Stayed in a Deluxe room and it was very nicely done to say the least. Great return for your money. The extra star is for the additional amenities eg Large Swimming Pool, Rooftop Bar and Variety of Accomodation (will try the Cottages next)

No value for money. Too expensive for nothing. Majority of items on the menu are unavailable. Rude waitresses, not to mention 30- 45min of waiting your order to be processed.

The rooms are okay. Well maintained. However the food is very basic. How do you offer tasteless baked bananas for breakfast? With only two waiters to serve in the restaurant? Plus they have attitude! The rooms are good but the customer service is very poor.

Value for money! Cleanliness is 5⭐ Affordable... Staying in one of the Basic Rooms (no breakfast) for ksh.1,500 and I have zero complain. It is a walking distance to the KERUGOYA STADIUM 🏟️ where I am playing football

this is wonderful Hotel.. clean, Modern, comfortable bed, amazing pool. the Goat stew was excellent and the staff is very pleasant and attentive to guest. I will stay only here when I return.

Roswam is one of the best hotels in kerugoya a miss not .It has a cool green serene environment ,a cool view of the town ,club and swimming pool .What I loved most is the nyama choma juicy.

It is cool, silent, affordable it is a nice, also suitable for family outing.

The worst experience ever ...they barely acknowledged us and made us wait two hours and thirty minutes for our food all while serving other customers .They have the worst customer service .Don't waste time going there.

I saw both the rooms and cottages and opted to spend in a cottage. The space is quiet, clean and spacious. During dinner and breakfast the service staff were "cool". Doing their job. The food is alright. The location is straightforward just off the main road in Kerugoya. I would spend it here again.

This place is more than what you expect. Despite the fact that it's hidden in the remote, the services and rooms are of a 4 star hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone anytime.

Worst service in such a big establishment. We had to wait for hours for the food. Worse still, The Tilapia we ordred was not fresh. IT GAVE US FOOD POISONING WE ENDED UP IN HOPITAL!!! Not such a clean environnement, sickly looking cats hoovering around you as you eat.. Alot needs to be done otherwise customers will DIE from your badly handled food. Public health officers should raid the place for further investigation. Eat here at your own péril!

The security of that place is perfect and the food is tasty , enjoying a beer at the rooftop bar is awesome as you enjoy a clear view of mt kenya

It's a clean establishment ever since I was young it has been a go to n I have seen it evolve through the years n now am glad I can enjoy moments with my young. The only thing I didn't like they took a little longer to bring the food. They were apologetic about the delay, the lady who served us was very pleasant and mindful to my boy they whipped up some fries for him as we awaited our order. I love using their pool every time am there except this time it was freezing. The Pool is usually very clean loved the fish, they have a play area so that kept my boy busy. Overal it's a Clean establishment the staff make it feel very warmly & homly.

Well I visited it yesterday and for sure I really loved their service. To be more specific I really loved the buffet section it was the best. If you want a place to take your kids its a great place to go.. The location, service and meals are great.

Poor service, it took more than 2hrs to get our meals. Breakfast was supposed to be “buffet” but was met by a gloomy waitress who served small portions. It was my first time here and I would not recommend it to anyone, sorry. The accommodation was rather pleasant.

The place is well organised.everything is perfect. I was suggesting that during Christmas you invite the buruklyn to perform ...a lot of youths will attend and it will also be fun

Got this place last minute and for Kerugoya, I must admit I was impressed by the facility, size of the room and beds, simple ambience and affordability. The breakfast menu could be improved but then it isn't a 5-star.

Not only is this hotel located in Kenya where some of the world's best coffee is grown, but it is also located in Kirinyaga County where the best of the best coffee come from. Yet, the only coffee one gets here is instant! This defies logic!
