I don't think I've ever had as many problems with a doctor's office as I have had here. I called before showing up to receive results for some routine tests (pap and blood work) and was assured I could come in, sign the waiver and get my results. Boy was I wrong. I can come in, sign the waiver and wait 30 days for MY results from MY chart that they've had the results for. Mind you all I needed was a copy of results that I had gotten months ago and I magically can't have a piece of paper printed out. So much for calling ahead to make sure I could come in and get them and then basically be called a liar when I came in to get them. No Thank you.

My husband went to see Christina F Daniels because he’d lost his other family doctor. He was told he had to keep seeing a IU Ball Doctor because he’s waiting on a kidney transplant so he sees an IU doctor for that and for a liver transplant. But Christian F Daniels was one of the most rude and judgmental doctors he’d ever seen he said. He was told to go to her and she could and was more than capable of writing his meds he needed daily as he was waiting to get into GI and normal kidney doctor up here for some reason he has to have one up here on top of the Indy doctors well Instead of helping him she made him feel and came off as she thought he was drug seeking mind you he’s always passed his drug test at his other doctors office Honestly in my opinion she’s a joke has a Nurse practitioner and could use some more bedside manner training along with just basic polite human skill training

Attentive staff who answer all my questions and really take their time with me. Sometimes I have to wait a bit longer than expected but I'm okay with that because when I am seen, I feel seen as an individual with individual needs not just another patient number. I've had a wonderful experience here so far and recommend it fully. Thank you to all the employees at Open Door and the work you do is appreciated.

This place is extremely efficient. When I am there for my appointments I only wait for a few minutes. You can also tell that everybody there cares for there patients deeply and wants what is best for them.

Very helpful and informative on family planning services. They do a sliding scale on what they charge and do take insurance. They are open later than most gynecology clinics and it's easy to get an appointment to be seen quickly. If you need birth control or annual exam, it's a good place to go.

Put in a order for medication refill to my doctor. I've been waiting on the script for 4 days. All she had to do is send to the pharmacy. Dr. Henry is a joke!! Even time I call the nurse says she works between patients to write scripts. LIKE SERIOUSLY!!! 4 DAYS!!!... That's ridiculous. You CANNOT BE THAT DARN BUSY TO WRITE AND SEND A SCRIPT A NURSE CAN DO!!!

The staff, nurses, and doctor were all amazing. I felt welcomed and they took great care of me!
