it. There was a little bit of a smell when I came in an old smell but it's an old hotel nothing a little febreze and candles couldn't take care of. The jacuzzi tub I have filled up over and over and over and the hot water never runs out. All in all the only reason I gave it a four star was because I had to clean the tub myself i And the floor myself but if it wasn't for that it'd be a five-star trip. And again to the young ladies who checked me in at 3:30 give those girls a raise they're amazing, thank you ladies so much
