The best boba tea in the valley! Do yourself a favor and check them out! Also, probably the best Poke Bowls! UPDATE: 5/11/22 Still my absolute favorite Poke Bowl place around. The staff is always so friendly. I love this place! UPDATE: 10/9/20 Since the last time I've been there, they've made a rewards program and their food quality is still amazing. They've added ice cream now too and some more interesting tea flavors! UPDATE: 9/3/19 I have been going back to Poke Kai every week or so. Their quality, consistency, and customer service are 5/5. Their food keeps getting better! Additional info: My first order from them was fantastic and they even included a personalized, hand-written note on an index card as a response to something I wrote. I wrote, "If you save a quarter per day for a year, you would have $91.25 at the end of the year." Their response is attached. Their food was also very tasty and top-notch (crab rangoon, wings, and Poke Bowl). I highly recommend stopping by Poke Kai!

I was trying to find a place to eat with my family and friends after a day at Dorney Park, which was only about 5mins away. This shop looks like a take out from the outside. There are some tables outside for outdoor seatings. The inside isn’t big, with only a few 4 seaters tables. Then I was trying to grab a high chair for my 8mos old baby, but the two that I saw were soo sticky. I rather she just sit on my husband or my lap. We ended up sitting outside, which I believe works better for my 8 parties including 4 little kids and baby. But why did I still give a 4 stars. I believe the customer service here definitely earns that. And their food isnt that bad at all too. So let’s talk about their customers service. The cashier or maybe even the manager (I’m not 100% sure on that though) was very friendly, very professional, and very patient with me. There were some customization with my food and drinks. It might have been a miscommunication between the cashier and the staff making the orders by the bar. They quickly resolve that for me. Later on, I realized one of my drink was requested no ice because I plan on putting that into the fridge for tomorrow, which I mentioned to the cashier why I don’t want ice when I placed the order. But the drink came out with ice. I figured this is a small issue. At most, the drink might be somewhat diluted since by tomorrow, the ice for sure will all be melted. The cashier apologized and went back into the store and actually made me a new one without ice this time! I was definitely not expecting that. Honestly, alot of other places would just apologize, or some don’t even apologize, and would just leave it as that. This actions just tells me their customers service is superb! Food wise, their food is not too bad. Of course I have been to better poke bowl restaurants, but around this area, Poke Kai really isn’t too bad. Both my husband and I ordered a custom poke bowl with 2 proteins. Second protein is add $2 on top. I also ordered chicken wings with hot & honey sauce on the side and a gyoza, which is fried. These two appetizers were pretty crispy. I personally like the wings. My husband ordered a guava fruit tea. I tried it, pretty good. I had the lemon fruit tea with less sugar first. That one is toooo sour for me. If you like sour, you probably can tolerate that, but I definitely cant. I ended up with a lychee fruit tea with lychee jelly and less sugar. Now that was good. Then I have a coffee milk tea that I saved for the next day. When I drank that the next morning, it was alright. I probably would just order milk tea instead of coffee milk tea if I ever go back.

Obsessed with the food I got here! I got pomegranate fruit tea with passion fruit tea and it was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. I also got pork fried dumplings that were also nice and crispy and a delicious house special poke bowl. Highly recommend.

The taro bubble tea is delicious. The original bubble tea is good, it’s a lightly sweetened black tea with milk. The tuna poke bowl was good, the avocado is fresh.

This place is delicious, and reasonably priced with a healthy amount of food! Highly recommended and will definitely be back again.

Fantastic. Got the Tuna poke, with wasabi sauce. GENEROUS portion of delicious tuna, edamame, rice, carrots, all of it SO GOOD. I will absolutely be back.

Decent poke and sides. The tea selection is fairly large. We enjoyed two poke bowls, two appetizers and two tea drinks for around $45. Definitely on the expensive side. Will we go back? Probably not...

I love this place so much! I've eaten here MULTIPLE times and it's always SO GOOD it satisfies my cravings and hunger and it's very fulfilling. Worth the price. 😋 🤤 I'm so glad that it has gotten more popular nowadays because they deserve that since their food and costumer service is 10/10 💕

James was very patient to me and my friend and helped us choose flavors of popping boba. Yes POPPING BOBA! Prices are also very reasonable for the great service and flavorable drinks. 🤩 Update: This visit, me and my friend tried the poke bowls. We customized our own bowls and every bite took me to a new place in food heaven. Tried mango tea with passion fruit popping boba. Definetly another amazing experience.

