Maybe caught them on an off day or week or something but what a mess.... very dirty, trash and food all over the waiting area. Checked in twice and still waited 2 hours... WITH and appointment. I hope I just got them on a bad day, because its such a worthy cause.....

I was a Shriner's patient from 1964 until 1978. The best hospital care for Children in my book. I was a patient at the hospitals in Shreveport and Greenville, SC both. They always have a special place in my heart. I am a Mason now and hopefully will eventually become a Shriner in the near future.

I love the care they gave my daughter & thank God my daughter legs got better because I prayed daily & my parents & sister were the only people I had by my side besides God because I was feeling so down at the time. Now!! I'm so happy & thank everyone that was there for me and most of all Shriners Hospital because their so sweet they will do everything to keep you & your child happy. My daughter still have the dog house they made her when she was in the hospital. ❤️🏥

We drive about 7 hours one way to go to this hospital for my daughter. They are the best from the greeting staff, environmental staff all the way to the doctors here! Everybody at this hospital is there for the children! They provide some of the best care for the children there and do everything they can to make them comfortable and to feel welcomed! This hospital was built for children they have so much for them to do while you wait in the clinic or if you are there for a short stay for whatever reason. I had taken my daughter to two other children's hospital before taking her to Shriners and I regret not taking her sooner! Dr. Powell and Dr. Milstead are just amazing along with their staff. They have helpped my daughter so much over the past two years and explained the process every step of the way. I totally recommend coming here coming to this hospital is worth the drive these people will not waste your time.

The care is great, all doctors are kind and understanding that kids are kids and have great patience. My issue is wait time. This is our follow up appointment, I figured the first one was 3 hours because we hadn't been before. My children are waiting hours to be seen and taken care of. They are hungry and bored. Its grueling.

My son had surgery and I had a hard time with the pharmacy and after 2 days of him still not having his medication, I called Mrs. Carmen and she was ON IT!! She went above and beyond! He is now comfortable and healing. We absolutely love her!

I had to have surgery on both of my femur bones when I was 8 years old. The staff at the hospital are some of the most nice, kind hearted people. During the time that I was there at the hospital the nurses were so nice to me and they always came and check on me. When I went there for check ups I would give trash bags stuffed animals to them so other kids to get one, because when I was there the toy bin is all most empty. If your kid needs to have surgery then go there because the staff is so helpful.

Excellent experience from beginning to end with my son’s leg injury. The wait time was a little longer than we anticipated but they are working their tails off! There are obviously a lot of children in need in our area. Everyone here was awesome and we’re so grateful during this hard time.

Our daughter had to have surgery to correct her scoliosis. This hospital had the most friendly staff who all went above & beyond their job to help us feel comfortable while there. They offer so much to the patient to help them relax while there.

The entire staff is awesome with my 11 and 4yr olds.

Dr. Mckie, is very nice. She always has a smile. She is very good at what she does. I feel very comfortable around her. Great staff also!!

I had surgery in 2001 between October and March 2002, it was an unforgettable experience, many friends of various nationalities.
