The staff was really nice. The Hotel was really clean. Our room smelled amazing. linen smelled fresh out of the dryer. Breakfast buffet had sausage links, omelet, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. They also had a lot of fruit, bagels, yogurts, and cereal. Unfortunately the pancake machine kept being difficult so the breakfast attendant had to keep coming up to fix it while she was busy so maybe they need a new machine. Beds were a little too firm for me. I like a soft squishy bed. I wasn’t a huge fan of the feather pillows, but I forgot mine so I folded it in half. The pool was awesome! Very spacious. It stays hot in the pool area so if you’re not swimming you might want to prop the door open. The hot tub stayed nice and hot. Very relaxing!

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it was always pleasant-comfortable rooms, front desk friendly and great breakfast. However, recently I reserved a handicap room and checked in only to find that I was not given a handicap room(no handicap bars in shower and toilet). I asked the front desk to change rooms but the clerk insisted that I was in handicap room and couldn't change the room. Later I was informed that there was really only one handicap room in the entire hotel and it was already booked- very disappointing.

Check in 1am a breeze night manager is a professional! But as per morning staff they lack everything the night manager posses. Room: was dusty, room chair is dingy and moist, 9:50 am the next day house keeping, slid thru the bottom of my door “the do not disturb, (hold on sign) which I placed the night before and then she knocked so hard I jumped as I walking to open the the door. When I appended I see her walking away, so I ask the house keeper (blonde girl) she actually denied it lol. Went to speak to management they said they would check the cameras lol. The towels are ripped and old. They leave white dust on skin. Over all, it could had been a more respectful experience. As per breakfast it’s better than Best Western but still as bad as jail food. I just drank coffee.

This was one of the best hotels I've been to. The service was great. The breakfast was amazing. They were so accommodating and just the sweetest. The room was so clean and smelled clean everytime you walked in.

The best hotel ever a little pricey but vary nice the room was clean the pool was cooled the hot tub was so good so warm the jets in the hot tub a amazing 100% would go here again

It was great. The staff was nice and accommodated to our large group well. The only problem with the rooms was the shower and bathroom. They were a little stained. It was great for our ffa national convention trip.

My stay at the holiday inn was extremely poor. The woman at the front desk during the Night Shift went on an extreme power trip the night of 1/28. Extremely rude no people skills at all..our stay would have been much better if she could learn to talk to customers in a respectful manner. Definitely, will not be coming back simply due to our experience with her.

Room was really clean ,so we're appliances,they are doing construction and workers are courteous,big ample breakfast area,nice indoor pool perfect temperature,,felt bad man came at ten and they were full,,she could have tried another location for him, stairwell was hot on lower number side,everyone busy fixing things,would stay again,was a nice stay,,,

The hotel was bright and clean, very up-to-date, possibly remodeled recently. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and all breakfast items were continually restocked/hot. We didn't use the indoor pool, but others took advantage of it and the hot tub. The gym had about 4 stations and was open 24 hours/day. The only thing that seemed out of place were the bath towels with ragged edges.

2nd time staying at this hotel and the staff were very nice and professional on both occasions. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with plenty of room. Breakfast was well stocked and food was fresh. I highly recommend this hotel if traveling.

We were right by the elevator so the noise kept me up all night. Beds were comfy and the breakfast staff was very nice. Cleanest part of the hotel. Enjoyed the bed and hot tub as well!

We only stayed one night but we were impressed with the cleanliness and the staff was friendly. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked and the food was very good.