My husband and I discovered this place a couple years ago, and while we liked it then, it has only gotten better. Specifically, the quality of fish has markedly improved! Definitely the best in the area, probably as good if not better than any of the poke fish I've had in Chicago. There is also a plethora of bubble tea flavors and options, complete with different kinds of boba, and they serve you a HEALTHY portion of seaweed salad (rather than the scanty portions some places give). The service is friendly and quick. (FYI, the boba comes very sweet, but you can adjust the sweetness. I recommend going down to 75% maximum.) If I HAD to make a suggestion, it would be for more fish in a bowl! But really, 10/10 experience :)

How I love a good boba and poke bowl. The poke ingredients are always fresh, and the boba soft and melty. They have an overwhelming list of flavors. My favorite is Earl Grey. A boba list goes deep when Earl Grey is on it. The staff has always been friendly and helpful the 50 or so times I’ve been there. The prices are reasonable. Crab rangoons are almost too good. You can take out or sit in. Easy to park. My vegan sister loves it. Have I double boba-ed in one visit? I’ll never tell.

Sooo good I haven’t been to too many places like this since I lived in NY!! I was very impressed the service was great, the food was fresh, and on point super delicious!! The bubble teas are so good too!! That’s why the 5 stars you will not regret it!

Food here is always delicious and fresh! Online ordering is a breeze and the staff are always friendly. There are such a wide variety of items to add to a bowl as well as refreshing drinks to compliment them. There is always something different to try. The perfect place for lunch, dinner or to reintroduce freshness to your body after a long night of sinning. I wish I could eat lunch here every day.

Came here with my sister today for the first time. Excellent food! Please try the salmon with the spicy mayo 😍. The man on the cashier was very nice as well.

I ran into Poke Kai while starving after a long day during my family vacation. After several days of eating junk, I just craved a healthy, fresh, fulfilling meal - and I found it! I loved, loved, LOVED the food, but is the staff who makes this place really unique. The fish and veggies were super fresh, making the poke bowls delicious and tasty. I think I took too long to decide on my custom poke, changing my order 2 or 3 times. That was no problem for Ana, who was so friendly and patient while I made up my mind. She was also super attentive to all the customisation required for my friend with food allergies - making sure to handle the food with extra care. I asked Ana if we could get the kids' meals first so they could start eating and she delivered those meals super quickly and with a big smile. A big big thank you to her and all the rest of the staff at Poke Tai. I wish I had a Poke Kai closer to home. I missed this place already!

My review is well over due because this place is a part of my regular every day life. Not only do i love it but my kids do as well. Everything is always so fresh and yummy and everybody is always so friendly. Keep up the good work you guys. See you soon

I don’t want to eat anything else. It’s so good. It very filling and satisfying. A very healthy choice. The textures and flavors are best in town. Wish they had a shop closer to my house.

Not really impressed with the boba! I ordered on the kiosk as at 5pm on a Sunday as requested, as they were surprisingly busy. Not all the flavors on the menu were on the kiosk order. I didn’t mind waiting >10 mins just for the drink, but it was super watered down /lacking flavor. Personally I wouldn’t return for boba but I’m sure their food is fine.

Amazing! Great customer service and even better food and drinks! Their poke bowls are delicious and filling! And the teas with boba are so good and have so many flavors My daughter likes the raspberry strawberry fruit tea with the strawberry popping boba. I absolutely LOVE the lion sugar milk tea with the honey boba. 10000% recommend going here. They also have a punch card to earn free drinks and bowls which is amazing

The poke bowls here are so delicious! The house special is my favorite. They also have bubble tea which is pretty tasty too! Dairy free options as well! The atmosphere is okay but not a fun place sit down. Service could be friendlier but good enough to come back to.

Eaten here at least five times over past few years. Food comes out quickly, presented professionally, and staff I'd always nice. Not to mention it's REAL tasty. One of those full feeling that is comfortable not putting you in a carb coma.

Best Boba tea !!! Huge selection all good. I've never tried the poke because I got the veggie fried rice the first time and now I always get that. It is that good. Simple and perfect.

ZERO STARS!!! I've NEVER had such an unpleasant unprofessional experience. The manager explained that he put the food in himself and forgot a 3rd of my order after I already paid for it. When I called and asked him to fix it. He said that I had to call grubhub myself to fix it after first telling me that he was able to do so. When that clearly bothered me he decided to hang up on me and then hang up on me Over and Over again every time I called. Refused to do his job. Doesn't know how to manage a restaurant. All 3 of us that ordered food have or currently run restaurants. We all do this for a living and were dealing with a child on the phone. I'll never get from here again. I am absolutely dumbfounded by what just happened. Hopefully I can talk to a real manager tomorrow and get my money back, but as of right now one of us isn't eating tonight and this place clearly doesn't care about their customers. Great job guys. 🤦‍♂️
