If you have mental health issues and are looking for a psychiatrist, DO NOT go with Mindful Health Solutions. I have had a lot of problems with appointments getting prescription refilled and getting in touch with doctors. My psychiatrist left in the summer and they still have not assigned me another primary provider. Today, I asked to get my prescriptions refilled and they told me I have to look for a new psychiatrist at a different office and they were not able to refill my medications, not offer me a bridge. They never told me that this would happen ahead of time. Last year I had to wait weeks or more than 5 days to get my prescriptions refilled in several instances. They do not have a lot of empathy or compassion for patients. Don’t waste your time booking an appointment with them. They don’t even have any psychiatrist available to take on new patients at this time. Hopefully, the staff reads this review and realizes that they need to implement changes, because people’s mental health is at stake.

As a first time therapy goer, Evejange made me feel safe and comfortable. From the moment we had our first session, I could tell she actually cared about me. She really puts her heart into her profession which allows her to be extremely empathetic. This of course created a safe environment where I felt like I could trust her.

Please look elsewhere for mental health treatment!!!! I liked my doctor here (Dr Wood, no relation) but as others have said, the customer service is unbelievably bad. They overcharged me by about $600 due to a mistake they blamed on Anthem. It has been 1.5 years since my last visit and still no refund. Even worse than not getting a refund - they won't even answer my calls about it. I have a concierge service through my work that helps with these types of things and the associate has called 1x weekly for the last 3 months, but still the Billing department has not returned 1 single call. I thought surely the associate was wrong/incompetent, how could a mental health care practice neglect its clients this way? I decided I would start to call regularly myself, and they've been ignoring me too for weeks! I talk to reception, reception transfers me to Billing, no one answers, and I leave a voicemail that goes unanswered. I will happily revise my 1 star rating if someone actually gets back to me. Otherwise I will have to look into small claims court.

My primary care doctor referred my to MHS because I was struggling with depression and reluctant to see a tradition psychiatrist. I had tried meds before and had little success. Right away, I preferred the privacy of meeting with her online. I felt like she did a great job of assessing my lifestyle and needs. She started me meds and it took several weeks before I started to feel better, but once we got the dosage right I felt like a different person. The fog had lifted.

Everything was a decent experience for being a doctor visit. It was a clean environment but didn’t feel like a hospital. Doctor and staff were easy to talk to, easy to understand and seemed genuine overall. And the kicker was this place was not overcrowded in the slightest bit. So I was in and out in no time.

Adrienne Marks, Professional Physician. Highly Knowledgeable and Talented in Mental Health. Very reassuring, compassionate and calming mannerism. All while remaining professional. It’s a pleasure to be his patient and after two years; I can honestly say I would recommend him in either states he practices in. He consistently provides exceptional care. I thank God for blessing me with a great doctor to manage some very horrendous disorders resulting from some very tough obstacles in my life

I have been living with ADHD undiagnosed for many years now and felt pressure to find someone I could trust to discuss treatment. I couldn't be more thrilled with Dr. Keith Wood's knowledge and emotional intelligence. I left feeling validated and with a clear plan for moving forward. I intend to see him for many years to come and couldn't recommend his offices more. If you visit, you'll certainly be met with kindness, calmness, and extensive understanding of mental health.

Bad experience It is difficult to find providers that take my insurance, and I finally found an appointment here to get a mental health evaluation (I have Tourette's, and it's been over 10 years since my last one). I was waiting for a month and a half for my appointment, and was just informed that not only was my appointment cancelled, but there was no way to set up a new appointment with them. Do not put the care of your health in these people. They didn't even sound empathetic.
