Its has been couple of months since I moved to Avalon ocean avenue. I am writing this review specifically for maintenance service provided by Donovan Plant. He has stopped by multiple times and has helped make my move to this location smooth. Donovan is pleasant, humble, professional and has that human warmth in all his interactions. He is pretty hands-on even with additional things I bring to his attention which are not included in original maintenance request. I look forward to continue to have this experience in coming months.

I have been living here for over four years, and I must say that the technicians at Avalon are always quick to respond to my service requests. I would like to give a special shout-out to Donovan for his exceptional dedication in helping me resolve issues in my apartment. He promptly reached out to me and efficiently addressed the problems during his visit. Not only was he polite, but he also effectively resolved the issue. I truly appreciate Donovan's outstanding service and the overall responsiveness of Avalon's technicians. Highly recommended!

I have enjoyed living at Avalon for a couple of months now, and I have had a great experience. The management office and maintenance staff are always responsive and helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure that my inquiries and requests are resolved. The maintenance staff and specifically Donovan Plant has been absolutely incredible. Donovan has helped through the months with any requests we have submitted and has been proactive to think about solutions for any potential issues like how I can manage the temperature of my apartment during the warmer days. I am grateful for the outstanding staff at Avalon Ocean. They have made living here so much easier, and they have helped to ensure that I have a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

Living here at Avalon has been great. Issues and service requests submitted on the app got resolved by Donovan promptly; we've submitted multiple service requests and they were all resolved within the next day. Donovan was also courteous of our space while resolving issues. Only real downside here for me is that packages do not all go to the Amazon locker.

I have been living here for years, and I just want to drop a quick note here to highlight Rommel Santo Domingo's fantastic work as our apartment manager. His speedy responses, friendly attitude, and knack for keeping everything in check have really made a positive impact. Rommel is our go-to guy, and he’s made our community feel like home!

Technicians here in Avalon Ocean are all super nice and helpful! I sent a washing machine request and technician Donovan came in same day and fixed my washing machine problem. Donovan is super polite and nice! Big thanks to him for his really great job!

I'm delighted to share my review of my apartment and the exceptional management team. Living at this apartment complex managed by Rommel Santo Domingo has been an incredible experience. The maintenance team, led by Donovan & Romel, is truly exceptional - their service is not only excellent but also remarkably prompt in all matters of building upkeep and maintenance. It's evident that their commitment to quality is unwavering. The sense of friendliness and warmth from everyone in the community is remarkable. The atmosphere here is inviting and welcoming, making it truly feel like home. One of the highlights is the small outdoor sitting area equipped with a table and grill. This adds a delightful touch, perfect for enjoying the outdoors and having a good time. Having relocated from India and previously lived downtown, moving here has been a wonderful decision. The environment is nothing short of amazing. The added convenience of having a Whole Foods in the same vicinity is a fantastic bonus, making grocery shopping an absolute breeze. Additionally, sharing boundaries with the Ingleside library is a boon for book lovers like myself, offering a tranquil escape within reach. The location is peppered with culinary delights. A personal favorite is the lovely Japanese restaurant just 2 blocks away. Exploring the various eateries around the area has been a delightful journey. Overall, this apartment complex unquestionably deserves a 5-star rating. The combination of exceptional management, prompt maintenance, a welcoming community, and the surrounding amenities makes this place an absolute gem. It's not just an apartment, but a true haven that makes daily living a pleasure.

My experience living at Avalon Ocean Avenue since the community was open in 2012 has been wonderful and very positive most of the time except for few episodes. I regret not having written reviews in the past, but I can tell you few people I’m still very thankful for their service and mantainance. IN THE PAST, I admired and respected enormously HORTENCIA , MARCO, and JOSEPH for the hard work and dedication they did their job. I appreciated the efficiency, punctuality, respect, and kind manners they conduct themselves while maintaining a clean environment. DAVE in the Managament Office was very kind, ethical, respectful. I never forget he sent a bouquet of flowers from all employees to my gravelly ill mother in the hospital. For me they have been the best. NOW, I admire and appreciate DONOVAN for how much hard he works to complete his duties. I have always noticed he is walking fast everywhere he is probably needed. If I mention any need for my apartment, he pays attention and advises what I should do. He has helped me several times by repairing or unlocking my apartment door when needed it, repairing or getting a new garbage disposal, changing the lightbulbs, etc. Last week, he responded quickly my service request and got a working refrigerator for my apartment on Monday. THANK YOU SO MUCH DONOVAN. You are honest, kind, and humble doing your job.
